Len fixed my attic fan and cleaned out the primary drain for the A/C unit. He was efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

Although we could not afford their service for installing a standby generator, they did make 2 sight visits, conveyed enlightening information on generator installation/placement, took detailed measurements, answered all my questions, and gave forward-looking advice on gas and electric quick disconnects. Their price was inline with the other company we had out to quote; unfortunately, it cost twice as much to install the generator, as the generator itself cost. If your project has a "reasonable" budget, get a quote from this company.

We were dealing with a busted water supply valve that didn't allow us to turn on the water main. This was on a Saturday when most businesses are unavailable or charge a lot of money for someone just to come out and assess the problem. Called My Texas Home Services and Len (the owner) answered and was out to our house within a few hours. Very professional and got it fixed for a reasonable price within 30 minutes. Len also stands by his warranty, as the installed water valve had a small leak (no fault of installation, just a manufacturer problem) and he was back at our house to swap out the valves (on a Sunday!). Would highly recommend this company, Len is an honest guy, explains things well, and stands by his work!

DO NOT USE! Do not trust their workmanship. In fact, if you had work recently done by this company you need to have a certified professional come out and check his work. I recently had an issue with the tankless water heater he installed in my attic which resulting in a leak that caused damage to my ceiling. Found an error in his installation of the part that was leaking, called him, sent him a picture of the mistake and he told me to “prove he did it”. Who would say that…well, the owner of My Texas Home Services would say that. Again, find a professional, someone who will stand behind their work especially when they made a mistake…it will be worth it in the long run. Just an FYI, I plan to have my people “prove it.”

I have to say the periodic updates Len provided were outstanding. I could tell he really cared about everything being done right the first time. I witnessed a true indicator of his experience. When he diagnosed our plumbing leak, it was like he was a "house doctor" (thats the best way to describe it), he honed in and found the leak under our concrete foundation and had his crew fix it. I was thinking "wow, this guy knows his stuff". Further, we also had to an electrical issue that ended up with us having to replace all the electrical wiring we had in our entire house. That included cutting out the sheetrock, replacing the wiring and patching/painting everything back up. During the week and half electrical whole house re-wire and re-assembly, same thing... updates on everything that was being done. He had his crew cover our belongings and made sure I could still work at home while everything was being taken apart and re-assembled. He even offered to send a cleaning crew after everything was said and done. In the end, I was happy how things turned out and highly recommend My Texas Home Services.

Plenty of parking in the back of the lot to use two spaces so the road isn’t blocked. Just lazy workers who wanted a closer spot so now this lane is blocked by the trailer.

At the service call they explained why I was having the problem I had and recommended a remedy. It was not a hard sell but I was given options and felt good in making my decision.

Len provided excellent and speedy service in replacing my heater. My attic provided a challenge but he met the challenge beautifully! I am totally pleased.

Len has installed 2 hot water heaters for me. Each install was done well. He even went out of his way to come over immediately and help keep the 2nd hot water heater from flooding the house.

I have a rental property in Lewisville and have used My Texas Home Services on multiple occasions for plumbing issues and have been very satisfied with the work. The prices are very reasonable, not like many plumbing companies. They have replaced the main water line from the street to the house, installed new water heater, fixed a shower, replaced washer hookup box and connections.

I had a plumbing repair done today. The owner himself was out within an hour, took care of our problem! Very professional and reasonable price. Will use this business again!

Had an issue with a leaking toilet. Len arrived when he promised, assessed the problem and itemized the steps that would have to be taken to repair not only the leak but the damage caused by the leak. The work was done on a timely basis and I'm pleased with the results.

These guys are the best AC company I've dealt with. The owner is completely dedicated to the job being done right. First experience was a clogged drain line on the attic unit. Len offered an option of prices instead of just the highest priced option. Problem was fixed, I asked for a few extras and this was done without a high charge. Next project was installing AC in my garage. This cost a lot less than I assumed it would cost. The installation looks fantastic, and the unit is right-sized for the garage and the temperatures we get in Dallas. This is the only AC, plumbing, home services company I will use.

I had a disaster situation after a foundation lift of my home. All sewer lines broke and I had back ups throughout my home. My Texas Home Services came out in a very timely manner and through multiple stages repaired all damage at a reasonable cost. Very passionate company who treats their employees and customers with respect and care. They are very reliable and do excellent work! They will be my go to plumbing company!

Len was super responsive and came out to an emergency plumbing call within the same hour we first contacted him. We had a frozen pipe burst Christmas Eve (12/24) at our quadplex/condo unit no less, and he and his apprentice did a quick damage assessment then went to work to control the water flow and repaired the faulty solder joint. This company was fantastic! They showed up on time, had my equipment a day earlier than expected, and cleaned up after themselves! They completed both upstairs and downstairs AC units the same day!

Len, the owner showed up at the time he said he would to look at the AC that didn't work in the townhome I rent. He completed his inspection, & even found another unrelated issue with the water heater expansion tank that needed immediate attention. He provided a price to the landlord & put me on the schedule on his next available day. He showed up with his helper Brennan & they got to work ( after putting down tarps on the carpet which I really appreciated) replacing the outside unit, coil & the expansion tank. Once done, he tested everything out & made some adjustments until he was satisfied with the temperature. I was so happy to see the temperature coming down & cool air filling my townhome. He completed the job in the amount of time he estimated, cleaned up the area & my landlord paid the bill. 5 hours later he messaged me to ensure the house was cool. Now that's service! If you need home repairs, I highly recommend My Texas Home Services.

We've been using My Texas Home Services for a few years now and have always been pleased with the results. They have always responded to our calls very promptly.
