I can't recommend Hill Country Pro enough. They repaired my HVAC unit and ducts and vents in a house that my family owned in Austin and even though I was living in Cypress at the time, I knew I could count on them and they communicated with me and kept me up to speed on how things were going.

We are incredibly pleased with the service Gemini has provided our church. Shad and Dustin went above and beyond to meet our needs, and have been extremely responsive with any question or concern we have had, even after the job was completed. Seriously, we can't thank them enough for all they've done!

The A/C at my office stopped working 2 weeks ago, and I called Gemini Mechanical who had but my system in 6 years ago and has helped me with some other A/C related services since then. They are always so great, efficient, responsive, and fair. I will keep using these guys over and over again because they do such a great job and treat people fairly. Try then out - will will be glad you did - I was!!

I give one star because that is the lowest you can go. I had two brand new units installed at my place of business one year ago today during the build-out. The total cost was over $10,000. They have never worked to my satisfaction. I have placed service call after service call. I was asked to buy
a thermometer and send them pictures to prove that the thermostat was faulty - this was after they moved it and left a gaping hole in the wall for months. In fact, the units perform so poorly I hired another company to come in and make sure they were new units. They are new units, however, several shortcuts were taken in the installation that will shorten the life of the units. I notified Gemini and asked them to correct the problems but to this date I don't know that it has been corrected since I can't get on the roof to check fan belts, drain connections, etc. I can't say how disappointed I am with this company and with my general contractor for hiring them. Once again today I am waiting for service with a thermostat that reads 68 degrees but the humidity inside is closer to 80%. Since my business caters to children and their parents the environment is very important. When your clients ask if the air conditioner is out again you know you have a problem. I highly recommend you use someone else.

We use them for 6 restaurant locations and can’t speak highly enough about their team and services. We use them for all of our HVAC and cold side needs as well as ovens and installs. They are our one stop shop for all of our needs. The entire team is super professional and always fast.

While HVACs are complicated and finding a true HVAC expert is really hard, Hill Country Pro has several of them who are experts: Tony Johnson for instance has a lifetime of experience in this area ( including geothermal). I would not waste money on a bunch of bozos and create grief. Call these guys and ask for Tony. Period.

Tony provided quick, friendly and expert service for our geothermal AC units. It’s hard to find that expertise and quality. I highly recommend!

I had my wine room chiller evaluated and replaced and my experience could not have gone better. From the staff at the front office, to scheduling and the service department, everyone was very professional and was able to accommodate what I was looking for. The service team was very professional, knowledgeable, very nice to talk to. I have the team on the top of my list if I need any help with my home. I will definitely call them again.

We recently had a very frustrating experience with Hill Country Gemini Pro during the installation of a commercial HVAC unit. A recent inspection revealed that they installed an incorrect heat kit instead of the correct commercial heat kit. This is a serious mistake for a commercial system, as it could impact its performance and whether it meets proper standards.

Unfortunately, this was not the only issue we had. When the technicians were on-site for the installation, their work was far from professional. While removing the grid system to install the unit, they damaged the sheetrock and left a mess behind. To make matters worse, employees overheard the technicians making comments like, "Oh well, this isn’t our liability," which was extremely unprofessional and concerning.

When we later reached out to address the heat kit issue, we provided proof from another technician, but Hill Country Pro refused to take responsibility. They claimed that since the unit had been working for two years, there was no problem and said fixing it would require additional charges. Their 30-day warranty was also used as an excuse, which feels unfair for an issue that took time to uncover.

Overall, the poor quality of their work, lack of accountability, and dismissive attitude make it clear that Hill Country Pro does not value professionalism or customer satisfaction. We cannot recommend their services and encourage others to think carefully before working with them.

They responded promptly and scheduled technicians to inspect our system without delay. The issue was identified quickly, and the necessary repairs were completed efficiently. The team demonstrated strong knowledge and experience, which gave us confidence in the work being done. We’re grateful for the timely service and the professional approach from start to finish.

We had a problem with weak airflow from our air conditioner during the hottest days. The technician inspected the unit thoroughly and cleaned the internal components. After the service, the airflow improved significantly. I really appreciate their professional approach.
