A/C stopped working inside my house on a Sunday afternoon with 100 plus degree weather outside. Luckily I called Felix with Frostymist Air. He was at my house within the hour and fixed the problem with my AC unit. Life saver!

My heater went out. I was worried because companies I called before I called Frosty Mist either didn't answer or could only come out within sometime during the week and I didn't know how cold it was going to get in the house until it was fixed. Then I called Frosty Mist. Felix answered and was at my place the same day- within the the hour. He diagnosed that the motherboard for the furnace had gone out. He replaced the part. Heater works great now. Work was done fast and price was great. 100% recommended.

The AC unit failed on a Saturday. I called Frostymist and Tyler came over in an hour and not only fixed the problem, but installed a flush valve do I can flush out the drain pipe in the future myself. Thanks.

Felix was awesome, he came out late, worked us in same day and got everything fixed, including hard wiring a new thermostat for us. He will for sure be getting all our business in the future.

Felix is very passionate about his work. He was the only guy who gave me an estimate over the phone, amongst 6 other companies I called. I had an AC tech already come in and diagnose the problem..it was an expensive job so I wanted to shop around.
I called Felix and explained the situation. He asked me for serial number of the unit and then gave me a quote within an hour on email. I asked him to wait till I have quotes from few more companies. None of them were willing to give me a quote on phone. When the techs visited their quotes were really high. Felix's price was less comparatively.
He scheduled an appointment for the next day when I gave him a go ahead.. Isaiah came on time, was very professional. Felix joined him later. Within 5 hours these guys fixed my system.
I had doubts later in the evening about the functioning and I called him, he visited the very next day to explain me the system, and rechecked his work..
I have never met someone who stands by their work so well, and is fair, knows his trade, and is truly a good guy.

We found Frosty Mist on the internet today. We needed some help with our furnace and called Felix. He was nice enough to come two hours after our call. While he was here checking out the furnace we asked if he could go ahead and service our air conditioning unit for the summer. We were really impressed with him. He is the owner of company and we like having the actual owner do the work. He will definitely be our go to person for any heat and air needs. The charge was more than fair.

Top notch experience with Felix of Frosty Mist. When you call just about any other company in Austin, the call goes directly to a call center. Those call centers cannot help you and seemingly only exist to work more money out of you. Felix directly answered my call and provided fast, affordable expertise to fix our A/C issue. Felix was amazing! Scheduled the appointment on today - a Sunday, and he was here in a little over an hour; driving from South Austin to Taylor. He was very considerate of our house and pets; VERY quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our AC unit. The definition of professionalism! And the rate was excellent given his expertise, skill, and the timeliness of the repair. Outstanding service! 100/10 would call again!

I called Frostymist in the morning and Isaiah was at my house soon after diagnosing the problem. While he was getting the part needed to fix the unit, he set up a portable air conditioner inside to keep us comfortable. Polite and fast - highly recommend!!

Super fast and reliable service! I was having a problem with my A/C and gave Frostymist a call. 30 minutes later a technician was at my house getting it fixed. He had a replacement part that my unit needed on hand so he was able to repair my unit in about an hour. He also cleaned the outside unit and fixed a wiring problem that a previous AC tech didn’t address. The service was fantastic and the price was right. I’ll definitely be using Frostymist again!
