Gabriel has made our experience with PSP very easy and pleasant. We have had them side our two- story north wall, and subsequently replace the fascia board around our rear decks, which was challenging because, due to the house being a cliff hanger, this work was high in the air. Both jobs were done at very competitive prices. The workmanship was top notch and completed in a timely manner for the contracted price. On the fascia job there were a couple of things that needed to be finished up after the crew was done and the check written. Two days later it made my Saturday when they showed up to finish the two hours worth of work.
This is a company with integrity . You would be fortunate to have them do your work.

After 26 years in the same home, we desperately needed to replace siding and windows. Our neighbors worked with Premium Siding and Painting many years ago, and recommended them to us. Gabriel was knowledgeable and responsive from the start, providing estimates, bringing samples of the windows we were interested in, and modifying the order to our specifications. He kindly kept us updated along the way; no question or adjustment was too big or too small. Our job was a big one, on a two-story home with lots of siding. Adrian and the siding team were fantastic, installing OSB sheathing, siding, and windows all around. They even went above and beyond to fix an outside window shelf that has been a problem for many years. They took such good care of everything, including wrapping up quickly on at least two separate occasions as storms came in. Miguel and the painting crew were equally excellent, paying attention to every detail. The house looks like a new house to us now; both inside and out. It has never looked nicer! It is rare in Austin to find a company you can trust, that provides excellent service and works so hard to make its customers happy. We are so glad to have found a reputable, reliable, service-oriented local company to work with, and are so happy to recommend Premium wholeheartedly.

Premium Siding and Painting did an excellent job in putting in trim and replacing damaged vinyl siding of my home. Frank and his teams did an absolutely amazing job. We told them we wanted exactly what was original to the house, just updated and new (this was due to a picky HOA requirement). Even though horizontal Hardie plank siding is the norm these days, they got us the extended vertical Hardie boards we needed. His crews worked really hard to make sure we were happy and were very pleasant to have around for the days they were here! The painters took extra care to make sure every surface was touched up, even little places I hadn't thought of such as dryer vents on parts of our house that were covered with stone and hadn't been touched by the siding install guys. Everything looks brand new and we can already feel a difference in temperature in the home, something I am really looking forward to for winter. You can see in the photo how dirty, warped, and damaged our siding had been and how beautiful the replacement is now. I would highly recommend this company as they will give you the best price, work very hard to make sure your every need is met, and leave you with a brand new looking home!

I needed to replace the siding on a rotting gable, siding under windows, trim & fascia. Premium Siding & Painting provided a competitive bid with a clearly stated proposal. All my questions were answered in advance. Hardie plank or trim was used. Once old siding was removed, additional problems were uncovered. Options and costs were promptly discussed with me. Everyone involved was considerate and polite. The completed work is excellent! The exterior of my house is in the best condition since it was built (in 1978). From the carpentry to the painting, the crews were meticulous. Even the cleanup exceeded my expectations. Great job!

Premium Siding replaced the siding to my home and not only had the best price, but best service. The PSP representative was always responsive with questions and routinely checked on the progress & sent me updates. And a bonus, they finished on time.

When we started our siding project, we had very specific things in mind. We called many companies and ultimately went with these folks. They worked hard to do a custom solution for us. They were patient and helpful through the process while we balanced other jobs going on at the time. We worked with Gabriel from the beginning to end. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. He and his team returned a few times to make sure things were as expected and they did a great job following up and managing the whole process.

Premium Siding and Painting was an exceptional company to work with. They provided us with several different quotes, that and worked with us to ulitemately develop a solution that matched our budget. They replaced our siding with HardiBoard planking in one single day. The first coat took an additional day, and the final coat was a third day. Three days to finish the whole project was amazing. Their communication, promptness and professionalism were much appreciated.

I got several bids for Austin contractors to complete a full exterior remodel on my duplex property including windows, siding, exterior doors, and gutters. I chose PSP because they had a competitive, detailed bid, and was also a locally owned and operated company. Due to supply chain shortages, windows were backordered for several weeks. Whenever the supplier kept pushing back the delivery date, Jen at PSP communicated with me on a daily basis. The work began right at the end of December, and despite the crew taking their holiday breaks (as they should) they were able to finish in a timely manner. Every morning, the siding crew lead, Adrian, discussed with me any unique obstacles they faced, how he could solve them, and how the final end result would look. Miguel and his painting crew were diligent with their cauking and fast with the painting. I will definitely be using them again on my next investment.

