I used Champion 0umbingplumbing Services after experiencing recurring sink drainage problems. Matt did great diagnostic work using his expertise & real time pipe camera which showed me exactly the problem. Matt had several proposals for me & when he returned, he accomplished exactly what he promised, and then some! Again, The camera showed exactly what his work had achieved, clean pipes!. The workspace was tidy & cleaned up afterward; everyone was on time & thorough, every question answered.

Friendly and fast service! After a month of fighting my home warranty with no AC, I’m glad I went with champion to replace my system. It took them about 6 hours to install everything and it’s working great so far! Installer also noticed an issue with the roof duct for the heating installed poorly from the previous installation, and they sent someone out at 8 am the next morning to have it fixed (no extra cost) and they were done in just over an hour. I’m very pleased!

Champion sent Thomas Amstutz to help us with our water heater problem. Thomas was super helpful, professional and kind. He explained everything we needed to know and offered all options to myself and husband. I recently had one of my AC units go out and contacted Champion AC Heating and Plumbing to diagnose the issue. I had been with another HVAC company for almost 10 years, and out of loyalty had stayed with them even though I saw some red flags along the way. A couple of years ago, we had Champion install 2 tankless water heaters in our house and they did an amazing job, so I decided to give them the opportunity to take over our HVAC needs as well. Last year Champion replaced an entire unit for one part of my house, and did a fantastic job. Not only were they efficient, but also checked back in multiple times to make sure that my new unit was working as it should.
With this latest issue- it was another unit that had stopped working. My initial call was on a weekend and they sent out a tech to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately it was mis-diagnosed as the tech had missed a leak and tried to rectify the issue by replacing refrigerant. A few days later, I had the same issue with the AC not working and called and spoke with one of their managers Colby. Colby was very understanding and apologetic for the previous oversight and wanted me to give him a chance to make things right.
In the end, Colby took care of fixing my unit (at a cost loss to the company) in a timely and efficient manner. I really want to applaud him and his team for getting us back up and running. Champion has found a loyal customer in me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable HVAC or plumbing work.

Darin did an excellent job fixing our cooling issue. He quickly identified and replaced the damaged part, getting our system back up and running in no time. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain the entire process clearly — it made the experience smooth and stress-free. Great service all around, turning a stressful weekend into a happy one.

I had another company come out and they quoted me over $18,000. Daniel came over that same day and said all of that wasn’t necessary. The day they came to clean the ducts (and other things) they actually told us our ducts were spotless and didn’t need cleaning. It knocked over 2k off of our bill. They could have just cleaned our system anyway and we would have never questioned it. I appreciate their honesty and excellent service.

We called Champion for an estimate on a complete American Standard heat pump, air handler and duct work system replacement.
Mr. Moreno showed up when he said he would.
He is very professional and easy to talk to.
He checked every aspect of our system.
He went over the details of all the estimated systems.
I feel very informed and I know that whatever system I choose, I will feel comfortable with the outcome. Thank you Champion.

We chose the American Standard Deluxe 4 ton heat pump and matching air handler with an AprilAire filter, UVC light and ionizer.

The Champion team showed up as scheduled, went over everything they were going to do and started their work removing and replacing our entire system, ductwork included.
They completed our replacement in less than a day.
All the guys were polite and very knowledgeable answering all the questions we had. They worked well together. They walked us through and showed us everything that was removed and replaced.

They even found an electrical issue that we can get repaired before any problems.

Matt did an outstanding job. He was courteous and communicated very well about what was needed and how he would do the work, giving me frequent updates and helping me understand the steps taken. Very professional! I am completely satisfied with his work.

We recently had Champion Plumbing and AC out to fix several issues in our home, low water pressure in our primary shower, leaks under our sink disposal, and a leaky guest bathroom sink. Thomas was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the problems, gave us honest recommendations, and never tried to sell us on anything we didn’t need.

The pricing was fair, and he got to work right after the initial inspection. Thomas’s craftsmanship was top-notch, and his communication was excellent every step of the way. He also handled our big, and a bit bothersome, German shepherd with patience and kindness! I highly recommend Champion Plumbing and AC, especially if you want quality work and a trustworthy experience.

Will and Matt were great! They did excellent work in a timely manner and cleaned up everything afterwards! We would definitely use Champion AC and plumbing again. Also we would recommend them to everyone we know.

Our tankless water heater’s expansion tank froze and ruptured. Champion couldn’t get to the property to help repair the issue on the day the rupture occurred. Consequently, we had to shut off water to the entire home (the tankless did not have a shutoff valve). In fairness, other plumbers we called were also unable to respond, due to a recent ice storm. However, we are a member, paying an annual fee for priority service. Champion’s rates seem reasonable, although we were charged $200 for a line thaw out when the ambient temps were in the 40s 🤔. The technicians for Champion always do a good job. They are knowledgeable and they leave everything neat & tidy when done. The tech for this particular repair replaced the expansion tank, added a new shutoff valve and thoroughly/neatly wrapped the expansion tank and the other water lines with insulation to prevent future freezes. The tankless has been functioning perfectly since the repair.

Jacob was excellent to work with. He completed a thorough HVAC assessment for my buyers and took the time to return my calls and answer follow-up questions so we fully understood the issues. I highly recommend Jacob and would gladly work with him again.

Plumbing repair with remodeling underway! Exceptional work and workmanship. Recently Matt Sloan the master tradesman worked at my home many hours repairing old connections and replacing bathroom fixtures with easy. Matt as a follow up replaced a Stop Flow on one of my Hotwater heaters; All Fixed, always professional and knowledgeable about his work. Matt was very professional, did an excellent job or diagnosing the plumbing leak, was very upfront with the cost, which I appreciate. The dig crew was very efficient and Wyatt, the second technician was just as courteous and professional, and was able to replace the damaged pipes.

However, there was some Issues regarding filling the hole that was left behind. The work was done and completed on Friday. A trench remained Im my yard until Tuesday, Even though I was told a crew would come out on Saturday to fill the hole it did not occur. A good job was done on filling the hole.

Overall, not bad.

Jorge and Kevin did a great job installing my new HVAC system and James did a fantastic job with my water heater. They were polite and answered all my questions. I also heard them being super positive as they worked, bringing energy and encouragement. I appreciate witnessing people work like that together and it’s nice to think that they really love what they do.

Jan 2026:
Matej provided an outstanding experience during a project I unfortunately had to address. He was, without question, the best part of the entire process. He humanized what could have been a stressful situation, making it clear, approachable, and genuinely personable. He took all the time I needed to talk things through and even allowed space for me to express how I was feeling, which meant more than I can say. He’s also the only person who has worked on my home who truly connected with my dog—and they’re excellent judges of character.

Matej and James make a stellar team, and I’m incredibly grateful to have plumbers I genuinely trust. While Champion is on the higher end cost-wise, I’m more than willing to invest in trust and peace of mind at this point.
