My upstairs air conditioner stopped working, i call Dynamic Air this morning and they gave me a time they would here, and they call to tell me they were on their way. The Service tech Brian came in i showed him my problem and within 20 minutes it was fixed, he also checked out both systems. No pressure sales just came and fixed the problem. Very personable and explained a stuff to me.. Great service at a reasonable price!

We had such a great experience from start to finish. The customer service over the phone was wonderful, and Colton and the other technician were kind, professional, and very thorough. They got our heater working quickly, and the owner Greg’s personal follow-up truly meant a lot to us. You can tell this company genuinely cares.. Highly recommend!

We had a scheduled appointment between 1p-3p and Dynamic called and asked if they could come sooner. I thought that was very nice of them. The appointment was for the yearly winter service of our furnaces. The 2 technicians (Cole & Nate) were very pleasant and very respectful. They explained exactly what they would be doing, approximately how long it would take and let me know what they found. They were prompt and very professional. Cole gave us his recommendations while not trying to upsell, but as facts we should know moving forward. I will continue to refer Dynamic to all my friends.

Cole and Kazim did a great job of diagnosing a problem with our AC unit. They were very courteous and professional. I was particularly impressed with their detailed explanation of the source of the problem and the needed repair. Dynamic Air Conditioning and Heating has earned our trust for all our HVAC needs for over 5 years and we highly recommend them.

Dynamic Air was very responsive and Cole Fontana was able to come look at our furnace same day. He had it up & running very quickly, but was very thorough.
This is second time we have used Dynamic Air for (thankfully) minor issues. Both times, the technicians explained things carefully and I never felt pressured or as though they were trying to upsell anything to me. We will be signing up for their annual service contract because we are so pleased with their level of service.

I started using Dynamic Air & Heat over the last 12 months after my prior A/C company shut down (owner retired). I was worried if I could find a top notch company. Fortunately based on a recommendation I started using Dynamic. To say I am absolutely pleased is an understatement. Cole is amazing! His attention to detail and great communication skills are world class. Very authentic and honest person. We've used Dynamic Air for almost 10 years at two different houses. They are always honest, polite, and thorough. The technicians are very professional and do a wonderful job explaining issues and options without using any pressure techniques. Colton and Kazeem completed my annual heater check today, and they did a fabulous job! They were very knowledgeable and patient. I called Texas Star on a Holiday at noon and they showed up right away.
My heater was not working and needed parts replaced.
Mr. Ron Niles a very experienced and exelent professional diagnosed the issue and explaned what was damaged.
He went to buy the parts and installed them in no less than 3 hours.
Very good price and we are very satisfied with the service.

Ron Niles has earned me as a life long customer and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area! Ron was more then willing to work around my own work schedule and come in early Saturday morning to inspect and clean my HVAC unit as I had just purchased a new home in Cypress.

Ron showed up right on time and immediately got to work on my HVAC, he was very friendly and chatted me up the entire time explaining in detail everything he was doing. He had all of the tools he required and worked quickly and efficiently the entire time while always taking care while handling the parts of the HVAC with care and cleaning up my house and front driveway after he finished cleaning.

It was easy to tell that Ron has a vast amount of experience in his field and has a level of customer service that I haven't seen in years, truly an upstanding gentleman and a consummate professional. I had to go to work and had absolutely no worries with leaving Ron in my home to work and he locked up the house for me and even brought me a few months supply of air filters, this type of above and beyond service is what will have me coming back to Ron for all my HVAC issues and questions, don't bother searching around, this is the guy you want working on your home!

As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were lost when it came to getting our AC repaired. Ron at Texas Star was the third company I called. The first company came out and wanted to charge an arm and a leg for a new evaporator coil. I called the second company and set up an appointment. I called Texas Star next, and I was so pleased with the knowledge Ron gave me over the phone that I called the second company back and cancelled. Calling Ron was the best thing I could have done! He explained we didn’t need a new evaporator coil, but just a few other parts(way less expensive!!). He made some very knowledgeable recommendations to my husband and I regarding filters, cleaning, and preparing for a new unit(since ours is aging). Not to mention he came out on a holiday! I have already recommended Ron to family and friends, and I won’t even bother with any other company for my HVAC needs!

I highly recommend using Texas Star. Our A/C started acting up within a day. We called a different company to come out and check out the system. The technician spent 4 hours and allegedly found a small leak. The tech notified us that the unit needed 10-12 pounds of Freon to bring it back online. The tech couldn’t provide any assurance that they found all the leaks, i.e., if it happened again they wouldn’t be responsible. I decided to get a second opinion on the problem and called Texas Star due to their good reviews plus good standing with the BBB. Ron came out quickly, found another small leak but nothing that would cause total loss of Freon. Then Ron went to the unit to add Freon, guessing the earlier opinion from the first tech was correct, but realized quickly that the system did not need any Freon at all. Ron went back and did a whole house review of the system and fixed a couple of minor issues that he found. Ron got us back online within an hour of his arrival. Since then we have not had any problems with the system plus Ron saved about $1K on unnecessary repair work claimed by the first company for Freon. Ron took the time to explain what he was doing, what the problems he found were, ways to remediate the issue, and helped us prioritize what repairs and corrections would benefit our whole house AC system. We really appreciated Ron’s professionalism, courtesy, and above all honesty. He has definitely earned any future business we may have.