- PSP repaired fascia and soffits, installed OBS sheathing, replaced all siding with Hardie board, and replaced a custom gable vent.

- Zero fuss about creating multiple quotes for us to consider different options.

- They didn’t scoff when I requested copies of their workers insurance.

- After I found repair work on the fascia incomplete, the office immediately responded and Frank (the owner) came out himself to take notes. Instead of being annoyed at the idea of the time and costs to send a crew again, he was reassuringly chipper and said not to worry because revisits are to be expected in construction work. Coming with a sense of ease from the owner, this attitude alone is enough to make me confident to be a repeat [detail-oriented] customer.

- Because some rot can’t be discovered until construction starts, Gabriel mindfully added buffers to the measurements as a precaution. Still, some areas didn’t need replacements (which I assumed I’d eat the costs) and other areas needed more replacements (which I assumed I’d be charged), and Frank figured they more or less canceled each other out. Zero extra charges. Zero nickel and dining for a few extra feet here and there.

- I don’t think this was intentional, but I’m glad they brought out a different crew to complete the carpentry before painting. It’s not uncommon to send the original crew to ace a job, but I always prefer fresh eyes and fresh mentalities than workers who might feel like their work/ ego was criticized.

- Everyone was always thankful (thankful!) that I’d raise a concern, whether it was requesting more explicit language on the contract, inquiries about materials and processes, or reviewing paint designs.

- Because we were also getting our roof fully replaced around the same time, I long-windedly expressed concerns about the stages of construction with Jennifer over the phone, and her follow-up email recapping our conversation was total proof that she was truly listening and digesting the specific points I made. (A lot of people in the construction industry completely lack these skills for empathy and communication.)

- Siding is level. Siding painting was so very smooth - what talent! My only two complaints are (1) painter’s tape should have been used for hand-painted sections, where paint unevenly ran onto window frames and (2) the gable vent’s back insert could have been shaven down to account for the unlevel framing on the house. Basically, the section where the gable vent is inserted into the house is a little crooked, but PSP could have tried hiding the fact by shaving some of the gable vent’s back in order to rotate it to appear straight in the front.

- Beyond being a certified James Hardie "Elite Preferred" contractor, PSP’s integrity, old school values, and long-term perspective has won us over. We’re so grateful to the whole team for helping our aging home get much-needed TLC.

I can’t believe these guys! They did an amazing job of installing two sets of sliding glass doors in my home. The owner, staff, and crew communicated well with me, and made the whole experience top notch.

But what really amazed me was the follow through of the owner, Frank. Due to supply chain issues and whatever else, the screen doors that came with the glass doors were wrong. Frank assured me he would make things right. Weeks later, the replacement screen doors were wrong too.

Despite Frank’s obvious integrity, I figured at this point it was just gonna be one of those things, and that I’d never hear from Frank again. Months passed, and I had long since crossed the whole thing off my list. And then I heard from Frank! I had the correct screen doors within a week.

Man, I wish this guy Frank was also a plumber. And an electrician. And a carpenter. And any number of other service professions. It’s hard to find folks with integrity like Frank’s!

Premium siding is the best company in South Austin! I’ve heard a lot of good things about them in the neighborhood, and now I understand why so many people like them. The crews did great work and Gabriel communicated with me the entire way and checked on the crews daily. I would highly recommend them!

PSP replaced some Hardie siding that was incorrectly installed almost 20 years ago. Gabriel was prompt and professional for our onsite assessment.
We also planned some other upgrades and PSP was very accomodating to wait to do the exterior painting until our other projects were completed.
Both the siding crew and painting crew were professional and the cleanup was great.

Premium Siding and Painting just completed residing and painting my duplex, along with installing new fascia. After getting two other bids, theirs was the most competitive. I liked that Joe was professional, wasn't pushy and gave me a fair estimate of the work. When his quote left out some detail, he apologized and asked me if I was okay with the higher cost to cover what I felt needed to be completed. The painters led by Miguel did a great job matching the color on my brick and came back to paint the trim around my garage door the blue color to match my front doors. I would not hesitate to use them again. If I could show a before picture especially of the chimney, you'd see a big difference.

Premium siding did a great job replacing several pieces of Hardie board. I only asked for 4 pieces to be replaced bc I was worried about cost but bc he saw the need, he replaced several more for the same cost. I really appreciated him going above and beyond and would highly recommend them. Beautiful job of painting as well!
