Tech was courteous, honest and very professional. He repaired my LG washing machine at a very affordable price. Price included the piece needed to fix the machine. Highly recommended!!!!

Scheduled an appointment for my washer that had been making some super loud scraping noises. After doing minor research I had an idea of what it may be but I’m no expert. Jose came out at our scheduled appointment time, found the problem fairly quickly and even had the part on hand. The price of the repairs was reasonable and was made right away. We were given a 90 parts and labor warranty. Hopefully I won’t need to, but would gladly use this company again. Thank you for the great service.

I had burner tube and burner issues with my Amana stove, I made sure to do all the research on Google on how much I was expected to pay by a professional as well as parts so I would not be taking advantage of. I did not tell Jose any of this information, and to my surprise this man was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and well priced for his services. He made sure to show me every step that he was planning to do, as well as every part, price, and place that he could find, nothing was hidden, full disclosure. I will definitely be calling appliance tech team for any future problems I may encounter in the future with my appliances. It's refreshing to have a repairman that doesn't try to rip you off nowadays.

I have known Appliance Tech Team since 2016. They have been my go to for anything to do with my washer or dryer. Their expertise and experience has led to successful outcomes everytime that I have needed them. I have had a few different machines through the years, but it doesn’t matter for them. They know exactly what to do when the situation arises. I have new machines and my parents have old machines. No matter, Appliance Tech Team can handle any situation. Whether it’s new or old, they can help. My dryer stopped working at approximately three o'clock in the afternoon. I called Appliance Tech Team and about one hour later my dryer was up and running again! Thank you Jose for such prompt and great service. Was definitely not expecting to have the dryer fixed on the same day!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. It has been three weeks, and Jose, the technician, has yet to follow up after diagnosing my stove and providing a total price to fix the burner valve.

I have called multiple times to check if he was able to find the necessary part in stock, but he repeatedly told me it was unavailable. Since I needed my stove fixed as soon as possible, I took it upon myself to search for the part and found one in stock. I reached out to Jose via call and text, sending him the link to verify if it was from a legitimate store, but I never received a response.

At this point, it is clear that they are not genuinely interested in helping me. The lack of communication, courtesy, and professionalism is completely unacceptable. This experience has made me feel like nothing more than a payment rather than a valued customer.

Excellent work, On time, Very nice, Knowledgeable & he fixed it the same day. Jose did a wonderful job fixing my dryer (even after my fiancé tried to do it himself & only made things worse 🤦🏻‍♀️) Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this company to anyone. Very professional, prompt and reliable. My 81 yr old mother needed her ice maker fixed and dishwasher adjusted 4 days before thanksgiving. Jose advised they were extremely busy and may not make it before holiday, however he made time to make it to my mom's house few days before thanksgiving to fix appliances. He had All necessary equipment and parts in the truck and fixed everything in the same day. He treated my 81 yr old mother with 5 ⭐ service. 100% satisfactory
