I called RMJ heating and cooling in the summer of 2022. My old refrigeration unit only needed servicing it wasn’t blowing cold. Julian came out and serviced my unit not being able to fix. I was convinced into buying a new one. Their financing it’s a nightmare Koalifi is the worst. But I was able to pay it off. Anyways the new unit could not cool below 79 degrees in 95 degree weather. You get a year warranty, so two months in I called them to see if they can come out and a check out my new unit they called back and the only thing they did was try to diagnose over the phone they never came out. And now I’m stuck two years in with an underrated unit that will not cool when my older unit when it was working was way colder. I’m looking into buying minisplits when I have a brand new unit that does not cool enough. Buyer beware stay away from this company they will only sell you new units beacuse that is how they make their money they will come and take your old perfectly working unit and resell as used. Do not do business with these people. Mine was a bad experience. But you live and learn…stay away from these people…

Jimmy answered my call close to closing. I explained my dire situation of living with no air for 7 days because my old unit went out. Within 48 hours Julian showed up right on time explained the new system he was going to install and answered all my questions. He was extremely thorough and confident which I appreciate in a Professional. Julian thank you for being efficient and getting the job done in a timely manner.. Jimmy again thank you for taking me in at last minute. I am forever thankful because living with no air was brutal. I will be referring friends and family!

RMJ Heating & Cooling made our conversion from a MasterCool to Refrigeration easy and hassle free!! What I would recommend most and it's definitely their competitive edge over the three additional bids we received was their customer service! They immediately returned my call and scheduled an appointment next day. Their presentation was great and they're truly knowledgeable about the equipment, process and financing options. In addition, their communication was impeccable; they provided courtesy calls and text messages throughout the install. RMJ truly delivered quality and professionalism and I would 100% recommend. Two times my parents AC has had issues because of other companies and jimmy and his crew come out and fix it the next day!! They were able to help them get a new AC and did not over charge! They are fast, friendly and very professional!! I will never use or recommend another company for all AC needs! Great prices and great quality!

I needed my AC unit replaced ASAP am they started right away. It took them almost 2 days but they got it done and haven’t had any issues. It did take them long because of the location of the heater. I did have a problem with the communication, it was hard to get a response from people in charge, like time frames, work hrs, questions But regardless they did an amazing job and did it right, they were very professional and I do recommend them.

Seeing the reviews after 2 years of our installment and noticing that this company doesn't do the right thing after making mistakes.I trusted this company and never noticed or even imagined how neglectful the people who work for this company are. I'm not the first customer they do this to, apparently they don't tighten the gas tabs and leave leaks. After 2 years living with this leak undetected my whole family is sick and so much damage has been caused by this issue that could have been prevented if you guys did a proper inspection. I see you guys don't answer when it comes to fixing your mistakes I called once for a drain leak issue and no one ever showed up. Now I find out about this gas leak that's too many mistakes this company should be held responsible

Jimmy and his crew have been nothing but professional and extremely helpful throughout the ENTIRE process of getting AC in my house and investment properties. He is always available, very knowledgeable and I would 10/10 recommend him and his team for any and all AC services.

I cannot say enough about these guys. My father in law is an HVAC professional who's been in the business 30+ years. He confirmed that we got a stellar deal on our upper level unit in March. Jimmy was awesome, he fixed issues related to my lower level unit the same day I called, solidifying the sale of my home. I shopped around for quotes in March and these guys were thousands under Lowes, Home Depot and other local HVAC businesses. They installed a quality unit with a warranty that local and big name companies couldn't compete with. I still have all the quotes from the other locations, I just wish I could upload them to this post. Don't hesitate, call them if you have issues.

I can not say enough about this company. I called on a Friday from out of town because our heater went out and we knew we needed a new one by now. Let me tell you they went in on Saturday look at what we had and needed and was given a quote. As soon. As he explained everything and told me its a Trane unit I was sold. So I applied for their 25 mth no interest credit program they had going and was approved. They were running an awesome special which I could not turn down. About $8k for a split system Trane heck yeah. Since I was out of town and no one at home for installation. It was done the following weekend. Let me tell you I love my Trane system. Of course I've yet to try the AC portion of it but if it's anything like the heater I can say I will be pleasantly pleased.

I highly recommend this family as they are family owned and operated. Very nice people and great to work with. Mind you my partner doesn't know much about HVAC and I dealt with them over the phone the entire time. They did a marvelous job, oh and do know they answer right away.

Jimmy was the guy that helped us the most. we were looking for an affordable refrigerated air system in which they had several plans that’ll work with your budget. We absolutely love the quality air system we have because of them they also installed it within a few days time. I absolutely recommend them they are professional and very knowledgeable on the install.

