First of all, I never write reviews but I wanted to let anyone looking for an AC guy to go with Allstar. We had our entire AC system replaced today and the cost was almost $3000 less than the major competitor in Austin. And that was including the install of a Carrier instead of a lower quality Amana unit (and 16 SEER instead of 14). The guys even hauled away the window unit I replaced last month in our sunroom along with some brush I had piled up to be taken to the dump. All I can say is wow. Awesome customer service.

LPC came out to service our AC at our place of business on multiple occasions. Not only did they come at such short of notice, they're super efficient, respectful of the property and did a great job. Fabian was very knowledgeable and a great worker! I'd highly recommend LPC for any of your work!

Billed for 6.5 hours to just change one exhaust fan, which was actually replaced by them couple months prior. Paid $1000 even after warranty. When I called business to inquire and pay, Bailey did not gave proper information, had a lot of attitude and even hung up on me before I could pay.
