I contacted another company previously and they really didn't walk me through anything and tried to upsell me. So im glad i waited and found GSM a/c they came out fast and really helped me out with getting a new ac. Everyone was very kind and respectful and I can already start to feel a difference in the house. Will definitely be working with them again for my Hvac needs definitely recommend!

Guillermo and Michael were very professional. Guillermo figured out that Village Plumbing and Air was trying to scam me. They saved me over $4000 with their honesty. I will definitely use them again for any A/C needs! They were careful and worked hard in this Houston heat!

It is a very professional company if you have a problem with your air conditioning I recommend. My family call them, we had problems with our air conditioning and everything was solved thanks to them. They are the best and have very good prices, in my opinion they are the best option on the market

I’ve been using GSM since around 2010 when I lived in Cypress and have used them several times for different houses. I am now near North Houston and they have never disappointed me. They provide great quality service at a reasonable price. My most recent service was a complete AC & furnace system and ductwork replacement. My mom is elderly and with the heat ramping up, I appreciate the fact that they were able to get our system replaced by the next day. They arrived on time and with plenty of workers and was able to quickly and efficiently complete the needed services. They answered any and all questions that I had and left me very informed about some system upgrades that I received. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that the house was cooling down before they left. 5 stars all the way!!

We called them early in the morning, they came out right away, and they did a great job fixing o it A/C right away. Second time using them, and I highly recommend for any A/C needs. Thanks again, guys.

GSM AC were excellent. Our AC went out during the Texas heat dome. Guillermo responded to my message immediately and his partner came out within 2 hours of my request. Michel and his co worker found the issue promptly, and they explained to me the cost and what happened. They fixed the issue and did maintenance of our unit. They checked all the vents in the house to make sure the AC was working. Great service, very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you GSM!

Guillermo and Michel have helped me before. If I have AC issues, I call them. They always respond in a timely manner. They are friendly, knowledgeable and take their time to explain issues and solutions thoroughly. If you are in need of AC repair or diagnostic give them a call.

The technician Guillermo was extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail the issues before he started work. He corrected a mistake the previous technician from another company had made and he also pointed out a possible issue that may arise in the future. I would definitely use this company again and I will recommend them to my neighbors.

They’ve been fantastic. Installed systems at two of my friends, and my own a year ago at a great price and great installation. I just had a proble just now, from the system installed a year ago and the owner jumped in his truck right away was at my house in 30 minutes, spent an hour troubleshooting,and it ended up being my own breaker in the garage. No charge, and great guys.

Absolutely fantastic! They are the most reliable and reasonable in our area. Staff is 100% trained in all makes and models of AC units. They didn't try to sell me a new unit but fixed the electrical box on AC. He explained to me what was going happen in the industry with the new freon requirements coming Jan 1st..this company is one I have been looking for...small family owned low overhead.
