Well they can't park for anything! I got blocked in by one of the trucks while at dinner. Haven't used them but definitely would t now!

They were very helpful and upfront. Our AC fan went out on a Friday evening, and they went above and beyond to find the part over the weekend so we could be up and cooling as soon as possible. Thank you so much Quality Air Mechanical!

Nothing about quality. Absolutely the worst customer service. Called and called and never a response. Installed an $8k unit and every year there is No freon Obviously there's a leak, have not wanted to fix their shady work. Getting ready to take them to court... Buyers Beware!!!

They give me an excellent service for instalation and maintain for my house AC system, the best company here at El Paso, Tx., they really care about their customers giving the best possible service and without being late at the moment to come to your house. I'll keep using their services and will recommend them to all my friends.

At first this company will seem like they got you on service and maintenance. They will come quick to install and apply for your credit to be approved and once they are gone good luck trying to get a hold of someone to come and set up the heating unit. They are more busy doing installations and not providing maintenance or services needed. Please review each company careful before making your choice when looking to install a new refrigeration system. It’s not only important when installing but also the maintenance it comes after! Stay woke people!

Quality Air Mechanical installed a mini split a/c & heating unit. They installed it exactly the way I wanted it installed! The workers were professional, Polite and on time. They were very good at explaining what they were doing along the way of installing our new a/c! Thank you for the great and easy process of your services Quality Air!

Update a few months later: This month we have had issues with the unit, we have called and as always excuses and run around! It doesn't turn on no matter what we do. It's 90+ degrees in our house and once again no resolution!..it's been almost 2 weeks like this. I understand being behind or shorthanded but they don't know how to schedule and prioritize.

I wish I could leave a better review because the techs who installed were great and worked in a timely manner. However, we been having issues with the unit(we’ve had less than a month) and have called MULTIPLE times and have gotten no resolution! We just get run around and excuses. They also never had an electrician come like they said and we still have wiring from the old unit hanging out of our wall!

They did an excellent job fixing my heater fast and very affordable. Jose explained all that was wrong and how he fixed it.

Be aware!!! The worst and most fraudulent company!! They were quick to get us credit approved and financed but after experiencing issues and finding out they SCAMED us by installing too small of a unit and not even doing it correctly, we realized how FRAUDULENT they are. They WILL NOT pick up the phone. It doesn’t even ring. Please do your research and go elsewhere. We will be proceeding legally. We currently have a unit blowing cold air with this winter storm and these people are nowhere to be found but they’ll see there day coming in court or jail.

My husband called on Saturday morning around 8 am to report that the air conditioner was not working. They told him that someone was going to contact him to let him know when they were going to come to check the air. My husband spoke to him again to find out what news they had for us or to tell us that tomorrow they were going to come. The man who answered said that he had already spoken to me 30 minutes ago, which was not true, and my husband told him that it was not true that he was getting confused and said excuse me, who is it? and my husband gave the data again to the man who answered, he told us that he was going to tell the service to talk to us, which was not the case. We are already going for 2 days and there was no answer, we could not go out waiting for the call and the unbearable heat. I find very little professionalism and the service they provide is very ugly. We want the same way they are props to collect and if one day goes by they charge the late payment fee, that's how we also want it to be in the repair service and more so in this heat. Terrible service in all aspects

Guillermo is the owner of this company. For 4 years this guy has been promising to come and look for the leak and repair - since the Freon leaks out every summer. This guy promises to send the technician or come himself and NOTHING. Worse of all, he promises that he or tech will be here on a certain day at a certain time, and Nothing. When you call him he does not answer, I've literally have had to call him from several cell phones so he can answer since he doesn't know it's me calling. Getting ready to take this guy and company to court. Beware if you are getting a unit from this company. If you need any repairs -- it's worst than having all your teeth pulled. Terrible service, unprofessional, and completely.. just LIARS. Tired of these guys. Worst decision ever was to buy a unit from them!!
