I had a concern about a sound with my new HVAC system placed by Radiant. Adrian came out and was great! He was friendly, communicated everything, and helpful! Im a new customer but so far I have not had any issues with any of my interactions or services with this company.

I am a superfan of Duct-X! They replaced all of my ductwork a few years ago, and did an excellent job. I have them come out every year to clean out my dryer vent and check my ducts. As always, they did a great job. I most appreciate their wonderful customer service. Good value for the money. Shout out to Yarin for this year's visit. See you guys next year!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The $20K + HVAC system installed in my home failed after only three months. While I understand that equipment can occasionally have defects, what has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency in addressing the problem.

When your air conditioning fails--especially during the Texas summer-and with young children in the home--it's not a minor inconvenience-it is a health risk. I expected prompt communication, a clear plan, and a sense that resolving the issue was a priority. Instead, I've experienced delays, limited communication, and little indication that anyone appreciates the urgency of restoring service.

The quality of a company isn't measured by whether something ever goes wrong; it's measured by how they respond when it does. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in the company's commitment to customer service after the installation is complete.

I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their responsiveness for future customers.

Way overpriced and huge estimates. My advice is to go with a smaller company who will do the same job for a fraction of the cost. This is to be expected with larger companies, and more overhead, but still. Our faucet only needed a new "O"-ring, not a whole new faucet. We ended up having a friend replacing it for free.

I had radiant plumbing and air-conditioning come to my house to look at my garbage disposal that wasn't working. After playing around with it for about 10 minutes, the technician told me that it was broken and then gave me options for a new one, with prices starting at $1000. He charged me $250 for the visit. A week later, I had my neighbor take a look at it and he easily fixed it with an Allan key right away. This business feels like a scam.

On July 8th, I scheduled to have my kitchen drain cleaned. The plumbing company's website advertises an $83 drain cleaning service. When the plumber arrived, he immediately started to up-sell with a variety of more expensive services. I decided to stay with the advertised special and the job began. After several attempts to clear the line, it was still not draining. Their website ad stated I could walk away for free if the drain was not flowing properly. I was faced with calling another plumber or opt for a bigger snake, at almost four times the expense. I was told the initial snake (included for $83) didn't have enough diameter to completely clear the line. I need the use of my kitchen sink, so approved the larger snake. I understand the lost leader approach, but I should have walked away, with no charge, and just called another company. Sadly, even after the upgraded service, the drain line was running better, but still draining slow. While the company was very professional, thought their business practice was disappointing. Not sure if I would use Reliant in the future or recommend to my friends or family.

Ivan just left here. So glad he made it into Teravista. He found a clogged line and cleaned out the condensation. No more hot nights. Now, the risk of our ceiling being flooded is gone. Thanks again! By the way, the cost was very reasonable.

Everything from start to finish was top notch. From the beginning they got back to me right away, answered all my questions, and when the technician arrived he explained everything. I only had our dryer vent cleaned and some hose replaced but he still went into the attic to inspect the line. The only thing I wish they would have done, was removed the lint filter and cleaned as well. But would definitely use again.

Outstanding job! Showed up on time twice and on day one photographed everything and showed me as they went along also photographed their results. Estimate was reasonable and they did not think I needed to spend more money than was necessary to help with our allergies. Did not overcharge us. Noor and his helper did a wonderful job and were very friendly and extremely courteous. This work is tough, tough work. They were extremely careful of our personal belongings. They respected our home, our time... and us. Very professional. We are so pleased and the house smells wonderful. S. Norris

It's always a great experience having John come out to our home and perform our dryer vent cleaning service. He's friendly & thorough and he even provides us with the before & after results of the cleaning. Highly recommended!!

Overbilling and robotic, difficult telephone communications. Appointments are by "Jane", a robot. Calling after service to review a bill requires lots of automated menu choices and then getting switched around among humans. The serviceman charged us over $900 to open a single drain under a bathroom sink to drain two clogged A/C pans in the attic. He then checked our system and found no problems. When I called to ask for a bill review, I finally got a finance person who said that the bill had irregularities, and that they would call back. No callback. I called again, a week later, and after going through all the automated trails and finally reaching a human (who after listening to the story transferred me to another human after a 15 minute wait) who said the bill was correct. They used to be a fine company. I will not use them again.