Extremely terrible service...they been out to my home to service my A/C and never fixed it....last time I heard from them was May 7th herr it's is a month later now they don't answer phone calls or call you back they screen your calls to not answer...they take your money and don't do any work....a month later still waiting on an A/C unit price...paid them to "diagnose" the issue in which the worker never did...he just looked at my and said need a new A/C....well yeah I been telling them that! Don't recommend this company at all nor do I recommend American Standard units avoid at all cost!

I'm glad y'all responded....cause a month later..now ya say my unit is not in warranty or didn't have the coil that it's a special order...and no one ordered it...and guess what my warranty is good until 2025....so what are we talking about here? I have the documents for it! Also have the information of allowed to use other services that will fix my unit so again terrible service! Also it doesn't take a month to call someone back...also have warranty in hand with date of 2025!

We got a a/c unit that was offered by rmj and they were very efficient on getting u involved and installing the unit but the unit broke down a month ago and they came out to check it out 3 days after it broke down. When they came out to check out the unit the techinician said that somebody had worked on the unit and the only ones that had touched that unit was them. They they said they were going to order parts and get the unit fixed. Well here we are a month later and still no call or service done to the unit. Every time i call the say that the parts have not arrived. Well its 100 degree weather and i have no a/c at home. So i would not recommend to anybody to get involved with this people. Their service sucks and their dont honor their contracts

Amazing workers and management. My A/C gave out this summer, called a few different companies that were not available for weeks to replace a bad unit. RMJ was able to come by my house on the same day to discuss size, pricing and all and had a new a/c unit in by the next day. Thank you guys. Highly recommend this company!

Chris, Peter, Richard and all the other guys did a standup job with our unit. They were all professional, quick and thorough in every aspect of the job. Literally 1 day install. Without cutting corners or doing shady work. Staring with the electrical upgrade to plumbing, new ductwork, sheetrock taping and floating completed fast and perfectly done. Totally amazed.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Started with a phone call explained my situation with both units. Chris came out looked at my units, I told him I needed a replacement because of the issues I was having. Next day Julian came worked on both one each day. I am so very pleased. My family is happy and cool with El Paso summer months. After each unit’s Julian explained what he was doing in steps. I highly recommend RMJ.

It was a great job, Chris explained everything and really took the time to work with my schedule. I liked that there was no pressure and came out every time I had a question or concern. The installation was very professional and Peter did an exceptional job.

Rmj heating and cooling is by far the easiest, most understanding company. I started with them last year, their financing options are easy, affordable, and services are worth every penny. Chris helped my husband and I get started on our first refrigerated ac and furnace unit. He was very polite, he brought us very delicious desserts and a Scentsy wax warmer. He even help set my dad up. Every worker that was involved in the installation of our unit was very polite and eager to answer all my questions. They were very helpful with my dad as well for his unit. They are readily available for any questions I may have. Chris has gone above and beyond for my family. Today, after 1 year and 2 months of having my unit, my ac wasn't working like usual. Even though Alejandro was tied up and had already set up a tech for the next day. I had explained my situation with a condition I have, which causes issues with tolerating heat. Since Alejandro is was still servicing another unit, he sent another tech by the name of Jaime. He was here in 30 min and was able to resolve my issue and my AC unit is now back to working as it was. Rmj is Normally closed Sundays but they still sent someone to make sure I had everything working again. I appreciate you guys for showing me that I mattered as a person. I called 9 other HVAC companies in town asking for a quote to replace a condenser unit. Jimmy at RMJ was by far THE MOST helpful. A few companies wanted to charge me just to come out when I had already paid another company to diagnose the problem. And only one other company would give me a quote over the phone, but that was after insisting. On the other hand, Jimmy quickly began asking me follow up questions, clarified something if I didn't explain it well to him, and walked me through a couple of solutions based on the issues we're having with our home A/C. He did a fantastic job educating me and was so helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold to or getting squeezed for a paid appointment. We still haven't made a final decision, but there is only one other company that I talked to prior to today that I am also considering because they were just as helpful. Anyone thinking about working with RMJ, know that they are very transparent in their initial interactions with you, and I could tell that they genuinely care about their reputation and taking care of customers. RMJ was a lifesaver!!!

After being gone for the summer I returned home to no air conditioning…. After making a few calls and realizing almost everywhere was closed I found RMJ! I spoke with Jimmy, the owner, he came out and not only looked at my unit but he fixed my fried wires after hours! He was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. He also was able to make other tradesman recommendations. I am so incredibly thankful for RMJ!
