My tech was David. He was very professional, yet had a friendly attitude. He was also patient and took time explaining what the problems were. By the time he was finished, my air conditioner was on and cooling my house and we all know how important that is in El Paso! Needed emergency repair on my 87 YO father's swamp cooler. Jaime showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was professional, courteous, and had in-depth knowledge. My father's system was up and running quickly. I definitely recommend Kings Aire for your A/C needs.

I have been using Kings Aire for a couple years now. All the employees I have spoken to, whether in person or on the phone, have been very professional.

They were able to come on an emergency to diagnose/fix our ac unit when it stopped one summer. We have been using them for maintenance since then.

Mario came by recently to do our seasonal maintenance. He did a great job, was very respectful, and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Great team.

They helped schedule a quick turnaround and really went out of their way to ensure we got the parts in and installed. When the system hiccuped a few days later they didnt hesitate to come out and take notes on what happened and prepare to follow up. The pricing seems reasonable and the staff have been courteous and professional. Its tough to get scheduling in the middle of the summer in the desert, but they make it work.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The team installed a new HVAC system, a tankless water heater and added insulation in the attic flawlessly for me. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly, the work area was kept clean, and the installations were done with precision and care.

Mario and his coworker Angelo with Kings Aire just serviced by unit and they did an excellent job like always. Mario is always very professional, courteous, and personable. He knows his skill and provides valuable information and answers questions to my satisfaction. I’ve been with Kings Aire for a couple of years and I’ve always been extremely happy with their service. Mario also services my moms, sister’s, and nephew’s units and they are always happy and satisfied with him. Kudos to Mario.

So, the work is fine. Their people are friendly. The quality is okay. Rating kings air has been a chore in itself, because on one hand their customer service is nice and professional, all the technicians and contractors have been great, and I would love to give them five stars for people alone.

However, this is air conditioning in El Paso and not a social club. When you pay several grand for central cooling, you want it to last, and more than a few years. The original install didn’t address one of my primary concerns, but it worked much better than the evaporative cooling we had. Then it rained and we started getting leaks. Kings Air came out and fixed it for free, as their installation had caused the pooling areas. Great, no complaints.

Fast forward two-three years and our AC drops out. Tech comes out, tubes vibrated and wore holes in themselves. Major repair bill. Easily preventable with an extra step that he was happy to do. But why wasn’t it done the first time? Why wasn’t this negligence of work covered like the first repair? I’m hoping not to have another major repair so early in the life of my AC, but as it stands I feel very mixed on appreciating their work ethic and friendliness but also feel like the work constantly misses the little things that keeps me from rating them higher.

Great job! The technician arrived right on time, he took good care of inspecting my equipment and now I have the peace of mind that all is well with my AC. They will come back in the fall to inspect the heating system. The price I paid included the two inspections.
