So thankful for CG service pros ,few things worse then losing your AC system in the heat of the summer , these guys came out next day and replaced my system . They did amazing clean work , they were top notch in every area . The owner even showed up to make sure we were happy with everything before they left . FYI I offered to delete this one star review if the owner would simply apologize to me for the verbal abuse that I suffered from her technician as well as her rude, disrespectful and unprofessional conduct towards me. She chose not to apologize.
This company has no concept of Goodwill, service after the sale or customer care.
I bought a brand new Carrier air-conditioner/heat pump from Air Temp of Austin about a year ago for about $7000.
The unit is still under warranty and they are refusing to service it citing as the reason: “The way I treated one of their techs”… that was me politely pointing out that they May have stretched the freon line while connecting to the new unit (instead of extending it a few inches) causing a leak which they had to repair.
I pointed this out very politely to the technician who acted like a whiny baby and was offended that I pointed out he had screwed up… the truth hurts!
This company is unprofessional and they are not honoring their PARTS warranty.
They’re saying I need to find another company.
I have found another company in fact I found two other companies one of them told me over the phone what I needed to do to fix my unit… it was just a plugged drain line!
They were all lovey-dovey until I paid for my unit in full….
I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!

I met with this firm in examining a high-rise system for an hour or so, and they provided a professional informed opinion on the chilled water system. Brandon Clark, their account executive, demonstrated a deep expertise in the systems. I would certainly consider working with this company on larger commercial project.

I have to give Patrick a big thank you. He has gone above and beyond for me. We manage a condominium that has four mini-splits that we wanted serviced and cleaned. I spoke with Patrick yesterday and he called me back today after conducting an inspection. Patrick gave me his honest opinion which turned out to be different that what we expected, but could potentially save us money. I highly recommend Patrick - he is an expert, he responds quickly, and he is honest - he won't tell you that you need more work performed than what is necessary. Thank you, Patrick!

Always stellar service from ABC - I have an HVAC service maintenance contract and it has been a great way to stay on top of my ac and furnace maintenance. During my annual ac inspection, Caleb made a couple of recommendations to replace some aging parts. I went ahead with the replacements and am very happy that I did. Caleb was very professional and consultative, explaining each replacement part thoroughly, and then performed the work a few days later. He was a real pleasure to work with. Thank you!!
