Great work! I was really impressed by the owner and the staff. We had a leaking tube connected to our A/C unit. They took care of it, cleaned up after themselves and were courteous and professional. I recommend them wholeheartedly, just really stellar!

Last summer our AC unit just quit during a 105-degree heatwave, fans blowing hot air like a hairdryer. Called ProHVAC AC Repair & Heating at 8pm and they had a tech here by 10pm the same night. He found a burnt capacitor, replaced it on the spot, cleaned the coils while he was there, and had everything running colder than ever in under an hour. No upselling, no drama, just straight-up honest air conditioning repair. House cooled down so fast the kids stopped fighting for once. Worth every penny and then some. As a property manager that has called on this vendor twice now, both times they were responsive within 24 hours or less. They check emails and also are fair in their services. I had a major AC repair needed and asked them to adjust the temperature at the end of the service. The technician left before finishing this but they came out a few days later to change this setting for us at no additional charge. Yesterday, I emailed them at 4:30 about a down AC unit and they replied within the hour. They had it on their schedule within 1 business day. I really have had a great experience with them. Super responsive and they know their stuff.

My complex uses this vendor and my ac has not been working properly since I moved in and now doesn’t work at all. On two occasions the Texas Air worker has said that they were going to come back and just didn’t. The first time they flushed the ac and said they were going to come back to see if it helped, they never came back. Whatever they did actually made the problem worse. The second time they came to my door around 9am and I had just gotten out of the shower, I asked for 5 minutes. They said they would return in 5 minutes. It’s now 5pm, nothing. Previously I had my trash can outside of my door for trash valet. It was emptied, before I could get to the door to bring it in, a texas air worker who was there for a different unit threw his trash into my empty trash can and tried to hide it from my ring camera. When I opened the door and asked why they did that, they said “oh I don’t know” and I told them I was not responsible for their trash and they told me to dump it onto the ground in the hallway. Very unprofessional workers.
