AC Superheroes definitely came to the rescue! From booking to end of service everything was easy peasy. We have a home warranty but needed more immediate service. Connor was punctual, professional and super knowledgeable about our system. He ran diagnostics quickly and provided a great report. Thanks again!

We first came across this company because they partner with the mold remediation company we had hired for mold in our ducts. They promptly got to work on our ducts (had to have the whole thing replaced) and came back to do any additional work and cleaning that was fixed, no problem. We ended up signing up for their maintenance plan because it sounded much better than the current maintenance plan we had with our other HVAC company, and that was also going well. We get quarterly reminders to have maintenance scheduled and then someone comes to do the maintenance and change the filters.

Today, we came home to find our AC unit wasn't working. The woman on the phone described it as power cycling and in about an hour and a half, an on-call tech was at our house. It was such a relief to not only have someone come so quickly, but to also not have to worry about diagnostic fees since we were on the maintenance plan. We definitely felt really taken care of and working with AC Superheroes has been extremely stress-free for the year or so we've been with them! Highly highly recommend.

I also want to give extra attention to Connor, who worked with us on the mold remediation as well as with the emergency call. He's always so knowledgeable, friendly, and honest, and is the reason why we signed up for the maintenance plan in the first place - because we felt like we could trust him.

The team at AC Superheros was a breeze to work with. While dealing with a breakdown of our HVAC unit, Lucas and the team were quick to respond, patient with my questions, and offered the best price around. I'll absolutely be working with them moving forward.

A thermostat installed three years ago by AC Superheroes failed today. When contacted for repair, their technician determined it needed replacement without explaining the cause of the failure. Usually, the life shall not be that short. We were given an overpriced, non-itemized quote of $432 for a roughly $100 part. This pricing seems unreasonable compared to our last replacement. The lack of transparency and the unreasonable pricing mean we will no longer use this company for our HVAC needs.

My son had previously used AC Superheroes and recommended them for a prompt response. That is exactly what I got. They diagnosed a leaking evaporator coil and performed a warranty replacement in a couple of days. Responsive and professional; what more can you ask?

AC Superheroes are great! They maintenance my commercial building on a monthly basis, always on time and call ahead to tell us they are on their way! Totally recommend this company.

Connor was great! Honest, communicative, transparent. System has been having issues on and off, but during the appointment it wasn’t showing the signs of any issue. He didn’t want to falsely diagnose anything but due to the age of the system I requested estimates for a new system. We reviewed the options and he didn’t try to upsell me. Was very clear on the differences in the units.

Ryan and the guys are so helpful and overall provide great service. They take care of all our AC needs every three months at the office. They even solve problems we didn’t know about. I highly recommend these Superheros!

A week before our wedding and less than 24hrs before our family flew into town to stay with us, one of our AC units failed. Going off of several recommendations on the Steiner Ranch FB page, I made a late night call to AC Superheroes. Thankfully, Lucas and team were at my house the next morning and were able to triage the issue and give me several options. Preparing to move to a new home next year, I opted to replace both units (one unit failed, other had a slow leak). Extremely competitive and fair pricing and the team moved mountains resolve the issue as soon as possible and to make sure my family was cool and comfortable. What started as a potential disaster for the wedding was quickly resolved without concern. From the amazing communication and responsiveness to the excellent pricing and service, AC Superheroes has my business as long as I'm living in Austin. I'd give six stars if it were an option.

Thomas did regular hvac maintenance before warm season starts. He was very prompt, and knowledgeable. We had a couple of questions about the health of our units. He addressed all of them.

I've used many HVAC companies over the years but Lucas and his company AC Superheroes is simply the best. Responsive, affordable with high quality technicians are the norm. AC Superheroes did an excellent job with our dryer duct cleaning. The team was professional, punctual, and very thorough. They explained the process clearly, showed before-and-after results, and made sure everything was clean and safe before leaving. Our dryer is working much more efficiently now. This a great company, I used them for a repair to my AC unit early last year, they came out promptly and fix the issue for a very reasonable price. We hired them to return a few times a year making sure all is working like it should. Personable and detailed techs, they were careful and respectful of our home.

I cannot tell you how wonderful they were. I had arranged for someone else to do the work, but they were a no show. This company jumped in at the last minute and rearranged the tech’s schedule so he could do the work asap and within my schedule. They took the time to determine that one of the failed parts was still under warranty and did not charge me for it. At the end, they gave me a discount. I feel blessed to have found them.

I couldn't be happier with the recent installation of a minisplit for my garage. After my initial call to Corridor, Brandon was onsite within 48 hours at the appointed time, walking me through options and providing professional recommendations. I had a written estimate in hand that same evening-far less than their competitors! We then set an install date a short time later, giving me time to have the necessary electrical work done. On the install date, Brandon and his install techs were precisely on time and did a fabulous job. Hard to believe that within 2 weeks from my initial call to Corridor I had a working minisplit unit in my garage. Based on my experience with other providers I was initially prepared for delays, complications, etc. but that never happened with Corridor-Brandon stayed with the project from start to finish to ensure I was completely happy and understood the entire process. We had a few outdoor spigots that were acting up and needed a good plumber. Called Jamie at Corridor Services and he scheduled a technician. The technician was prompt and very personable. He did an excellent job and I could tell his work was his artwork, the man took real pride in his work - clean finish and no mess. I highly recommend this business. Local, honest and reliable!
