I highly recommend Air Central. From the moment Eric arrived, he was professional, polite and personable. He immediately got to work and did a VERY thorough cleaning and assessment of both our AC system, ducts and dryer vents. He checked in periodically with me to keep me updated on his progress. Once all his work was done, he sat down, showed me very detailed photos and videos of everything his did. I have owned my home for 20 years and have NEVER had anyone do this. I was very surprised to see the photos. This is a great business practice as it shows visual evidence of the work that is recommended. Eric left us equipped with all the knowledge needed to make a decision on further maintenance and repair to be done. No sales tactics, no coercing, just professional facts and figures. We had a great experience with Erik, who came over and cleaned and inspected our ducts for us. He explained everything and was very thorough.

When my dryer started to indicate problems indicating possible lint buildup they recommended three companies I could call one of which was Air Central USA, I found an excellent crew that helped me solve that issue. Once here, I hired them to also clean ducts/vents and appreciated the thorough inspection that helped me rid myself of build up; rid my home of dust, allergies and airborne particles and to invest in a UVC light installation which prevents future bacterial and microbial growth in the air stream. Timing wise, they helped insure the work before the severe winter weather that forced all of us to stay home. Erik, the worker in charge was kind, knowledgeable and went well beyond what was required by attending to job the way a caring and trustworthy family member would.

Upfront pricing. Easy to schedule. Technician was very communicative during the appointment, and sent texts & pics with information and suggestions. I had our air ducts cleaned after having some renovations in our home. Very happy with both the price and the service received.

Loved the explanation, they made sure i understood my HVAC and explained it very simply. I had a problem with my evaporator coil and they fixed the issue and cleaned it! Very highly recommended. They did an excellent job

The Air Central team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless. You can tell they care about doing the job right. I noticed a real improvement in air quality immediately. Highly recommend them and would absolutely use their service again.

Had called about air duct cleaning and found out there was mold. Luckily it was caught early. Eric was great and very informative. Installed a UV light and completed the job very quickly. Would use them again and recommend to anyone!

Air Central was the second company we had do an assessment of our air ducts and we trusted them more than their competitor, mainly because Erik patiently explained what was happening with our HVAC system, answered all our questions, showed us photos, and didn't rush us into a decision.

The price they quoted was fair (slightly less than the other company) and once we were ready to move forward, they got our cleaning scheduled quickly. Erik also recommended steps to prevent mold and mildew from building up in the ducts again.

They did quick work on the cleaning and the before & after photos are impressive. We'd hire Air Central again!

I have a long term uncleaning air-condition system with 41 vents. Eric‘s team cleaned so good. they did deeply clean for all vents，boxes，pipes. Now I have fresh air and sleep very well！That company is the value to select！I also will select them for annual maintenance.

I had Eric, with a C, come out and inspect my unit. I was more than impressed and satisfied with his evaluation. He was thorough with his explanations and findings. He was also of great help by giving me home maintenance tips until I can schedule my next maintenance service.

Eric’s knowledge and experience was very much appreciated today. He was able to inspect the AC unit in the attic and found a few issues. He explained the problems thoroughly and also explained how to keep up with the maintenance (he demonstrated how to flush out the coils with vinegar and water). I’m so glad my neighbor recommended Air Central because Eric really did an excellent job and communicated so well! He’s the best!

Eric was great! Explained the proposed job in detail! I had concerns of our attic getting too hot in the summer and this was the best and most affordable solution. They installed 8 Solar Attic Fans and I could feel the difference right away! Would recommend for any HVAC/Insulation/Solar Attic Fan/Duct Cleaning needs!

I had the dryer vent and home ducts cleaned today by Eric and David. It was most amazing experience with both doing great work and explaining the steps all along. This house vents were not cleaned in the last few years. I would for sure positively strongly recommend their services

Wow! What a great company! When you call to inquire about services, you will speak to Michael. Michael embodies everything he would want in Customer Service. He got his best technician Eric out to our house with one day notice, even though their schedules were booked through early December. I told him it was an emergency and he went out of his way to get us on the schedule. Erik came out to the house and cleaned our very dirty dryer vent which extends up through the roof. He had to get up on the roof to clean from the top down as well. He did a fantastic job cleaning the Duct, then went the extra mile and connected our new dryer which Home Depot had refused to do since it did not connect to an outside vent. I am over the moon, satisfied with the service we received both on the front and back end, and can’t recommend Air Central Air Duct Cleaning more highly!

Eric and his team did a great job identifying what was wrong with our duct system, and working with us to find what needed to be actioned on first. They replaced our cracked and moldy duct system, plenum box, and installed a UV light to prevent further mold growth. The whole process only took a few hours, the team worked quickly, they were very communicative about the process and the job was done well. Very grateful to be able to run the AC again, thanks y’all!

Worst and most unethical HVAC contractor that I have to deal with. I bought a new home in Whisper Valley community in Manor with Vital Air as the HVAC contractor. They used low quality part and it broke just 4 months after I move in. Worst part they blame it on us for not changing the filter !!! How on earth not changing a filter will break the entire HVAC system after just 4 months, during a winter storm, and cost us $1500 while still under warranty ???
