Tldr: Felix and Frostymist were great! I can't say enough good things. If you have A/C issues call them.

My A/C was leaking water and causing a backup in my home. It was around 6pm after the workday when I realized it was leaking and I called Frostymist because they had done good work for my family before. I was expecting to get a voicemail or to put in scheduling for a couple days later. No, I got through immediately and was able to get assistance same day. Again this is after the regular working day. Felix came over, assessed the issue, explained what was going wrong, answered my questions, and resolved the issue - all in a very timely manner. He even helped to resolve an additional issue with my A/C that was causing me issues but that I didn't truly understand. On top of the great work from Felix, the service was affordable and did not cost an arm and a leg. I would strongly recommend anyone dealing with A/C issues to call Frostymist!

I've hired FrostyMist twice now and have been pleased with my service both times. Felix and crew are quick to provide service, knowledgeable, and friendly. The cost is affordable as well. Highly recommend! It's nice to have a great company in your back pocket for HVAC emergencies.

Felix was highly recommended to me and he did not disappoint. He was very responsive to calls and texts, and was very knowledgeable in assessing both my upstairs and downstairs units. I had two other bids but neither could match his professionalism, responsiveness, product, and price. He and his team were amazing and completed the installation of both units in one day. Frosty Mist Heating & Air Conditioning Repair was exceptional from start to finish. Our home A/C went out and we called a reputable A/C service company to get an estimate. When that company quoted us extremely high we contacted Frosty Mist at the recommendation of my brother-in-law, Bobby T. Not only did they beat the competition, they beat the competition by $7K! Additionally, Frosty Mist set us up with a top of the line Trane System. When The Frosty Mist technicians arrived, led by Felix, they were all completely professional, friendly, clean, competent, and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Finally, Felix carefully and diligently took the time to explain the ins and outs of our new Trane system. He answered all of our questions and even gave us his personal number to call if there are any future issues. Our house is now cool and comfortable and we have Frosty Mist Heating & Air Conditioning Repair to thank.

I reached out to Frostymist after being recommended by multiple neighbors, because our AC was not cooling. Their office immediately texted me back stating they could have a tech over there in 2 hours. Isiah was our tech, and he not only fixed the problem, but he went above and beyond and replaced the insulation in our inside unit with quality, hard sided insulation so that it would not fall and block the airflow again, he also cleaned our outside unit for prevention purposes. I honestly could not be more pleased with the quality work completed by Isaiah from Frostymist. Isaiah also came back the next day to wrap things up and to make sure everything is working and operating smoothly! I highly recommend using Frostymist for all your AC repair needs.

The owner of Frosty Mist, Felix, actually answers the phone (if you leave a message he will return your call). He also promptly returns text messages. We have been impressed that he is the person to come to your house and check out your system. The few times we have contacted him he has come the same day. One time even came Friday evening.

A week or so ago, our air conditioning wasn’t cooling our home. We called Felix. He came to our house the same day. Said we needed a part that was pretty expensive but decided to go ahead and repair even though our air conditioner was over twelve years old. The part seemed to work great for a few days. We went out of town over the weekend. Returned a Monday afternoon to a hot house. Called Felix. He was working and said he would be over in a few hours. He got here about 6:30 pm. Checked out the system. Now the fan was out, which was going to cost quite a bit. We agreed we needed to buy a new HVAC so he sat with us until 9:00 pm explaining our options. He also let us know the money we spent on part for old unit would be credited and that money would be deducted from our new system. Decided to sleep on it and let him know the next day (Tuesday). Before he left our house Monday, he brought in a portable air conditioner and sat it up in our bedroom.

We contacted him first thing Tuesday morning and he had two men here before noon to replace our system. They were great. Worked until 8:00 pm getting everything changed out and by 8:30 pm our house started feeling nice and cool.

This morning ( Wednesday) Felix called early to make sure we were happy with the work and system men put in.

Bottom line, if you need repair or a new HVAC I highly recommended Frosty Mist. Felix is smart and he knows how to make customers happy by provided excellent service and extremely good pricing.

Contacted them on a Saturday evening. Felix replied within minutes and was able to come out Sunday morning to help me. He fixed the initial issue I had and found some other things that had been done incorrectly when I had my AC unit installed a few years back with another company. Really great service and very fair pricing. So glad I reached out!

Courteous, informative and punctual. My son actually recommended them after work they had done at both his house and commercial business. They explained what they found in easy to understand terms. Actually corrected an issue that a different company had injected into my AC system a few months back that contributed to the current repair they performed. Highly recommend Frosty Mist AC & Heating. They will be doing my annual AC and heating checkups and repairs going forward.

Felix from Frosty Mist Air Conditioning & Heating is a lifesaver! Seriously, this guy is awesome. He was funny, easy to talk to, and always kept me in the loop about when he'd arrive and how long things would take. When my A/C went out (in the middle of July, no less), he answered my call on a holiday, booked me in for that same day, and was at my place within hours. Talk about quick! He even came back first thing the next morning with the part I needed, and he made sure it was still under warranty—so no extra costs. Felix's work was top-notch, fast, and affordable. Plus, he totally got how urgent the situation was and made sure I wasn’t stuck sweating it out any longer than necessary. A neighbor recommended him to me, and now I’m telling everyone I know—keep Felix in mind if your A/C ever gives you trouble!

Highly recommend Frosty Mist! Felix was super friendly, knowledgable, and was able to repair the issue with our HVAC at a very reasonable price! He even came out for an emergency call on a Sunday during the ice storm.

I can’t say enough good things about Frostymist Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC. My heater stopped working on a Saturday morning just hours before freezing temperatures were set to hit, and they came through immediately. Felix arrived right away, was professional and knowledgeable, and worked diligently to diagnose and fix the issue. He had my heater back up and running before the temperatures dropped, which was such a relief. Exceptional service, quick response, and genuine care for their customers. I will absolutely use Frostymist again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

Ricky and Matt diagnosed our issue quickly and thoroughly. They were able to fix our broken sewer pipe very quickly and showed us exactly what the issue was and also walked us through the fix. They even suggested that the city come out to fix a connecting pipe while they had everything open. The city came out within thirty minutes and helped make sure that the repairs were 100%. Thank you for excellent service!

Kevin and crew were on time and installed an entire new HVAC system in about 5 hours. They were very professional and I recommend them highly.

I had the HVAC system checked out. He was very thorough and went through everything with me. I also had the water heater flushed and indoor plumbing inspected. Matt took care of a couple non emergent issues. All in all, very pleased.

Christopher Rios did an excellent job repairing my Mom's AC. My husband accidentally shredded wires leading to outside unit with weed eater. We called several other well known companies and no one could come out. Champion was recommended to us by a freind. They could come out within 2 hours of calling to repair wires an replace fuse that day. Christopher was courteous and professional. He gave us an accessment of our unit and offered alot of helpful info. I would definitely reccomend Champion. Excellent service!

Daren just performed my routine maintenance check and was very informative and helpful in recommending things I could consider to help the performance of my unit. However he was not pushy at all and gave me pros and cons so I could decide. He also hosed off my unit even though that is typically only done before the spring maintenance check because I asked him to.

Juan gave us an estimate for replacing our AC/heating unit. He did a great job explaining everything, answering our million questions, and going over the different systems!

Thomas arrived on time for the estimate for a vanity and hot water heater installation. He is very knowledgeable as well as professional. After I received the estimate I still had questions. He was available to explain in more detail some of my concerns. When he arrived for the installation he was super nice and professional. This guy is the real deal. I will use this company and will request Thomas for all of my plumbing issues in the future. He was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed through the entire process.
