First time customer who had our AC unit stop producing cool air. Called Kings Aire off the recommendation of a family member and they were great. From when I called to schedule an appointment to Isaac who came to service our unit everyone was very helpful. I appreciated Isaac answering all my questions and giving me information regarding maintenance for our unit. Definitely will be calling again!

David and Jose did an outstanding job for me. They arrived when they said they would, did all of the work perfectly, and cleaned up afterwards. They were very friendly and we will definitely use Kings Aire again.

What can I say. Within hour we had Jesse stop by, and confirm there was a problem. He had the new pump on his truck. Installed it quick and confirmed we were good to go. He also highlighted things to keep in mind for the future. Great service all around. Jesse and Kings Aire will be on speed dial for any HVAC work in the future.

Our heater/thermostat was acting up so, with snow on the forecast for the following week, we called Kings Aire. The lady I spoke to on the phone, Carla, was super friendly and set up an appointment for a date/time that worked for me. Their technician called me ahead of the visit on the date scheduled, and they came by on time. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue fairly easily and efficiently and I asked them to do additional seasonal maintenance as well, which they did. Overall this was a very positive experience for us and we would gladly work with Kings Aire again as well as recommend them.

Their technician Jesse, conducted a thorough check to determine the issue and was able to fix it same day. He took the time to ensure that everything was working and provided me with a clear explanation of what was wrong and the solution to fix it.

Mayra was absolutely amazing! She helped me schedule my evaporative cooler service, quickly got back to me with pricing, and even managed to fit me into the schedule this week. She was truly a lifesaver this was for my greenhouse and the plants in my garage, so getting the cooler up and running was extremely important.

She is very professional, and you can tell she truly takes pride in her work. I really appreciate her responsiveness, dedication, and willingness to help. If this is the level of service Kings Aire provides from the start, I highly recommend them!

I did a conversion from swamp cooler to central air. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Edwin kept us informed through the process. His crew did the work in less than one day and were very polite. They even cleaned up the area. They were great! They had great deals and a reasonable finance plan.

I purchased my unit back in 2017 and they did a fantastic job. Had a problem with my air conditioning not cooling and with one call Hugo and his crew came out and fixed it quickly. They were very honest and figured it out very quickly. Can't go wrong with purchasing a unit from empire refrigeration... They have a friend and customer for life. I recommend them 100 percent.

Hugo did a great job, he was on time n his crew to include Adam were professional. They installed a new refrigeration a/c at my moms house, and mom very satisfied. He repaired duct work for free that was not in the proposal. They also install a larger electrical breaker that was not in the contact. They completed the work in one day and did a good clean up. They are to go back next week to finish sheet rock repair n paint touch up. Thank you!

Empire Refrigeration did an outstanding job! Edwin checked out the problems we were having with cooling our home as it is long and our existing unit just was not cooling one side of the house. He came up with a plan to cool the kitchen, office, and laundry room with a smaller second unit. They were able to schedule our installation very quickly. The installation team was very knowledgeable and professional. We are all so happy with the results. It has made the biggest difference. I can cook, dry clothes and work in my office without being HOT. So, so happy! Thank you!!

They installed me the cheapest ac unit with the lowest efficiency. Part is my fault for not doing my research in ac units, and I didn't bc I trusted them and thought they would be honest. They did not give me options of AC units, they said that the unit to be installed is one of the best, liars. They installed a Rudd, not recommended at all. They don't really care about the customer. At the beginning, everything is professional, but they really care about your money. Thought about hiring them again to replace my mother's and brother's, but will be looking for another and honest company.

The service was simply amazing from the estimate, through the financing, installation, repairs, and follow-up. Edwin was our main point of contact and he is not only honest, but also respectful, transparent, and knowledgeable. This company has figured out how to simply “do-it-right”, for they have teams for any disciple that might need to be involved during and after the project such as: HVAC, electricians, wall repair (handy-man), etc…. And even window installers! Moreover, they are very detail oriented in how they run conduit and connections. I have honestly never worked with a company that cared so much to even focus on cleaning after themselves. Love this company and strongly recommend to everyone!

A new 4 ton unit was installed in my house. Very pleased with service and price. All staff were very efficient, professional and knowledge, the person who set up the smart thermostat was super helpful.

I rate them 5 stars because they were fast to get the job done, was happy with the financing, they did what looked to me as clean work, and we haven’t had any issues with our unit. My sister recommended them to me and I as well have recommended them to friends. I dealt with Jesse, whom was a super nice guy. Edwin was prompt and responsive and quickly resolved any concerns/questions I had.

So far Empire has been a very good company to work with. Hugo Escalante has been very helpful from the quote to the paperwork to answering questions. The price has been very good especially since I am installing 2 air conditioning systems. Everything up to this point has been a real pleasure to work with Empire Refrigeration. They are supposed to start the install of my units tomorrow so I will update my review based on the install as well when that is completed.

As of this point I would definitely recommend Empire Refrigeration to anyone and will definitely call them back for any service I may need in the future.

I met with Edwin back in February this year and he was absolutely amazing. He got the job done in an efficient and professional manner, he and his team were done installing the whole system in a day. He takes the time to go the extra mile for you as a customer, and to make sure he is accessible to you after installation with any questions you might have. I highly recommend using this company!

Empire is the best. I cannot express how happy I am with them. They installed everything in one day. But above all even after installation they are a phone call away for anything. Mr. Edwin has a wonderful work ethic and takes care of his clients. I needed help several times and on that same day he would send out staff to help I am forever blessed to have found such a great company.
