We’re getting a home ready to lease. Brent Sloan was our service professional. He was so thorough! He explained why we needed each service, showed me the problems, and checked all his work when he finished. He found a problem we didn’t know we were about to have. I really appreciate his knowledge and explanation. We will definitely ask for Brent when we have another need. .

I recently had Brent S. come out to my home to flush my water heater, and he did an excellent job. He was professional and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

We had a stubbornly clogged sink that required several repairmen from other companies to try to unclog over the past year. Shane and Daniel at Goettl were determined to clear it properly and, much to our amazement (and great appreciation), they did. We were very impressed at both how professional and how tenacious they were. I would definitely recommend them and the company in a heartbeat. Fantastic service!

Danielle M and Josh M did a fantastic job cleaning my shower drain. They were personable, efficient, clean, and did a great job. They used the camera to look down the drain, they cleaned it and even did the jet cleaning service of the pipes. My shower drain runs super fast now! I will definitely use them again.

Ross and his teammate Darius were outstanding in their efforts in replacing the trim and valve on my 30 year old shower unit. Ross walked me through step by step what he would have to do to replace the unit efficiently. We tested everything afterwards, and the cleanup was if they were never even there. Really appreciate the speed and communication guys, thanks.

Daniel M and Preston W were awesome. They did a super job of inspecting all the plumbing. Also cleared the slow draining in my tub/shower. It now drains so much nicer. Also checked the psi (water pressure) and showed me where it is located. So grateful for their thorough inspection. I highly recommend Goettl for Plumbing and HVAC work. I’m on the $19.95 plan and now feel confident that I’m ready for wintertime and the coming seasons.

Brent was excellent. His service was spot on. We were in need of second opinion concerning the plumbing issue. .because of his listening ear he answered all questions. Im grateful for his professionalism, his knowledge and his patience.

Goettl and the technician, Amanda Nations, were so great during their recent visit. It was for a system check up and not only did Amanda do the check up routine throughly, but also spent the time to make sure we understand how our ac units are running specifically. Highly recommend!

Jarod did an amazing job on servicing our HVAC system. Thankful that they were able to come out so fast. Will definitely use them again.

Zach Carlisle from Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing did an incredible job installing our new water heater. His exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and expertise made the entire process seamless. Zach kept us well-informed, worked efficiently, and left our home spotless. He even took the time to educate us on water shut-off procedures. Zach truly embodies the values of excellent customer service and craftsmanship. Kudos to Goettl for having such a talented and dedicated installer!

Mr.Andrew, Goettl Plumbing Technician, was extremely polite, patient, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and thorough! I greatly appreciate his time and expertise with installing a natural gas line for my portable generator. As a disabled veteran, the completion of this project brings me comfort and peace of mind knowing I can care for my family and home during a power outage. Also, his willingness and extraordinary patience to teach and answer questions through out the entire process was exceptional and was above and beyond my expectations! I wish him and the Goettl Team my most sincere gratitude on a job well done!

I like this company because they do not try to tell you something is broken every time they come and get you to spend extra money. They just offer a great service on a regular schedule to make sure everything is working properly; and their home maintenance contract is one of the most reasonable in the business. Kevin is the best HVAC technician I have ever dealt with. His knowledge and professionalism helped a lot understanding what was going on and why stuff was happening. Unfortunately we were able to get the full system repaired but he went above and beyond to try and assist with this happening. 10/10

Trevor and Bobby did a fantastic job installing our new units. They worked hard and kept us informed every step of the way. Both guys were friendly and accommodating. They were aware of our animals and made sure doors were closed every time they went in or out.
Adam was also very good with our situation. When there was a hang up with the loan company, not due to us or Goettl, he quickly found another to accommodate. He went above and beyond. Thx for making our home cool again.

We woke up to a leaky faucet in our bathroom and reached out because we needed a tech day-of to help. Lucky for us, Daniel Martin was dispatched, and we could not have asked for a more knowledgable, friendly, and informative technician. He promptly fixed our leak, provided me with some insight around the repair, and helped do some quick prep for the upcoming freeze. Highly recommended, and Goettl will be my go-to AC/Plumbers in the future. Appreciate you guys, and thanks Daniel!

We had a general maintenance appointment today and Jared came out. He was very professional with great customer service skills. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions with great detail. Thai you so much!

Jarod was so very clear in explaining what was happening to cause my heater to stop heating. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He repaired the issue and took the time to show me what he had done. Jarod took the time to listen and not once did he ever made me feel that it was that I needed to buy a new unit. He rather shared that he will be available to assist when it is that I can proceed with some other repairs. I truly appreciate how Jarod was so very professional. He represented the company very well.

Ericka and Katie set up my ac rejuvenation the other day and Jarod, our ac technician came out. Our house is only a year old so we didn’t expect a lot that needed to be done. He worked inside and outside the house for about 2 hours. Jarod was able to take pictures, videos and draw up a detailed report of what our new system needed. Basically he was able to identify a bunch of work that needed to get done that our home inspector completely missed! He was friendly, professional and answered all my questions.
