I have not even used this company yet but Tom was very professional on the phone. He was very honest and gave me free and worthwhile advice. I know who I am calling next time an appliance goes down.

I contacted GE service for assistance with a broken microwave which was less than one year old. GE and I both tried to contact the first vendor on their list with NO success after 4 days. I contacted GE multiple times to get them to recommend a different vendor and BINGO, Toms Appliance to the rescue. They called me within 45 minutes and were at my home within 90 minutes. Their were able to diagnose the issue and fix it within another 45 minutes. WOW... awesome company and personnel. If my warranty runs out or I need appliance repair again, I am calling Toms Appliance first. Thank you very much guys!

We needed our ice maker repaired on a 20 year old refrigerator that we're not ready to get rid of. Since they don't make parts for it anymore they put in a new icemaker but used some of the parts from the old one to make it work and gave us tips on how to keep it going. Very knowledgeable! He and his son came after hours and repaired it in about an hour. We highly recommend them.

My washing machine wasn’t working and I called them to repair it. They installed a new pump and belt for $300+. It worked for about a week. When we called back they ghosted us. Don’t get burned like we did.

Same day I called Tom's Appliance, he and his son came out and replaced the fan motor to get my fridge/freezer cooling again!! They handled the work efficiently and explained to me what was going on. I definitely recommend them for any repair 👍🏽👍🏽

You hear "old school" a lot but in the case of "Tom's Appliance", it's the real McCoy!!! It's Father / Son with both of them super skilled, fast and genuinely concerned with fixing my Stove RIGHT.
They are now my ONLY appliance repair guys because
they are as good as it gets and Old School Brilliant!!!

We just had the best service repair experience! Frustrated because we couldn't find a local appliance repair to service our Viking refrigerator/freezer we called Tom's Appliance and explained our situation . Although we lived in Las Cruces they made the service call traveling from El Paso. When Tom and his son arrived they diagnosed the problem quickly, and changed out the part. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful...they gave us tips on our other Viking appliances. We highly recommend this father and son team, and we will only be using Tom's Appliance for our future needs.

Hi Tom, I should have sent you a text yesterday to thank you and let you know what a good job Thomas did on our oven. We were able to bake sweet potatoes and acorn squash today and it was yummy. DO NOT TRUST HIS WORD!! Spoke to Tom on 11Aug for dryer repair. He quoted me $60 to come by and assess and said it would go toward the repair. He was given my address and would be here on Monday (15Aug). NEVER said a time. Waited, Waited, Waited...NEVER SHOWED!!!🤬 Wasted my whole day....Wasted my time!! DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

Tom was very professional and didn’t overcharge me. He repaired my front loading LG washer that just stopped working and it ran just like it did previously. It was a cold winter day but he he came out last minute in the evening and saved the day! Thank you!

Tom and is son are awesome!!! They came the next day after I called. They where honest about what was wrong with my refrigerator, and they are funny guys. Had us laughing the whole time. I highly recommend them!!!

Tom and his son were awesome! They came out to fix my refrigerator late on a Friday afternoon when no one else would pick up the phone. They were very professional and courteous and did a great job!!

Tom and his son came to switch out a cook top and did it precisely and efficiently. Tom has been in the business for many years and is very educated and informed on all household appliances. I will definitely be calling Toms Appliance should the need arise!! Very nice to deal with!

While friendly, Tom charged an exorbitant fee $191 simply for looking at my freezer and changing out one part. When that didn’t work he came back put some free-on in it, and charged another fee. It still didn’t work so I bought a new one he came back again to install a line and charged me again. His fees are arbitrary and outrageous. And them he started talking politics which really upset me.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Our refrigerator quit working, so I called Tom. He recommended a Subzero, which we ordered from Fergusons of El Paso. It was delivered very quickly and T om and his son were here 2 days later to install it. Went in perfectly and they showed me everything I needed to know. And we live 3 hours from El Paso. They are awesome and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Followed up with us a couple of days later to make sure everything was okay.

Our oven has been giving me issues for the past year. I finally called Tom to see if he could fix/help me out with it. I didn’t want to have to spend much money on fixing it b/c we plan to redo our kitchen within the next year, but it would be nice to be able to bake things in the mean time. Tom was willing to come over to look at it, but I explained the problem and he sent me video which showed how to locate the issue. Luckily, my husband is very handy and had to tools needed to check. We figured out what was wrong and Tom told us where to go to order the part. My husband was able to install it. Tom was so nice and saved us a good amount of money. Definitely will be using his services again in the future!!

Tom and his son were able to diagnose and resolve our appliance issues right away. I highly recommend hiring them for any appliance issues, as they have a wide array of knowledge and are willing to take the time to solve the problems you might have. Very courteous and kind gentlemen.

These guys were super quick and professional. I had an issue with a washer/dryer set that had been out of use for a few years. Tom and his son fixed the issue quickly and were very helpful in explaining the issue as well as the solution. Will definitely be using them in the future.

About 2 months ago I was having trouble with my washer. I called and Tom asked me to unplug my washer so it could reset the computer. It worked for about two months. He could have come out and charged me instead of giving me advise over the phone - I really appreciated that. Today I called him because my washer was on the fritz again. He and his son came out , fixed my washer and my ice maker. Greater service and very polite. I highly recommend them.
