John and Austin came in and got our AC done right. They were respectful, mindful, and hard workers. We are sitting in a nice cool home now because of them!! Definitely recommend!!!!

We had Lonestar out for issues with our AC not cooling, Joel was able to find the problem and get it fixed for us! He followed up that evening to check if it was cooling and the next day as well which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Joel!

They replaced our whole system and we loved them!!!! They showed us everything and answered all the questions. My mom got up in the attic with them at one point to see how it all worked and they took the time to show her and explain to her. They were soo nice!

Felix came out on a Sunday to fix our AC. He graciously squeezed us in and stayed late to get the work done. He was honest, professional, and made sure I knew exactly what the issue was before he started working on the unit. Will definitely be using in the future when we need a new unit!

Felix and Frosty Mist are top notch - Listen a good, honest AC guy is hard to find. Felix is definitely both good and honest as well as professional. He has helped me in multiple instances with multiple homes, communicates well, let's you know what is going on through the process and has electronic billing! He knows his stuff, what things he is seeing in the AC community, and has connections to make things happen at a good, fair price. I give him a 10/10.

Felix came out on a Sunday night to take a look at my A/C which had just died. The whole system needed to be replaced. Felix and his crew did a great job at a great price. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing A/C repair or replacement.

My air conditioner fan stopped working late last night and I was able to use Frosty Mist’s website to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Felix arrived at the beginning of the arrival window and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I had cool air again within 20 minutes of his arrival! Great service and nice, knowledgeable guy. Felix and Isaiah did a great job on helping with our Carrier AC installation. It took a while to get to the stage of installation which was not caused by Frostymist. They arrived fresh and early at 730 AM and it took them until 6PM to complete the installation. As I write this review the house is already cooling down beautifully. I will recommend Frostymist to anyone who has Air Conditioning needs as they are very reliable and professional in their dealings.

Our HVAC started to leak and stopped cooling. Felix & Isaiah walked us through what was going on and helped us every step of the way. Parts for both older & newer models are currently hard to find so they went out of their way to find potential alternatives. They even loaned out a portable AC while we waited for the evaporator coil to arrive. This summer would have been a lot worse without them!

We recently worked with Felix with Frosty Mist and were very impressed with his professionalism and work. Our rental in South Austin AC went out and he was able to fit us in last minute and got everything up and running. Our resident was also very appreciative of his quick response and assistance. These guys were real patient with me when I set up and connected my own mini split. I did a sloppy job at first, they made some suggestions that I took seriously, and they came back with the vacuum pump to check it out. And now it works fantastically.

Felix is so professional and so nice. My AC suddenly stopped working randomly on Sunday night and I called a lot of companies but none of them could come and help me right away. The hot weather was killing me and my pets. I almost gave up finding and trying to find a hotel. My last phone call was to Felix and he said he could come help me right away. Felix came out on a Sunday when we had lost AC. He identified the issue and had what he needed on his truck to get the AC working again. He explained the problem and charged a fair price. It seems like a lot of the AC companies in Austin now have a model where they recommend a new AC unit if there is a broken part. I’ve become very skeptical. So, I was happy when Felix identified a relatively inexpensive repair. He did identify two less pressing issues as well, and I hired him to fix those 2 days later. He was professional, knowledgeable, and solved my problem in a timely manner for what I considered a reasonable price. I would hire him again.

We had a leak from the condensate but couldn't locate it. Frostymist found it quickly and fixed the leaking pipe within an hour for a very modest charge. They are really good at what they do, professional and above all very honest.
