Was not the best experience scheduling an appointment. First call was good to schedule, they told me the technician would call me back and we would set a time. Technician called and nothing worked for that day as he was booked. It was no problem for me, he said he would send it back the office and they would try to get some other technician. After that is when I had to call 3 to 4 times. Each time they said that they never received a notice to call me back to schedule an appointment. Went with sobella's instead and worked out better for me in the end. Got member package for AC and wasn't charged service trip and the appliances were an easy fix so they gave me a great deal!

Very prompt and professional service. I called around to get some quotes on my refrigerator/freezer repair and this company was by far the most affordable. The technician was knowledgeable, gave us some very helpful information and answered all of our questions. Will definitely call again if I ever need any other appliance repair.

AAA Affordable Appliance Repair came to my house ASAP to fix my dryer. I have been with out it for a week. The services was awesome and quick. What I loved is they had the parts with them. I truly will recommend there services to friends and families.

My dryer was not heating at all and my son made a call yesterday and Billy came out today and fixed it right away. This guy knows his stuff. Very affordable and reliable. I will definitely call him again if need be and I will tell my friends and family about him and his great work. GREAT JOB!

When my refrigerator was not keeping cool under the el paso hot day, I called like over 10 repair shop. I explain this is kind of emergency but still get scheduled like two days later or next week. Billy was the last one that I called, and he said "Yes Ma''am, I will go at 11am", and he explained to me clearly what would charge me and what would happen if the brand he couldn't handle. Then he showed up on-time. In two days I had my refrigerator fixed and back to cool. On the same day, I showed him my broken dishwasher and garbage disposal. He first tried if he can fix, then after that we need to replace some elements. I definitely want to recommend Billy to El Pasans. He is very reliable and service is great and charge is very reasonable. Thank you, Billy.

Making the appointment for my fryer was super easy. Billy came within the hour diagnosed the issue with my dryer drum not turning and made the repair. Process was very quick and easy and price was affordable.

Was prompt and on time, which I really appreciated cause I was working. I had an issue with a 5 year old Samsung front loading washer that was not running wash cycles. He ran diagnostics and said he thought it was the pump. He had the new pump part available in his truck to install. He then realized that I did not need a new pump because the issue was a small pine cone kernel/leaf had gotten trapped inside and that was preventing the pump from working. The cost was less and I really appreciated his knowledge, timeliness, and most of all honesty in not trying to sell me a new pump. Highly recommend Billy and will refer others to him as often as possible.

We had an issue with our Frigidaire refrigerator leaking water and Billy found our fan wasn't cooling and another issue. He was prompt, professional and gave a heads up when he was on his way. Always on time. This is probably the best customer service experience we've had since we moved to the El Paso area.

If I could give more stars I would. Very professional and makes sure he treats his customers right. Very knowledgeable and explains everything. Our fridge didn’t work properly after him working on it but it was NOT his fault, even came back to check it out again. He refunded our money which is rare for any business, especially him not being at fault. I would use him again and recommend him over and over again. Thank you! 🙏

3 days ago I booked an appointment with the other EL PASO appliance repair place and they never showed up or followed up with the appointment. I called to follow up today and their AI attendant got my information and I still didn’t receive any call back.

Great experience! Upon fixing the refrigerator and paying, it was still not working. The gentleman came back, and replaced the part again for no extra charge to ensure I got everything fixed. Truly appreciate the customer service!

I'll never write a review but this was an fantastic and exceptional service. Charlie help me with the dishwasher and definitely was an overall service! What a great job and amazing person.
