I called Frymire at 8:30 AM and they were at my place by 10:30 AM. They gave me 3 options to choose from for repair and even offered a 3 month payment plan. Mark Hernandez was very polite, professional, and completed the repairs efficiently. Would recommend!

Jamal, performed a great job by replacing my capacitor on the HVAC unit. It was very hot and temperature outside 100 degrees. I appreciate the outstanding service. Thank you, long time customer.

Jamal was here this morning to deal with a cooling and humidity issue. He was a very good listener and took in all my information as to what was going on . After almost 2 hours of going over everything multiple times he was able to find some hidden issues and get the ac back to good! Many thanks to Jamal!!

We've had our units installed and maintained by Frymire a few years ago and we've always had a solid experience with them. We just had our units serviced by Jamal who did a great job answering all the questions I had and made sure I understood what was going on with our HVAC system. His expertise and patience was super appreciated, especially as we've had our units for a few years at this point

Since my previous review (below), I have been in touch with Frymire who has made it a priority to correct any misgivings and miscommunications. I must say, that in spite of the sales guy, that they do have good staff members. If I had dealt with Omar from the beginning, this would be at least a 4 star review, instead of a 3 star review. Thanks Omar!

I am now only waiting for the accounting dept. to validate my Energy Star certification that comes with the heat pumps I received. I don't know what the hold up is.

DON'T DO IT!
After being over charged $30k for two heat pumps, I'm now paying more than double in electric!

First the salesman (Chris), came into my home making all these promises about how efficient these systems would be, and how the deal I was getting was great value. (I've now priced matched with other companies, and this was all lies) He even told me he would be their every step of the way, seeing my apprehension with spending this kind of money, when a traditional install would be more than half the cost.

I HAVEN'T SEEN HIDE OR HAIR OF HIM SINCE HE TOLD ME THOSE LIES. I texted Chris to let him know the installation was sloppy and was done inefficiently. I was told by the installers, the receptionist, and by Chris that someone would contact me about this debacle. 3 months and I haven't heard from anyone. THEY EVEN INSTALLED RETURNS NEXT TO MY FIRE EXTINGUISHERS!

After receiving three $800 electric bills, I am now reviewing my contract with Frymire; I WANT OUT OF THIS NIGHTMARE!

Aaron Divin was my technician, and let me say, he provided the most excellent service I’ve had in a long time! He was friendly, personable, listened actively to what issue I had and what I had done up to this point, and clearly and professionally explained the steps he went through to check everything. He was able to spot details that I guarantee 90% of people would miss, and he went seriously above and beyond. I accredit specifically Aaron to Frymire being the people I will call if something goes wrong next time, because that kind of service deserves recognition and repeat business!

We called Frymire regarding a minor issue with our Thermostat. Mark Hernandez was the technician that came out. Mark was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. He resolved the issue quickly and the system is back to 100%. I can't say enough great things about Mark and the Frymire Team!

Eric was patient and and good natured. He gave us all of our options, and let us choose. At our request, he tried on 3 different faucets for us, with the third working! I would recommend to friends.

Mauricio was professional, courteous, and I feel like he gave me the best possible price considering it is Sunday and Labor Day is tomorrow! I didn’t think we would have water until at least Tuesday but he moved Heaven and Earth to get us water tomorrow as early as possible. Thank you so much Mauricio!!

The technician today, did fine. But he discovered that my 12k job water heater installation that they did was done wrong from the beginning. I have had multiple service appts because of problems and now I find out it wasn't even set up for the proper fuel type (propane). The components of my system still don't work. I had to have these people repair a wall they sawed clear through and I had to have roofers repair damage they did to my roof, causing multiple leaks and more water damage. Now I find out the tankless heater itself was installed incorrectly. I feel bad for this technician today because he was very nice, but steer clear of this company. I've spent so much money on plumbing with them on this and other jobs and they've botched everything over and over. NOT RECOMMENDED

Gilberto was great and got to our house on time. He and his buddy worked efficiently and checked everything twice and finished the work in a timely manner. They also cleaned up afterwards and had a personalized approached. We would definitely use his services in the future if and when needed.

Aaron was fast, friendly, and efficient. He took care of the AC unit problem and our home went 85- 74 in less than an hour. That’s really cool!

We had Patricio Blanco out today to figure out what was wrong with our heat pump. He finally diagnosed the problem, stayed late to get it fixed, and order the part. Even though their going to have to come back to take care of the issue, he was very polite and professional. I respected his thoroughness and taking his time to explain to us each step of the way, what was going on. Thank you for your time Patrick, much appreciated.

Jhonnel Canelon is a great tech - was on time, checked out our problem with the AC drain system and determined what was needed to repair it and completed the job. Did all in less than an hour. Thanks for sending him.

Max arrived on time and was very professional. He took a look at the new faucet hardware, examined the existing hookup underneath the sink, and got straight to work. He was done in about 30mins and the finished result is exactly what we wanted.

This is our second time using them and I would recommend them for your plumbing and hardware installation needs.

Mauricio (Moe) was on time and very thorough. Came out to help on a Sunday morning with a fabulous attitude. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get the job done well. I recommend him highly.
