Cheap units. Still paying for mine & it no longer works. Their units are cheap. I referred them to so many people & everyone has problems with the units. They told my mom the thermostat from her u it doesn’t work only a few months after installation. They said they were going to order it & go replace it. Fast forward a year later, has not been replaced. Do not recommend them at all.

My 85 year old parents had a issue with their AC unit they just purchased. I tried calling and they said they would be there next day. They did not show up called again and now my calls go straight to voice-mail. They still have not called back and never showed up. I called another company and they fixed the issue in 15 minutes. If we would have known that this was the type of service we would be getting never would have purchased here. I do not recommend.

When acquiring their service they were fast and helpful. But once the service was installed we have had nothing but problems. First they had the controls backwards heat for AC and AC for Heat. They supposedly fixed it then the house would not cool. They fixed the issue but now the house doesn’t heat up. We called and requested the tech once again come out and fix the issue and they said that the part was not in stock and that they were going to order it. Months have gone by and they have not bothered to call or nothing. I called and they stated that they will have someone call me back the next day to get squared away on the issue but they never called. And now they will not answer my calls.
If you’re thinking of hiring this company do not you will regret it. Lack of professionalism lack of communication and I don’t think the techs are certified technicians they looked at the parts like they’ve never seen it before!!!!!

I don't know where the five star company is that these other people are reviewing. This company is not worth your money and time. Find someone else. They lied not only to me but to my dad who was getting the service. The first time they installed the system, they left my father without A/C and any gas in the home for more than 24 hours due to a problem they caused. They won't honor any promotions either. Quality? There is no quality in their business or product. So disappointed.

Exceptional!! Had a evaporative AC swapped out with a package roof top refrigerated unit. The experience with Quality Air was excellent. All staff and management are very professional and highly competent in residential HVAC conversions. The cost was also very competitive. All work was done in a timely and efficient manner. The whole process was seamless with minimal interruption to the home. Job site was always kept neat and clean. Debris from the process was promptly collected and disposed of properly. They are top tier in the HVAC conversion business. . . and the new HVAC works great!!

Alfredo & Abel were good guys, worked very efficiently and they were very kind. I made the mistake of not asking them to leave a furnace because I wanted to use it somewhere else and they were kind enough to bring it back which I really appreciate it. The work they did is great and I’m very happy with their service.

Best of all they installed my unit in a couple of hours!! They took the time to explain how the unit works, I appreciate their hard work while working in hot weather. If y’all need refrigerated air, this company is the one to call!!

DISSATISFIED & DISAPPOINTED! Scheduled an appointment with them. They didn’t show nor call to explain. It took over an hour to contact them (via text, since no one was answering the phone). They gave me another time for that afternoon (via text response). Again, no show & no contact. I get that sometimes other jobs may take longer than expected; but, that’s what communication is for! Wasted my time & a day of work for this. Really appreciate that customer service, care, & the communication process. Won’t be requesting their services again…unreliable.
