Truly lives up to their name! Our furnace went out just days before a big freeze, and with two under two I was worried for the safety of my family. I called up AC superheroes on a Saturday and they were here Sunday morning to figure out the problem. By Monday, we had a brand new furnace to replace our 30-year-old furnace. The speed and efficiency that they install the new system was amazing. The price was better than what other people would have quoted Us in the past. If I have any other problems with my AC, I'm calling Lucas!

Great service, along with friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Excellent on their communication, timeliness, & cleanliness.

Have short term rental that was having an HVAC issue and had guest checking in yesterday. Called AC superheroes and the got someone out the first thing in the morning. Conner did a great job getting the issue resolved and also gave us some insight on future needs based on the age of our unit too.

They were very courteous and professional over text and person. They came out the same morning I called. I was told I had a bad condenser fan motor. They showed me the prices for the different levels of repair service and wow, that was sticker price shock! Even the “band aid” price, which was the lowest service repair fee, was shocking. I contacted another local AC service company and they only charged me a 1/3 of the price to fix both the fan motor and to replace the capacitor that AC Superheroes quoted. I’m out the $150 service fee AC Superheroes charged me to look at the system but I saved more money going somewhere else.

Lucas’s guys did great we have been using the company since it was just Lucas. To see how they have grown and that all of his employees have the same knowledge and use the same care with each job is great. Highly recommend AC super heroes!

A few days ago I thought I had a new HVAC system installed by others and to my disappointment it broke down yesterday. I called the company that installed it and they were rude and dismissive. I found superheroes online, I contacted them and they came immediately even though it was after hours. They did a superb and expedited job fixing the hvac. Very professional and friendly, and at a reasonable cost for such a short notice. Decency and professionalism clearly shines through with these guys. Highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Very quick response time to fix my dead AC in August when I know it’s busy. I’m always happy with the work they do.

About 1 1/2 hrs after making the enquiry, Connor showed up and was professional, courteous and knew his stuff. He worked for an hour and got our ac back working.

I was really impressed with the whole team at AC Superheroes. I had an urgent need and was being given the runaround by another company. If you're going to invest in a new HVAC system the most important thing is it is installed correctly. The AC Superheroes team performed the install with precision and care within half a day. They balanced the airflow with new ducts to all of our rooms so we are much more comfortable using less energy. They are a true model for what an American business should be. We couldn't be happier!

AC Superheroes is my go-to company! They are very responsive, quick to come out & assess the issue, & they resolve it in a timely manner. Everyone I’ve worked with is very respectful, courteous of our business and work around customers without any issues. They always tidy up after themselves too! 10/10 recommend this company.

Our A/C broke and we Called Lucas at A/C Superheroes and he cane to our house on Sunday. Explained our options We chose to invest in a new A/C unit. He came to install our new unit the next day. Lucas also offered us a couple portable A/C units to help keep us comfortable. Lucas and his crew wore plastic covers on their shoes to protect our carpet which I feel was respectful. Lucas and his crew finished the job in 1 Day. That is amazing. Lucas and his crew are genuinely A/C superheros.

Our AC went out on a 100 degree day and we called AC Superheroes after another scheduled repair expert was a no show. Lucas came first thing the next morning and found the issue quickly. We opted to install a new AC unit and they did it early the next day with a full crew that completed the job in just a few hours. Great communication and service- would highly recommend!

Highly recommend AC SuperHeros for all of your HVAC needs. Their service professionals are always on time and explain things in a way that allows you to make the most cost effective option. I like their year round service plan to make sure we are staying on top of things.

I wrote the review below a few months back and now these guys have been out twice servicing my equipment that they installed as per Agreement.

I still think these guys are absolutely fabulous. Best AC company has ever darken the doors of our home.

I don’t typically choose vendors based on reviews, but I have to say the five star reviews per super heroes was Convincing. So I took a chance and I see why they have five stars.
These guys are fantastic. I would say probably the best vendor I’ve had at my house ever and I have had Many vendors providing a host of services to my house over the past 25 years.
Conor and Jason and all of their team are top notch.

Sign up for a quarterly service maintenance plan with them. First quarter service went well, second quarter service date fell on a date with bad weather (heavy rain and such), when the guy showed up, I told him to consider the service is done as I dont expect him to work outside in the rain. Third quarter service date fell on the week when we are on vacation. Sent them a text and an email - A WEEK BEFORE WE LEFT - asking for rescheduling for that reason. No reply from them but I assumed they get the message that we are not around and reschedule later. While we are on vacation, I get a text that the service tech is on the way; reply to the text that we are not around - again no reply from them. Next thing I know they chalked this off as service is complete even though we are not even round and they cannot get inside the place. So essentially, I paid for 3 quarters and only get ONE service performed. No follow up and no make-up service ever get offered from them. Utterly disappointing service.

They are truly superhero’s , the real kicker is long after our investment in our hvac system ( what a great experience) they are still providing us with super hero service they didn’t just raise the bar. They are in the bar.

Connor was able to get to earlier than scheduled. He troubleshot my issue in just a few minutes. He was able to get the needed part and then now I have AC . Great job at a very fair price. I would recommend them as well as Connor to anyone having issues with their HVAC . Super knowledgeable and professional.
