Masters Services made a beautiful chimney cap for our home and they stand by their product. Our first cap had a defect and Masters replaced it free of charge. Great service and great products!

They were able to take off our old, rusting chimney cap and replace it with a new one that looks fantastic. Also patched in all the broken mortar that fallen out over the years (real old house), cleaned up the rust stains on the brick with a fresh layer of white paint, and sealed everything up for us. No longer an eye sore!

I requested a quote for fireplace remodel, to which they scheduled Cayden to come out. He was very friendly, answered all of our questions, came on time for the estimate. He said he would send over the quote in a few days after I sent him a few ideas of what we wanted. I didn’t hear back from him for a while. I sent him another text that Thursday following up, and he responded that he would get to it. Nothing but crickets after waiting for about another week. I figured he ghosted us after he said noticed our reaction when he had shared with us the typical cost of this type of project, being higher than we had anticipated. It was very unprofessional to not even attempt to put together a written quote, even after I, being a potential client, reached out for a response. I am a professional myself, and understand that as an employee, I represent the company that I am employed at, and Mr. Cayden represented Masters Services poorly. Maybe if I was very desperate, I would give another shot, but it just goes to show they didn’t want my business in the lack of response I received.

Masters Services technician, Austin, arrived per schedule. He analyzed why my fireplace was not working and explained the issue. He then corrected the problem. I am very pleased with the work and Austin is a true professional. I highly recommend Austin and Masters Services.

Today was the second of three visits to clean and repair our fireplace. Austin and Chris were very thorough, quite knowledgeable about the process. Austin educated me on several details on chimney and fireplace safety. So far, I'm quite pleased with the quality of their service and their customer service and communication.
Third and final visit today. This one really made Chris work for it, but he persevered and finally put a difficult job to bed. Great job to the entire crew - Lisa with the communication, Austin, Chris, and the rest. Great job, well done!

Masters Services was excellent and all four of the men who worked on our project were on time, very polite, patient and extremely careful and neat. They replaced our outdoor fire box, replaced two chimney caps, and swept both chimneys. I also want to thank Cayden who worked patiently with us.

Hello, Please be very careful. If you hire this company, please make sure you can go to top of the roof and inspect their work once it is done. If there was zero star, I would give zero star to this company. Initially, they send couple great employees to inspect the chimney and give an estimate which makes one think that he or she is hiring a great company. However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful with this company.

Of course, I am going to ask for my loss because your company is the one who send me incompetent employees to do the job and caused all the damages to my shingles and roof. I would not be in this mess if you take ownership of the work you provided. I saw your employees reviews on the indeed and see how Master Services treat their employees. No wonder you cannot find quality employees to do the job. I hope everyone who hires your company inspects the work from end to end.

In the below response, where they indicated they politely denied my request for losses is a false statement. Master Services sent an email to me on 09/14 and asked me to delete my BBB complaint and sign a NON DISPARAGEMENT Agreement to not post any reviews or post on social media in return they would give me a good faith check of $700. They did a lot more damages then $700. I was only asking what was taken by their employees and give them a chance to the right thing.

I hope everyone else does not go through all the things I went through with this company and all the stress they caused me.

Side note, you can see how professional this company is from their response. Does not want to take responsibility for their employees instead blaming the customer.

I chose Master Services to restore 3 chimneys/fireplaces in my historic home largely because I was very impressed by their knowledge and passion for the project, as well as the process used to coat the inside of the flues to bring them up to code. And I couldn’t be happier with their work and the finished product(s). The fireplaces work great and look great! Mine was a large project that had some unavoidable delays but Master Services was always reliable and saw the project through to the end, I could and see and appreciate the team’s collective dedication and satisfaction in completing a job well done!

Used them twice. They do a great job and make sure the job is done right. Austin came out today to fix some work from November and they see the job through. I have an old fireplace and they helped me out. I’ll use them again

The company was quick to respond when we had an issue that needed immediate attention to prevent further damage. They showed up when they said they would and performed the work professionally. Good options, and fast installation scheduling, for restoration work. Good communicators and we are pleased with the way things turned out.

Master Services recently installed a new fireplace and mantle in my living room, and built a custom section for my TV and mounted it for me. The entire experience was exceptional. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They helped me choose a design that fit my home perfectly, and the craftsmanship shows in every detail.

Kyle in particular did an excellent job of pivoting when a few design decisions changed along the way—he was flexible, communicative, and made sure everything turned out even better than I’d envisioned.

The installation was done efficiently and with great care—no mess left behind, clear communication throughout, and a final result that looks like it came straight out of a magazine. My living room feels completely transformed, warm, and inviting. I’ve already received multiple compliments from friends and family.

I highly recommend Master Services to anyone considering fireplace work or home improvement. Their quality of work and customer service truly stand out.

Gabriel was personable and efficient. I had new carpet put in days before the service so I was a little nervous but he didn’t leave even a spec of dirt soot anywhere. He walked me through what he was doing and how things looked when he was finished. I highly recommend this service to anyone who has a fireplace.

Jamal was great! We had a clogged drain and after clearing it he double checked it before he left and he had to clear it again. Most guys would have just left and not waited to make sure it was working - he did! Really appreciated his patience in making sure it was working.

Frymire was able to come out quickly and Mark Hernandez was thorough and communicative about the air handler system repair. Good experience!
