I never give best score but always value the work of ABC Home and Commercial Services and their employees.
Kyle was our technician and he has been here before and does a thorough job on my HVAC unit. Blowing out drain and washing outside coils that a lot of companies don’t do unless you ask them too.
Unfortunate that newer units not built as well as units of past. Once Had an 18 yr old unit that never had to have a capacitor or kick starter replaced but this 5 year old unit had to have both replaced. Don’t make AC units like they used too.

On an already frustrating day, our A/C began leaking. We called ABC and received service about 2 hours later. Caleb came, determined the problem, did the repairs, and was finished in no time at all….and did his work with a smile on his face. We needed that smile to calm the frazzled nerves. Thank you, Caleb.

Chris and his coworker did a great job replacing my AC unit (furnace and thermostat reused) after going bad due to a compressor leak.
It took around 4hrs just like ABC consultant said.

Texas in summer! Protect the HVAC!

ABC HVAC company was contracted in August to address a cooling issue with my AC unit. Very friendly staff and technician , but their technician's assessment determined the problem was caused by a dirty system, which they then cleaned. The air conditioner functioned correctly for approximately one to two months, after which the original problem recurred. A subsequent inspection by a different HVAC professional revealed the initial cleaning was not done correctly due to the hail guards my unit has and that there were other issues that were overlooked during the first service call

Excellent installation of our system at a fair price. Rubin and Cesar took good care of our home during the installation. Mark our sales person was responsive and helpful.

Mr. Robert Stengel and Team ABC have worked with us now for almost three years as we worked to find resolve on serous issues with our home. Finally, in summer 2025 we were able to execute the installation of the new HVAC system that ABC calculated and designed. The folks over at ABC have been nothing short of amazing to my family and I and we are truly happy and satisfied with the new system.

While this has been a mild summer, Texas is extremely hot and what makes matters worse is having a new home built with an undersized, insufficient, and ineffective HVAC system in a nearly 3800 square foot home! Needless to say, ABC came to the rescue. I won’t go into the details of the issues we had, but I will say that ABC came in and fixed all of the cooling issues. ABC produced system calculations and provided new duct-work, professional installation, master craftsmanship and overall professionalism. If you’re having HVAC issues, I highly recommend ABC. Our Comfort Advisor, Robert Stengel, did not miss a beat! Not only did he ensure the job was completed, he kept in touch even after installation to make sure the unit was performing properly. We got a complete new Lennox 2-stage system with Aprilaire installed by ABC. They did a great job from the very beginning where Cade helped us understand what we need and why, to Mark who bid the job and helped us make a decision, to Steve who did a great install job in exactly as much time as he said it would take. This kind of work aint cheap or small, so we’re glad that ABC does good work and stands behind it.

ABC has always been top rate: friendly and helpful from scheduling to the techs. I’ve used them for HVAC and they are honest and shoot you straight.
These days most of the formerly locally owned shops are bought up by Private Equity and they are just trying to run the rates sky high (while keeping the old name and pretending to be small and local). ABC is still proudly locally owned and operated; they know that good service and honesty will bring them more business in the long run and that’s who I like to work with! I recently worked with Kevin G who was awesome; friendly, kind, informative, and efficient. He also said how much he enjoys working for ABC and how well he is treated; which is another good reason to use them!

Luis’ service was greatly appreciated, he was on time & extremely thorough when checking my HVAC. With the cost of HVAC systems, ABC’s maintenance program is great giving us peace of mind our system is in good order!

Hopefully I’ve reached the right place— Billy needs a raise after tonight! While no HVAC service was necessary, Billy spent a good 30 minutes in 25 degree weather to help get my car unstuck from an icy hill. I can only imagine this character carries over into his work, and I can only hope that van 7038 gets back safely!

I hesitated some about who to do my HVAC replacement but settled on my normal maintenance company, ABC. So glad I did. Work was excellent and the installation crew was beyond amazing. I highly recommend.

Our AC stopped cooling in one of our zones after a power failure, and after some attempts to reset the system it stopped cooling our whole house. This is the worst case scenario for anyone living in Texas.

ABC promptly answered their phone, got with their dispatch, and worked in our repair same day within a few hours.

If that wasn't enough, they sent us what has got to be one of their best techs. He went above and beyond a simple diagnosis of the problem, but went through our whole system to find an underlying wiring issue that caused the initial zone communication problem in the first place.

Spending the extra time to be thorough and solve the problem in a cost effective way for the customer has definitely sold me on solely using them for any repairs going forward.

I will be recommending them to all my friends and family in the area from now on!

ABC has always been there for me from pest control to HVAC. I've had consistent issues with my air conditioning system and Randall has been able to take care of the problem and maintenance it. Now I have no worries! Once had an amphibian scratching in my vent on a Saturday morning. I called once they opened and they sent somebody right out. ABC is steady, reliable, easy to contact (the phone operators are very pleasant) and willing to help you in any way. I highly recommend.
