Recommended. They solved a problem I had with the condensing pressure system because it was poorly regulated. I called the company and they attended me super fast, also the customer service is very good and efficient and the diagnosis they give is very complete. No doubt I am very grateful to Turbo for providing good service and help me solve the problem with my air. I highly recommend them

My air conditioning unit in my home went out in the middle of the summer and these guys came to my home so fast the same day and fixed it and got me up and running, Christian and Ricky are great!!! Last night i had a water heater leaking and they came to fix it temporarily and this morning to replace it. Definitely recommend!!

10/10 turbo exceeded my expectations, they are the best! I had been 2 days looking for a service technician for my air conditioner because it had stopped cooling due to a blockage in the condenser, but every time I found a place to do it they told me it would take between 1 or 2 days to visit my house, until I found turbo, from the moment I called the attention was excellent, they scheduled an appointment and the same day the technical team arrived with tools and supplies to solve my problem. i recommend them.

An excellent service, without a doubt 100% recommended. My equipment was not heating up, so I decided to contact Turbo Plumbing, they scheduled an appointment for me and arrived at my house on time, they explained the procedure they would do and in a short time they managed to fix it. Now my air conditioner works perfectly. I am very grateful and I definitely recommend them!!

Had to get some warranty work done on my water heater and the tech, Andrew S. Was fantastic. He explained everything he was doing at each step. Part had to be ordered from the OEM per the warranty guidelines, and he came out on a Saturday about an hour before his shift ended to complete the repair/installation.
I also want to give praise to Catie at dispatch. Her communication throughout this ordeal was excellent. She would text at every milestone and also was very responsive to my texts and questions.
I will definitely call on Goettl for any future plumbing or HVAC needs.

We've been having water pressure issues that was causing problems throughout the house. Our tech, Corey "Shane" Smith worked hard to problem solve the cause. He communicated with me throughout the whole process in a way that me feel comfortable and confident in his work. He was forthright, personable but still focused on the task at hand. He even gave suggestions on how to fix other non- plumbing issues.

Had a very positive experience with Goettl for my last HVAC maintenance visit! Stephen Jackson was our technician and he was thoughtful, thorough, and worked with me and my budget to figure out the best solution to my HVAC issues without upselling or making me feel dumb. That type of service means a lot in this day and age. Would recommend!

We had a whole water system replacement installed in our home beginning June with Goettl AC & Plumbing due to a leak under our home. Unfortunately it wasn't an easy quick fix.

Zack Carlisle & Jeremiah performed the work from the beginning to end. They arrived on time daily, they were very professional, friendly and hard working. Zach kept me informed of the process before and after for each day and made sure to answer any questions I had before leaving. They always picked up at the end of the day and made sure there was no debris left in our home. We are glad we had the opportunity to have Zach & Jeremiah come and do the work for us. Excellent work Zack & Jeremiah!!

Brent was very helpful and honest with me when he discovered both my household and city shutoff valves needed replacing, which required coordinating with Round Rock Utility's own plumbers. He unburied my household shutoff valve and put a PVC sleeve between its replacement and the manhole cover, so that it wouldn't get buried in soil again.

Amanda Nations, with Goettl, was very good at diagnosing our AC problem and ordering materials to complete the job, after normal business hours, within three days. I would definitely trust her again with our future HVAC repairs and annual system checkups.

A big shoutout to Stephen Jackson, our HVAC tech, who finally figured out what’s been wrong with our system for the past 5 years! We’ve had multiple people look at it and no one could pinpoint the issue, until Stephen! Our airflow actually works now and the house feels completely different. He really knows his stuff and was super easy to work with. Highly recommend him if you’re having issues!

Amanda was wonderful! She made time to help us understand everything from the repairs to how much it would cost to replace the unit. She is so knowledgeable and friendly! I definitely recommend this company!

A+ experience with my yearly AC maintenance check up. Amanda Nations was extremely thorough and detailed with her inspection and cleaning process. She spent extra time making sure everything was done perfectly right. She showed me everything that was going wrong (and right!) with my unit. Had them come out to get a quote for a tankless water heater install. Jordan went above and beyond helping me scope out my project and listening to my priorities. Even brought a new toy for my dog!

Called Goettl to support in providing some estimates in moving my washer and dryer connections as part of a renovation project.
Given the extent of the work I need to get multiple quotes and some companies insist on expensive trip charges (one up to $500) to have a “specialist” assess before providing a quote for the work.
These guys were timely, transparent and uncomplicated. I appreciate Shane for quickly putting together an estimate before even leaving the house, providing multiple options at various price point and without pressure of upfront commitment.
