Long story short, a loud bang came from my ac condenser outside 7/19 @8-830pm. Trouble shooted myself but did not have the professional expertise nor the tools. Called JG heating & Cooling (few that are open earlier then the rest)at their opening hours and Jamie answered. I knew it was going to be a long shot since AC repairs are booked this time of year and this was last minute. Advised Jamie of my issue, he mentions that he is book in advance but, can pass by (before his day starts)to see the issues and get back to me later on during the day if parts needed to be ordered. He at my location within an hour or so. Trouble shoots and luckily it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. Capacitor was blown and lucky he had his last one on site. I though it was going to be days before my AC was going to be looked at and repaired. Great AC journeymen are hard to recognized theses days, but Jamie (great customer service) when beyond in less then 24hrs of my issue. I will be using his company for my AC issues from now on. Surely impressed in the time he squeezed me into his agenda.

I called today in hopes of getting my AC unit checked out because cold air was not coming out. Jaime was able to squeeze our visit in the same day. He was able to find the problem, replace the part and clean our AC unit all for a very affordable price. (He also provided a very clear explanation of the issue) I highly recommend JG Heating & Cooling if you have any issues with your AC!!

Jaime was very professional and proficient. Troubleshoot the AC system and found the issue with the thermostat and replaced it.

I was worried about not having cool air for the evening.

Jaime Gonzalez from JG came out to our house to install our new thermostat since I was at a standstill with it. He identified the wiring dilemma I was having and completed the install within 10-15 minutes. Jaime is very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The 5 stars indicate a very positive experience but I want to say it myself. We had a great experience and would, without hesitation recommend JG Heating and cooling.

I went with this company for its stellar reviews but my experience with them has only been awful. To simplify they are disrespectful of your time, incompetent, and seem like a scam for your money. To start I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning on Thursday. I received a confirmation email that it was all ready to go. Friday rolls around and I received another email to remind me about my appointment. Unfortunately Friday evening I get a text telling me that they will not be coming Saturday and that instead will be coming Monday. I then call the company to understand why this happened and all I was told was that their system messed up and there was nothing they could do if I had a problem with it then I could use a different company. On Monday when the technician finally arrives he reeks of cigarettes which is not something I'd really want to bring into my home. After looking outside and inside at my system the technician has to call his boss a few times to figure out the situation. What's the point of having someone come out if they dont really know what there doing? The technician didn't even know how to work a Google nest thermostat which seems like a common and popular choice nowadays. As the technician was finishing up he didn't seem to know what was causing the issue and just offered a guess. He said that he would send a invoice to replace the compressor, a part that has a 10 year warranty and is a common easy fix, instead I received an invoice to replace the entire outside portion of my AC unit that is apparently damaged for over 5 grand.

JG Heating and Cooling did a great job installing our new AC and furnace. The pricing is very fair, but more importantly they honored their appointment dates and time. Jaime was very professional from the start and easy to talk to. I highly recommend their services.

Quick, responsive, honest, and effective!
After having 4 different companies check out our AC unit (take our money and not fix the issue), he was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it! He was helpful in showing us where the issues were at and ensuring we fully understood what was at fault as well as any potential concerns for the future. He voluntarily came in on his day off to ensure we had AC when it was over 100 degrees outside. Will highly recommend!

JG Heating & Cooling is an excellent local business! Jaime responded to my electronic correspondence in a timely manner and was able to schedule a residential visit within the same day. AC unit was repaired in one visit. I am grateful that my unit required a simple replacement and that Jaime had the part in stock. All unit issues will vary, of course, but I am glad the problem was not anything more than a replacement. Great service!
