Very happy with the service. Brennen was knowledgeable and efficient. Ice maker was fixed (replaced) quickly. I highly recommend them.

This is three days later. I had to call them again because ice maker was not dispensing ice. Brennen came back and showed me the issue. I was not placing bucket correctly. Thank you Brennen for your instruction and expertise.

Called Billy late yesterday and he was here today to help us with our problem. Very professional, courteous and helpful in explaining everything to us. Even more impressed he had part that was needed readily available and didn't have to schedule a return to fix. Service very affordable! Highly recommend and, if needed, will definitely call him again!

The gentleman came in a timely manner. They let me know when they would be here. They fixed my washing machine After they let me know how much the part would be, and thankfully they have the part on the truck.. I thank them very much. AAA is my go to Company.

Billy was wonderful! I called with a broken fridge and it was fixed same day! His prices are super reasonable and he can do it all. Highly recommend Billy and will be using him for all our needed repairs in our rental properties.

If you have a Samsung Microwave or any other appliance call the manufacturer directly. Someone came to my home to check my microwave and was here for five minutes, before he said Samsung doesn’t sell parts. He said many manufacturers are not selling parts anymore, so I’m going to have to buy a new microwave. The company charged a $55.00 dollar fee just to come check and tell me that. So save your money and call before wasting $55.00.

If you’re company is already aware and I quote, he said, “a lot of companies are not selling parts anymore” why come to my home? Be honest when we speak to you and let us know it’s best to buy a new microwave because companies are not selling parts which is why they are out of stock.

This is an easy way to take advantage of people. You are technically scamming us by keeping information withheld.

This is why I wrote the review. But thank you, I just wanted to inform other of what to do before they call you.

Beyond happy with the service! Billy came out on Fathers Day and spent close to an hour trying everything to fix my washer. Finally had to admit it needed a new control board. He was back 2 days later to install it and it’s working like new again! I really appreciated the attempt to save me money and the end price was so much better than expected! Plan to have him back to look at some other appliances that are acting wonky!!

Billy is fantastic. Very positive, knowledgable, and patient. I have a gas oven/stove that is a pretty obscure make and model, and Billy quickly worked through the kinks and figured it out. He was also very patient with explaining what was wrong and what he was doing for the repair. Straight forward about the price. Very thankful to have found him!

Billy, repaired our dryer back in June. This time he fixed the washer pump. In less than 30 minutes. Both are working great and price was reasonable. I will recommend them to all our friends and family!

This guy absolutely knows what he's doing! He arrived exactly when he said he would. He fixed leaking refrigerator AND garbage disposal in about 20 minutes! Very reasonable cost also. I highly recommend this company.

Billy repaired our washing machine. He was prompt arriving at my home. He determined what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He even cleaned under my washing machine which I really appreciate. I most definitely will call this company again.

I had been calling around and companies sent out workers saying I should just buy a new dryer. They were charging a ridiculous amount of money to repair. I called a Affordable Appliance Repair about my oven and spoke with Billy he came out really quickly. Within 10 minutes he had my oven working. At a very reasonable price. Then I briefly told him about my experience with the dryer he took a look at it and had everything done within 30 minutes. I felt comfortable that he understood everything and knew what was going on based off of what I was telling him. He made sure that it worked well before leaving and the price was very very reasonable. Highly recommend Billy and company 🙌 Thank you!!!!

Bad service, they didn't show up at scheduled time, and in avery rude way try blame it on me. The guy that answers the phone has a pretty bad attitude.

Called to make an appointment. He had a same day appointment. He gave us a time window. He notified us that he was on his way. He came in and assessed the problem. He fixed our dryer quick. Very friendly and professional.

Can't say enough good things!!! Called them up, came the next day, identified the problem & fixed it right there. He even took the time to check the vent after & advised us of a possible future issue. 10 stars if I could.

We called AAA affordable Appliances Repair in the morning and within the hour Billy contacted us. He was able to find and fix the problem with my stove. It is worth mentioning that the issue was overlooked by 3 plumbers and a contractor. We feel he did an excellent job. We are very grateful for his help.

Billy is an honest and reliable person. I called him to replace my garbage disposal and he got here with brand new disposal in hand.
As he proceeded to look over my garage disposal he realized I didn't need a new one it just needed some tweaking and voilá it was fixed and in working condition . He saved me a lot of money and time. Well done Billy thank you. God bless you.
