Our air went out in the evening, I called Brian and he was out quickly. He tried his best to fix the issue, but unfortunately the system was old and finally needed to be replaced. He brought out window units while we waited for our new system to come in (just a day and a half). He turned an awful situation (with 100 degree heat outside) into one that was bearable. The day of install, a team showed up and replaced the entire unit in 4 hours with Brian at the helm the entire time! We have used Dynamic for years and will continue to do so! They are honest, reliable, trustworthy and have the BEST customer service! We are blessed to have them right here in our neighborhood!

Great team, quick response, honest work and fair prices. They installed a much more efficient setup for us several years ago. Then had them back to install soft-starts for us. Was blown away yesterday when I called at 3.30pm and they were here by 4.15, diagnosed, fixed and cooling again by 4.30. Told me AND showed me what was happening to cause the issue.

We received a very pleasant experience with Dynamic Air Conditioning … starting with a correct diagnosis of the issue, and then great, all around customer service from their office all the way to their technician/owner - Greg, who assisted us with his schedule, and really helped solve our AC issue in the middle of summer, and after a prolonged issue with dealing with our home warranty- Which had delayed the claim for about a week. We are extremely grateful, and are going to sign up for the two times a year service that they do. We originally contacted this company, because everyone in our neighbor trusts them, and now I see why!