After Alamo installed a new AC system for me, I noticed that the outside unit was louder than I had expected. Shortly after I called them, Chris Ellsberry and another staff member came to my house. They inspected all the work that was done and found that they could reduce the sound by adding some additional wiring outside. They were very customer oriented, spent hours at my home to ensure that the work was done properly, and they solved the problem. I cannot recommend enough, Alamo Austin AC. They stand by their work and are very responsive to their customers.

I've used John for HVAC repair and replacement for the last 10 years. He's always professional and accommodating. Recently we ran across a city inspection issue with my 50 year old house. John drove the resolution working closely with my electrician. Highly recommended.

Recently Joe Jaimes and the PSP crew completed removal of my vertical 4 x 8 Masonite siding which was 32 years old and really showing its age. It was time for replacement. Joe was my PSP contact and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through out the process. I had all the Masonite replaced with James Hardie lap siding and new paint applied. It looks so good, neat and new! The siding crew was very professional and installed the siding and cleaned up the construction debris very well. The paint crew did a nice job as well. I was really struggling with a color choice for the new siding and Joe tracked down a Sherwin Williams color wheel to help me decide on a color. Joe is also having a double pane window replaced for me as well. All my questions were answered promptly and throughly. Any special requests I had were completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend PSP for your siding and painting needs, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Joe and crew for a great job!

We recently hired Premium Siding & Painting to fully replace all wooden siding, with James Hardie board siding, on the 50+-year-old, 2-story duplex in south Austin that we own and live in. We paid for the work on our own, but were required by the insurance company to repair specific siding areas within 30 days. Gabriel, the project manager for Premium, quoted us a great price, gave us a three-payment schedule, started the work right away, prioritized the insurance-required areas, and finished the entire duplex on time. We were so impressed with Premium after this that we hired Premium to replace the entire roof as well, right after the siding project.

Gabriel was awesome! He communicated with me daily, answered all my calls, responded immediately to texts, and promptly solved all issues that popped up during the project. Gabriel is wonderful to work with - so kind, honest, and reliable. Every day, he worked diligently to make sure that every step of the work was done on time to our satisfaction. He came by every day to monitor project status, inspect the work, and answer questions. He and the siding team fully explained (and showed photos of) extra wood studs that needed to be replaced, and the add-on costs for them, if they exceeded the number of studs covered by the contract price.

The siding work was done by Adrian (team lead), Mario, and Chaparro. They are the best workers I have ever had work on the duplex over the past 30 years. Each of them is an exceptional carpenter, pays close attention to every detail, and goes above and beyond. It was amazing to see how much beautiful work they could get done in a day (or a half day!). As Adrian said when I first met him, “when we are done, your house will look brand new”, and they did exactly that. I could not be happier with the work they have done for us. They were super-friendly, and meticulously cleaned up the work area each day.

The painting work was then done by Miguel, Joel, and Jose. They did excellent work and finished the entire duplex in three days! This included preparing the house to be painted; spray-painting the body of the house; hand-painting the trim and posts; not dripping paint; and keeping the two different paint colors we chose (for body and trim) from overlapping. They, too, thoroughly cleaned up the work area every day.

The 5-man roof team did excellent work. They removed the old shingles; replaced deteriorated boards under the old shingles; repaired all leaking areas; and re-shingled the entire duplex roof. They also spotted a problem with a chimney cap and replaced it with a new one. They finished by cleaning up the entire work site completely. All in one day!

I give Premium Siding & Painting Company my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to hire them again for any remodeling work. Everyone at Premium we dealt with demonstrated honesty & integrity, high quality, excellent value for what you pay for, and warm, caring customer service.

Frank and his entire team are awesome! I have known and worked with PSP for close to 20 years and they have never let me down. PSP has done various roofing and exterior siding and painting projects for me over the years and their workmanship is always excellent. I wouldn't think of using anyone else. Thank you PSP!

We had a fantastic experience with the team at Premium Siding and Painting. They repainted all of our hardy plank outside as well as some minor repairs to the wood trim around our chimney and garage doors. We’re very pleased with the results. I especially appreciated the communication throughout the project.
I highly recommend them.

PSP did a wonderful job four years ago at come fourplexes in town that involved removing old siding and replacing it with hardi-plank. I called them up a few weeks ago about installing a new window for my home bath conversion project and they, once again, came through like champs! They paid close attention to detail and make several adjustments to make sure the window went in just right. Other companies would not talk to me unless they installed at least 6 or 7 windows. I will be calling them again when I do the rest of the windows. Thank you, Joe! You and your crew are Awesome!

Gabriel and his crews did a fantastic job of renovating the exterior of our home. I highly recommend them for siding, roof repair and painting.