I had an excellent experience with Texas Star. Ron is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. I first called him in November 2014 to identify a strange noise coming from my outside unit. He promptly identified and fixed the issue. He also did an inspection on my dual zone system which was not working efficiently. It was over-stressing the compressor and reducing its life. He redesigned my system and installed efficient dampers to better distribute the air flow for the dual zone. He did the changes in November and he told me that he would come back in the spring to check it out, just to make sure everything is working properly. He actually came back last week, tuned-up the system and everything is working fine and very efficiently. Ron did an amazing job and I highly recommend him for any HVAC job!

I highly recommend Ron Niles and Texas Star Heating & Cooling! Our A/C went out on a Sunday morning during July which was a big problem with a two-month old baby at home. We contacted four other companies about coming out the same day for repair, but they could not do it. We contacted Texas Star and Ron came out within an hour to fix our A/C unit. We are so thankful for the great service from Ron and Texas Star for getting our A/C back up and running the same day.

We had Ron come out to repair our 2nd floor A/C system. He is obviously knowledgeable and knows how to troubleshoot A/C problems quickly and make repairs to get your air-conditioning back up and running. He completed the work quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend Texas Star Heating & Cooling for air-conditioning and heating repairs and equipment replacement.

I want everybody to know that Ron is a stand up guy!
He does great work and knows what he is doing!
He came to my home and looked everything over and said he
could repair everything and just add a coil and everything would be ok.
He could have just as easily said we needed to replace everything but
he didn't.
He and Jose stayed on the job for about 13 hrs. straight and he came out the following day and finished up.
I could not be happier with the results, my house is cooler than it has ever been and
I actually am freezing running the A/C at the same temperature as before.
If you need you're system repaired by an honest hard working guy, then Ron is the gut to see.
You won't be disappointed, I promise.

My ac went out the first warm snap this summer. Ron came out on a Thursday and did his original inspection. He told me what was wrong and quoted me a price. The next day he was back with the parts and madethe repair. While making the repairs, he both showed and explained exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to keep the issue from happening again. He even came by the next day to check and make sure that everything was working properly and make sure that I didn't have any more issues. Props to you Ron for the timely response to my call and the Excellent service before, during and after the repairs.

My experience sounds much like many others I have read on here. My air conditioner unit upstairs stopped working. I replaced the thermostat on the unit because it was so old, I couldn't find a battery to replace from inside thermostat. So I replaced it myself and it still didn't work. I contacted my home warranty company, Allied Home Warranty, and as always they ended up trying to get me to pay for services that I did not feel were necessary. They sent out RLC Services to check on my unit and in their work order, said that I needed $1900.00 worth of repairs and upgrades in order to get it running again. After arguing over price with them for a week and a half and a week and a half of horrible customer service and repeated phone calls, I gave up. That is when I called Ron and Texas Star. From the first conversation with them I could tell that they were different. Ron and his assistant came out and were very professional. He did a thorough evaluation and determined that there was actually nothing wrong except the switch on the back of the thermostat that I installed was switched to electric and not gas for the type of unit I have. He did not charge me a dime and was extremely informative and actually pointed out an electrical issue that I was unaware of. There is nobody else I will ever call if I have hvac issues again. We've used Texas Star for several years, and recommend them highly. Our prior units were a mess, after a succession of home warranty repairmen patched the units together over time, always doing the minimum necessary to get them running again, without concern for how well they cooled, or how efficiently they ran.

When we dropped the home warranty several years ago, we decided we needed an AC repair service like our Auto mechanic - we needed to find someone capable and trustworthy - someone we could work with for the long term, and who would have a stake in ensuring the units performed well for the long term.

After contacting several firms, we selected Ron and Texas Star. He replaced our upstairs unit, and repaired and reworked the downstairs unit to improve its performance, and to give us time between replacements. It was the first summer in a decade when our home stayed cool in the peak of summer heat.

Their professionalism and attention to detail is clear, from they way they diagnosed, explained, and fixed performance problems in the old unit, to the layout of the new installations we have now. What's just as impressive is Ron's ongoing concern for the performance of the units, and our continued satisfaction. Ron and Texas Star have earned my trust.

Ron came to evaluate our system and located the problem right away. He advised me on what was best four my house and backed it up with lots of literature and a world of knowledge. All his recommendations made sense and when I challenged him with tough questions he delivered. In addition, he had the lowest quote out of three contractors, all of whom were highly recommended and qualified. The quality of work and attention to detail is something that you just don't see anymore. But he did not stop there. He went out of his way to inspect clean and revise my other two systems to assure me that they were in good condition. He did not have to do this. It was NOT part of his scope of work. I feel very confident in recommending Ron and his company to any residential A/C job. He will definitely be back in my house!

I called Ron at about 7:10 am, he was at my house at 8:30 am. He diagnosed the problem with my ac (Leaking Condenser Coil) and informed me about my parts warranty that I had which I was not aware of within minuets. He called the manufacturer himself, got the warranty covered, and installed a whole new outside A/C unit before 3:00 pm the same day. Amazing Service! Our heater stopped working on one of the coldest nights in houston. After calling around and having bad customer service. I decided to give Texas Star a call and wasn't dissapointed at all! Mr. Ron came to the house in an hour. He was able to find the problem and educated me in the process, which I find very rare because many A/C companies don't want to be bother while working.
