Wow - Just Wow!! If I could give this business more than a 5 star rating, I would! Our freezer went out, and with all our food defrosting, I called everywhere. Tom and Norma were working on the west side of town but, after all their other appointments, they came by at 9:30 on a Friday night. Additionally, Tom called on Saturday to inquire if the freezer was still working. They not only didn't charge us for an emergency call, or an after hours call, their service call fee was extremely reasonable. Their service fee was, in fact, lower than any other quote I was given, and other companies advised me that they couldn't respond to our request for service until Monday.
I would highly recommend Tom and Norma to anyone who needs a competent and reliable service provider. Thank you, Tom and Norma!!

In all of my years in business and dealing with other business owners, I have never met anyone as great as Tom and his wife, Norma. They were very responsive (immediately), showed up on time, fixed our washer, dryer and dishwasher in a very short time and were so professional about it. They are a great team and really know what they are doing. They were neat and orderly, polite, courteous, kind and, in my opinion, charged far too little for the services they provided. They saved three of our old Kenmore appliances, telling us it was better to repair them than buy new ones because the older models are built to last whereas the newer ones won't last very long (planned obsolescence). You could not find finer people or a better appliance repair company. Highly recommend them.

Simply Fantastic! We've used a few appliance repair vendors over the years and Stady's Appliance Services has been the best by far! The have been reliable, performed excellent work, great communication, have reasonable pricing, and they truly work to add value to their customers. We've had bad experiences with the other guys who try to milk repairs, do subpar work, or don't even show up. Don't call the other guys, call Stady's!

We have used Tom many times throughout the last few years. His work is thorough and top notch. His prices are always reasonable and what’s more he takes the time to explain what happened to the appliance and how to not only avoid the problem in the future but also how to fix it. He has repaired my washer, dishwasher, and dryer and I will use him for any future repairs on my appliances. He is a consummate professional and a true token to his profession. We called Mr. Stady late evening to schedule an appointment to fix our washer. He stated he was already on the westside and would be willing to come later, if we would like for him to come. He called us after his last appointment and showed up within 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem & offered solutions. He was very honest with my husband, and stated he could drill & dismantle the washer for a more costly repair, but he did not want to do that. He charged us very little to repair our washer and he was an absolutely pleasant man to chat with. We highly recommend Stady’s Appliance Repair. We will definitely use Mr. Stady again!

Had an emergency come up with my fridge was freezing all my food and drinks. i called him at 10 pm and stayed on the phone for 20 mins helping me and we setup an appointment to get everything checked out. couldn't ask for a better person thank you so much.

Update he just came today and finished the temp sensor and the controller and everything is working great. you have a lifetime customer.

Great service! I called Mr Stady after a previous company did not show up the mutually agreed time. Tom arrived to the service call on time and even called me 15 minutes before he was to arrive . Tom found that one of the motors wasn’t working and was causing my refrigerator not to work properly . He had the replacement motor in his vehicle and replaced it during the same visit. The refrigerator began to work again almost instantly. Tom had great communication throughout, had fair pricing, and was honest.

We called them to come and see our dryer and he is the most honest person ever! 100% recommend!
