I am overly impressed with the prompt, friendly service I received when my heat went out during the freeze. Javier and Alex came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and the unit was fixed just like that. I will be replacing my unit soon and have chosen to use Dynamic Air’s Services.

Amazing first experience with this company! They were able to get me in the same day that I reached out and the technicians came right over. They were courteous and professional the entire time, even taking the time to explain how the different parts worked and showing me exactly what they were doing. I really appreciated the time they took to educate me and how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. Can’t say enough good things our experience with Brian and his team. He was open and up front with any questions we had. They checked on us as we were making decisions with no pressure. He gave us multiple quotes, and we were able to decide what was best for us without any judgement or pushiness to get the most expensive option. Financing was a breeze as well! They came at 8, installed up and downstairs, cleaned up, and were out by 12! Then Greg, the owner, checked in with us to see if we had any questions! Very happy with our decision to go with Dynamic!

Cole came out this afternoon to start our service contract. We had this yearly agreement with Dynamic at our previous house. While servicing the attic he noticed we could benefit from an additional part to help with balancing moisture.
We also decided to switch out our thermostat to add a sensor for additional room. He has that ordered and will switch ours out when it comes in. Great job, Cole!!! He was great at explaining everything!!!

Brian and his team did an excellent job. They arrived at 8:00 AM sharp, and the furnace replacement was completed in only two hours. They protected our floors and vacuumed afterwards. He also reviewed the new furnace with me in the attic. It is good to know we have a dependable and honest HVAC contractor in the Cypress area.

What can I say? Not enough to express many thanks to Dynamic Air & Heat. The crew was here at 8a.m, installed a 4 ton and 2 ton unit, done by 1p.m. The Trane units are unbelievably quiet and as far as heat, all I can say is wow! I can’t wait for the a/c to run for the cooling and efficiency. Had no idea what we were lacking with the old hvac units. The Dynamic team was courteous, professional, every tech introduced themselves on arrival, walked me through the system after install, and the house looks as if they were never here, both in the attic and inside the home. Dynamic Air & Heating are exceptional and are highly recommended. They respond quickly when you call or text. Cole Fontana did an excellent job of getting our upstairs furnace working again during the freeze. He explained what caused it to fail and detailed what he did to fix the issue. He fixed the issue and the only charge was the service call fee. I would not hesitate to call them for any HVAC needs, thanks again!

Decided to preemptively replace a 15 yr old AC unit, along with some repairs/mods outside and in the attic space. When my AC starts to make expensive noises and quits working there is only one company I have trusted for more than a decade to take care of it. Crystal who takes the calls is professional, Brian the Senior Technician arrives on time, respects my property, communicates issues and options, and Nathan the other tech - he is just great. Dynamic Air is trustworthy and I consider them a partner rather than just a vendor who fixes things. So long as I live here, they will always have my business when the needs arise.

Dynamic air is my first choice for HVAC diagnosis and repair. Brian, Cole and Javi came out to address a condensation issue we have been dealing with over the last year. They explored potential causes of our issue, diagnosed and discussed the options with me and made sure I understood what they were talking about. They also provided me with a clear, concise quote for recommended repair work. Repairs were done in a timely and efficient manner, communication was top notch and they left the work space cleaner than when they arrived.

I highly recommend Dynamic Air and Heat. They installed my AC and furnace about 10 years ago. They have maintained the system thru the years. Greg (owner) went so far as to research surge protectors that would provide low voltage protection and had Colton come out and install the one he found that fit the criteria. I always ask for Colton. Colton is so knowledgeable, professional and skilled at his craft. I know that I have no worries when he comes out.
