David is a really good and genuine guy. I called another company first to check out my AC unit because it wasn’t cooling the house.. luckily they didn’t pick up 2 times so I found David and called him right up and he was out at the house in about 2 hours.. he let me know straight up about the diagnosis fee and when he arrived he asked questions and explained to me things about the ac Unit.. he knew right off the bat it was a simple problem that didn’t need work. He educated me on the AC unit and what to do next. He let me know for something so simple he wasn’t going to charge me.. I guarantee any other company would have tried to sell me something or charge me the diagnostic fee.. for that he showed me he did care for the people he helps out..glad to say I found someone I can trust if I ever need assistance.

David is a true life saver extremely professional and was willing to assist over the phone before coming out and running a diagnostic on our HVAC system failure. There repair prices are fair and better than any of the competitors in the El Paso area I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. He did not leave until the job was completed and also provided great feedback and also gave tips on how to keep the system running properly.

Not only that, but his expertise was definitelt noticeable. My furnace was not working and not blowing hot air and he was able to get it fix in less than an hour. Had to replace the part and went in detail with the issues, prices and outcome.

If you are looking for good costumer services you are looking at the right business. My heater broke since last year and many people would come charge me and as soon as they would leave my heater would stop. So this time I decided to look and I read reviews and I came upon Royal Refrigeration where David answered came out to check what was going on. He explained and showed me the problem ordered the part that was broken and came back to fix my heater. He is very professional and caring and the best part is he gives good price for his service. I had a situation where my AC fan stopped turning. I called David with Royal Refrigeration Services and he was able to come same day to diagnose and resolve my issue. Royal Refrigeration Services went above and beyond my expectations. I was expecting just a capacitor replacement and quick inspection of my system but David also cleaned the coils and check the wiring on the evaporator and deep cleaned the outside condenser.
