My family has been using a water cooled air conditioner for years. Once we started looking for refrigeration, it didn't take us long before we settled on Empire Refrigeration. Edwin laid out all our options and clearly explained the benefits and limits of each one. Once we decided on our unit, the installation process went by extremely quickly. They started and completed most of the work within a day, leaving only minor jobs and a small issue that was resolved fairly quickly. Throughout which, we could easily reach out to Edwin for any questions. I would definitely recommend Empire to anyone interested.

Empire was absolutely wonderful! They came out on a Tuesday, gave us a quote, were very helpful with financing, we had agreements signed by that afternoon, and a new air conditioner by the end of Wednesday! The installers were very professional and knew their business. No glitches at all - I would DEFINITELY recommend Edwin and Empire Refrigeration!

Hugo from Empire did a great job estimating my air conditioning needs! He's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to as I did my homework , and had a lot of questions before calling Empire for an estimate! I would recommend him highly! He also came by to check on the progress during the installation, and called me about a week later to see if I had any questions or issues! I am very pleased with the service and my new system!

Everyone was very professional from the estimate process with Hugo, who was very knowledgeable and informative, and installation techs Adam and Alex, Roof and drywall, David, and the electricians throughout the whole process. They answered all our questions throughout everything and find their prices most competitive and reasonable. Overall had a very positive experience and we are enjoying the ease of our new system! Edwin was able to meet with me in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. Provided all information from switching from evaporated air to refrigerated air. He was very knowledgeable of the system and products be used. I hands down knew this was the right company to go with. The day of install all the crew showed up on time, all had mask on and installed with no problems. I am loving my refrigerated air system. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

They came to my house for a quote, in short order I was given options and we agreed on price. That same afternoon they swapped the units and I was back up before the end of day. I was impressed by how quick and clean they worked.

Recently we were in a real bad situation with another Solar company, that basically took our money leaving us with a system that doesn't work, and the service was horrible would never respond. We found out that Empire Refrigeration now offers solar panels service, and once again with professionalism and excellent service, Edwin and his team came through fixing and upgrading our solar panel system. We recommend this company to anyone that is looking for either service in heating/cooling or solar panel systems.

These guys were fantastic. Edwin came by one day with the paperwork, we got the financing squared away and in 2 days they were here. They installed the proper system for a house our size. And they were done in one day. Then they came by to make sure everything was fitted properly. They even cleaned after themselves. Peter and Edwin were fantastic and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this company again. I have used them since 2018 and I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants or needs a ac/heater unit. It's worth it and the monthly bills are lower , I guarantee it. You gotta love your EMPIRE AND REFRIGERATION GUYS they are COOL.

Edwin Martinez was very informative and made us feel comfortable with the decision. Not only did he give us a great deal but also stands by his word. His team was respectful, courteous, and hard working from start to finish. Adam was so professional and answered any questions we had throughout the day. He made sure everything was cleaned up and complete and very thorough on explaining how to use the system. I was impressed with the company from the time they came to my house to give me a quote through installation. Edwin was very knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. When it came to installation day, everyone was nice and they all introduced themselves. They worked fast, but did an excellent job. I have had a lot of people come in and do work in my house, but Empire has been by far my best experience.

Empire Refrigeration was very responsive to my initial contact about getting a quote for a new refrigerated air split system. Mr. Martinez had a quote the next day and I was scheduled for install that week. The personnel were extremely professional and did a great job explaining what was going to be done. The work was done in a single day and the system was up and running. The system runs great and the house is very comfortable now in comparison to the previous evaporative cooling which did not keep up with the heat. Angel, one of the employees was very helpful in assisting with the smart thermostat and made sure that all of the areas including the ducts were cleaned prior to leaving keeping with the professional work ethics I saw during the installation. I am thankful for choosing Empire Refrigeration and I would highly recommend them for AC work.

I’ve already started recommending this company to others because they really are THAT GOOD!
But I suggest booking an appointment sooner rather than later because as soon as it gets hot you may not be able to get them in as quickly as I did.

It’s been a while since we, family, were interested to have an A/C unit installed. Several notices were left at our door by Empire Refrigeration (ER). There were multiple neighbors who had ER install their A/C units. My neighbors provided positive impact results from their ER installations. This has been one of the most important home investments we have had , and are extremely happy with our choice of installer, ER.

We are highly pleased with our service interactions with Edwin Martinez. He delivered top performance with his abilities to understand our needs, provide guidance, included step-by-step of what the process would be and expect. His knowledge was most definitely executed to deliver confidence and trust worthiness to make the right investment with him and ER.

Hugo and his team were very accommodating when it came to the install of our new unit. I live in AZ and Hugo was able to work with my schedule and have his team come out while i was visiting my mom. His team was great very professional and there to answer all our questions. It took about 4 hours from start to finish and the efficiency and timely manner his team works at is extremely impressive. They left no mess and showed my mom how to use her new system and thermostat. No surprise charges and not pressuring. Hugo and his team were pretty awesome. id highly recommend them.
