Jr @ Modern Appliances Repair is completely amazing. I had already played the game of calling companies and no one shows up. He showed up early to my appointment. I had previously made repairs to the refrigerator/freezer earlier last month. Again, the same issue began all over. Jr diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and return promptly the next day. Just to day, I had another appliance issue and just as before he showed up early. He was out the door within 20 minutes and I am every so grateful I found him. So for the people that are searching for help please save the time in searching for someone else. He is the ONE!!

I call Modern Appliances Repair with confidence that they will take care of my appliances promptly. If my washer and dryer still meet the criteria for a warranty-he makes sure that it is replaced. He works around my work schedule-which is very helpful. I appreciate his work ethics in trying to fix my appliances.

JR has done such an amazing job fixing and maintaining all of our appliances. We wouldn’t know what we would do without him. His customer service is great and his knowledge of appliances is amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Replaced an old 50lb microwave with a new 50 lb one. Over the range. I tried installing the microwave myself and decided to call a professional within 30 minutes. They were able to come in fairly quickly and did the whole install within 45 minutes. Would definitely use again however only gave 4 stars because they dropped a big metal thing on my black stainless steel stove and left a dent.

The motor in our dryer gave out. The owner came out the same day snd diagnosed the problem. He was back the next day, right on schedule, and had it working right away. I'd definitely recommend Modern Appliance to anyone needing appliance repairs.

My washer stop working and I found this number on the website it had good reviews so I call them to make an appointment on 2/23/20. A guy name Juan showed up he check the washer for a good 30 mins then he gave me an estimate he said to fix it approximately will cost me 404.60 because the part that the washer need cost me like 289 plus the labor fee and tax. He text me an estimate receipt and suggested me to buy a new one instead. He left and charge me $40 for the visit. The next day I called them because they were coming back to check my fridge but nobody answer me. A few weeks past by and found a guy on Facebook that fix appliances call him and he fix my washer for $180.

I called them last minute on a Friday to inspect my dishwasher’s problem and they were able to show up same-day. They ordered the part it needed & took about 30 min to repair the whole issue. The only delay was waiting on that part to arrive as it wasn’t delivered until the following Tuesday but that comes w/the territory. Great service. Reasonable prices. Very professional. I had a great experience with Modern Appliance for my microwave repair. Costs were transparent, the repair person showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Payment was easy. Lastly, the repair person went above and beyond by correcting the previous installation of the microwave by adding a wall mounted bracket. The microwave works great now. Thanks

I didn't catch the name our our technician but he was very professional. Our dryer stopped working and he was able to find the issue right away. He had the part already, the whole appointment took less than 20 minutes and my dryer is working good as new. I would definitely recommend to anyone that has a sudden appliance mishap

Would absolutely use Modern Appliance Repair again. They were professional and and on time. Quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and returned the next day after ordering my part and quickly repaired my appliance. They also came out on the same day I called. Highly recommended.

I live in a rental. The two times my rental company has contracted Modern Appliance Repair to come to my residence they contacted me within the hour, and came that day--even though I'm pretty sure we are on the opposite side of town from them. Juan Carlos was the tech who came and he was polite, efficient, and very clear about the problem and price. I recommend them 100%.

Oh my gosh! I haven't had a working washing machine for 5 days. I had another company scheduled from 8-10 to repair my washing machine. When they had not arrived by 11:00 I cancelled them and called Modern Appliance. JR was at my home in 15 minutes and fixed my washer immediately. He even had the valve part on hand. He was very friendly, efficient, and the price was very reasonable. What a blessing!

Jr. has been worked for me almost 2 yrs. One time, I called him Sunday after 5PM, he answered me immediately and showed up Monday early morning to repair my washer.

Comparing to the home warranty company sending different strangers to you house every time, I feel more comfortable to work with a company having good reputation and familiar people.

Last week Arturo came out the same day I called even though it was in the middle of a horrible sand storm! He fixed the ice maker right sway and even took the time to explain how the lines went from the under-sink filtration system to the 'fridge. As always, he showed up on time and charged a reasonable price!

Modern Appliance Repair is very professional and couteous. Their prices are reasonable. They won't try to get you to fix something if it doesn't need it. They show up on time, and they do the work without letting their phones inyerrupt them. I scheduled an appointment and the day of I received multiple calls to see if I was available at an earlier time because a service rep was in the area. I stated no due to being at work, that's why I chose a later time when I would be at home. The second time I was called they then stated that they won't be able to get it checked out at the scheduled time and we'll have to go out sometime next week. Absolutely not acceptable if I scheduled appropriately and was not convenient for you especially for the services I was going to pay for....

I used Modern Appliance Repair to fix an LF error on a Maytag washer. Arturo texted me the day of the appointment and contacted me when he was on the way. He gave me a fair price for the work he did and was exceptionally helpful in showing me how to avoid future breakdowns. I highly recommend this business.

Arturo Jr came out right after we spoke on the phone, respectfully listened to what I had tried DIY, then he found the issue a bad valve, he found 1 in stock locally and was out as promised the next day. Refrigerator runs fine now, and Arturo saved me from my next step of total replacement. Quality work, fair prices, and super responsive. Sierra Hotel in my book.
