Jacob M. from Champion came out and assessed our aging HVAC system during the Christmas holidays. He ran multiple tests on the unit, explained the issues in great detail and was thorough and highly experienced. Our options to replace were priced competitively. I’ve been a customer of Champion AC and Plumbing for over five years, and overall, they’ve consistently delivered solid work and reliable service. Their team has always been flexible with scheduling, which I appreciate given how unpredictable life can be. They recently showed real understanding and professionalism when I experienced a medical emergency and had to cancel a service visit at the last minute. They handled it with empathy. They worked with me instead of penalizing me.

Their pricing is definitely on the higher side, and it’s something to be aware of, but the quality of the work has been strong, and everything has been done correctly the first time. For me, the combination of good workmanship, responsive communication, and flexibility has made the experience worth it.

I’m satisfied with their services and plan to continue using them.

Replacing 5 water shutoff valves, 1 kitchen faucet cartridge, and extra-tall toilet installation. The 2 skilled tradesmen - Matt and Will - arrived on time, fully explained the services they were performing, were careful to safeguard my floors and countertops, and fully cleaned up all the debris, packaging, and supplies before leaving my property. They demonstrated the proper functioning of the installed valves and toilet and provided follow-up contact phone numbers if there were any future problems. All-in-All a very excellent service call experience completed in under 2 hours! This included completely shutting off all water to the entire condominium complex for less than 1 hour (our condos do not have individual water cutoff valves).

Had a maintenance appointment and all went well. Josh showed up on-time and was very nice and professional. When I asked him questions, he was very informative and shared little tips and tricks with me.

Annual maintenance check up on the heating system. Juan made a review and updated me on the condition of our aging furnace that lives on due to a history of regular maintenance. We did not need any parts or work this year. He would have changed our filters but I had just done that myself so I declined the offer. The call was included in our membership thus there was no additional charge. This company, through several years of calls for a variety of HVAC and plumbing services, has inspired my confidence in their competence and honesty.

Daniel Morales serviced my home today; he was punctual, prepared, and very thorough. I've been using this company for a long time and I'm always pleased. Daniel did an excellent job educating me on best practices and making sure my family was safe from carbon monoxide. He took photos of the unit and showed me what to look out for in the future. He goes above and beyond. I trust this company because of workers like him that take pride in their work.

I recently purchased a new home which came with a builder grade Goodman 14 Seer System.
I decided based upon my electric bills to replace / upgrade my system with a high end variable speed Trane Supreme Comfort System. I chose Champion AC and Plumbing to complete this project for me.
The entire process went extremely smooth. From the communication with the Customer Service Representatives, to the Dispatchers, to the Technicians, and ultimately the Installation Team that truly provided an incredible craftsmanship within my home.
Special appreciation for Kevin Garcia, Logan Altier, and Matt Driscoll for completion of an incredible installation. They were extremely polite and professional, really taking the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand and comprehend. I have been extremely pleased with the Trane Supreme System over the last month. Looking forward to the comfort and utility savings in the weeks and months ahead.
I’m extremely excited in my decision to choose Champion AC, as they were the only company that offered me a Peace of mind Extended Labor Warranty that protects me for the next 10 Years, therefore October of 2035. Therefore I’m now part of there Membership Team.

He was one of the most honest, polite and respectful person I've met in a very long time. Because of his professionalism, genuine sincerity and concern for our safety is the reason why I will continue to do business with this company. See just recently I paid L*"*'s to install a new thermostat in my house, they sent out a contractor who didn't know what he was doing and he fried all the wires that controlled the air conditioner. The wire to the thermostat was burned and melted together causing a blow back in the unit. Causing the heat to kick on instead of the air conditioner. The house got to 106° in a day. Because of his inexperience, he almost caused my house to catch fire. Fire department came to my home three days ago and then I realized I need a professional ASAP. I called Champion, they came out the next day and rewire the air conditioner and thermostat. Plus they installed a couple of surge protectors to prevent this from happening in the future.

My project involved converting a tanked water heater in the attic of my 100-year-old bungalow to a tankless system. I received three quotes, all within about $1,000, and chose Champion because their technician, Matt, conducted the most thorough inspection and gave an honest assessment of the work. The other companies spent far less time onsite and were much less inquisitive, which concerned me given the home’s age and unconventional plumbing.

James Farr and James Smith completed the installation in about a day and a half, including install, exterior gas piping, and removal of the old unit. They communicated clearly throughout, involved me in aesthetic decisions, and even corrected a non-code-compliant sink trap. James Farr spent quite a bit of extra time educating me on the unit and plumbing and letting me know the best practices for a freeze and general longevity of the unit.

From quoting and scheduling to final billing, the entire process was smooth and professional. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of work and would gladly use and recommend Champion again. I dont leave a lot of reviews, but these technicians absolutely earned it.

I had a great experience with Will K the plumber. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and immediately put me at ease during a stressful home emergency. He took the time to educate me on what was happening and explained what to do if the issue comes up again in the future. I really appreciated the quick response time and professionalism. I’ve definitely found my go-to plumber and wouldn’t hesitate to call again or recommend him to others.

We have been using this company for several years now and have always been very pleased with their service. Every technician who has come out has always been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our most recent technician, Christopher Rios was fantastic. He addressed all of our concerns, didn’t try to oversell us but did make us aware of everything important that was going on and provided us with options. I felt that my family was in good hands. Will K. was great. This was my first time using Champion Plumbing. They had quick availability and Will was very professional. Looked at the issue then proceeded to get the work done quickly. He also informed me of the free camera service available.

I would definitely recommend this company for HVAC services. We had to replace our almost 30 year old AC system and they worked with us and had us on the schedule within a couple of days. They had it installed and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Great, hard working guys and awesome warranty too!

Both men were very kind and got straight to work diagnosing the problem. Within 15 minutes they had a solution and educated me on how we can help maintain the mini split for better results. We had great conversation and they were done and gone in less than 30 minutes.

From our conversation, I learned that issues with CFM and the home builder’s lack of attention to detail are likely the root cause of the HVAC performance problems I’ve been experiencing. He provided detailed guidance on how to address the various issues I’ve been experiencing and helped me understand the many interconnected components of the system. He explained how this complex system relies on each part being properly installed and proactively configured to operate at peak performance.

Matej - Matt did a thorough investigation of all the plumbing in & under the home I am purchasing. Matt was great at identifying any potential problems with cameras, and not only documenting them for me, but sending me videos. He was friendly and always happy to answer any questions. I recently used Champion AC & Plumbing to repair a water heater leak and worked with technician Thomas. He was great - very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the issue clearly. Overall, the service experience was smooth.

My only concern was the cost. Replacing two flex lines due to leakage was $796, which felt quite high, especially since the existing flex lines were installed a few years ago (still had the tags). I understand there’s more to the work than what meets the eye and while the work was handled well, the pricing seemed steep compared to expectations.

We had a great first experience with Champion AC during our HVAC maintenance. Carlos was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly serviced our units, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions.

Alex Zharov with Champion AC & Plumbing was fantastic. He came out for a routine service on my heating and cooling system and ended up identifying mold/biological growth in the unit that I hadn’t noticed. He was incredibly thorough, took time to answer all of my questions, and taught me a lot about how to better care for my system moving forward.

What I appreciated most was his honesty. He clearly explained what was worth investing in given the age of my unit and what wasn’t, which helped me feel confident I wasn’t being upsold. He followed up promptly to complete the recommended work, and the whole experience felt professional, transparent, and well-organized.
