Had a New $8500 5 ton unit installed in July & they have to return for the 4th time to get it working! Did not replace the electrical outlet by the water heater, simply taped it to the wall. We already had 1 house fire due to this, another is not needed.

In this heat having no AC was so hard but RMJ was suggested by a close friend and I found my AC people no surprises on the invoice in the end and everything was fast and I was kept in the loop at all times! If your having AC issues look nowhere else you found a good company!

I had been looking to convert my evaporation air conditioning to refrigerated air. I had so many estimates and thought I'd never be able to convert. Iwas so skeptical to getting another estimate to get another expensive amount. However Ray Garcia proved me wrong. I am so thankful for his patience and willingness to help me. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Called them late at night and they had a technician at my door first thing in the morning. No run around told me exactly what was wrong fix it and did some extra maintenance. Thank you guys will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Scheduled an appointment for free estimate, employee came out .. Was told I’d be receiving the Estimate, it’s been 6 days and I haven’t received anything. Was looking forward to getting my HVAC upgrade with this company, but I had to go with someone else. I was waiting for days but nothing happened . 😔

HVAC unit went out over the holiday weekend due to a power surge. Company was able to send out Jimmy on a Sunday to take a look at the system, and was able to fix it without issue. Jimmy did a great job. A thank you to Julian also, who was on vacation but was still able to respond and help with the AC outage.

If at one time they didn’t answer, didn’t show on time, or do something right it is obvious they are hearing our concerns and working on daily improvements. My experience with RMJ was great. They were on time and when I couldn’t be on time they were very accommodating. They did their job and took their time answering all my questions. My AC unit gave out all of a sudden during the hot summer season. I panicked as it would be too hot for my family if i did not find someone to fix it quickly. I called RMJ heating and cooling and spoke with Jimmy. My call was answered the 1st time calling. Jimmy was explained the situation at hand and said he would be at my house in 30-45 minutes. 30-45 minutes later Jimmy arrived, inspected my AC unit and quickly determined what the issue was. Very honest person (Jimmy) explained to me what was going on and fixed my AC unit within 10-15 minutes. I had previously thought i was gonna have to pay for a hotel for the night as it was too hot 100+ degrees that day. Jimmy was a life saver and my AC was fixed and i was able to spend the nite in my home and it was nice and fresh. Thanks Jimmy for all your honest and professional assistance.

Vent fell off the ceiling on it's own. After looking at it, it was due to them not installing properly. There was only one screw barely holding on and the opposite side had been rigged to stay in place. After calling to get it fixed... I was told I had to pay $89 for them to come out. I explained that it was not properly installed the first time and "Jimmy's" only response was that it was passed the 1 year of warranty. Regardless they were charging me. Did not make any effort to make their wrong, right. Wish I could upload photos for everyone to see the "quality" of work they did on the vent. Prior to this I had some issues with them keeping appointment times where I had requested time off from work to be home and they never showed up.

After interviewing several heating and cooling companies, Jimmy gave us a great price and great service! His team was punctual, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate in recommending RMJ

This company is amazing!!! We live in a completely different city from where the main company is located and with one phone call to the owner he had someone at our house within the hour. Very professional and trustworthy that we even left them working at the house while I ran an errand. Only company I will trust and will use them again if needed.

They installed my AC on a Saturday, we had problems with our AC not cooling down the home. I kid you not they were here every evening trying to figure out the issue. Wednesday was the last day they came they reinstalled a whole new unit and fixed my issue. The staff were very very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting their AC upgraded. They really don't stop working until you are satisfied!

These guys are terrific, affordable, and look out for their customers. RMJ installed a 4 ton refrigerated air unit at my house this summer and helped set up the new Nest Thermostat on my phone. When I had issues with my system switching over to heat, a technical member of the team came over within 45 minutes of my call requesting help and they provided a complimentary fix. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the community.

RMJ Heating and Cooling company were very professional, attentive with reasonable prices. We live out of town and were worried about not being in town for when the installation was taking place. Ray Garcia assured quality work and kept us informed throughout until the installation was complete. They were efficient , neat and punctual. The job was finished in a day with no issues. I highly recommend RMJ Heating and Cooling to my family, friends and would use them Again!

My HVAC system had not been cooling our home for about 2 days and I started calling around to find some help... Rmj was the only company that took the time to actually asked what the issue was and provided me resolution over the phone at no cost! Without a doubt we are now customers for life. Good business with a personal touch! So much can be said for some one that takes the time to care, and like I said, without making any money for himself.... just a good person being great!!!

I found RMJ Heating/Cooling online and read a few reviews that were positive and gave them a call. Jimmy called that same day and by the next day Sergio and his crew were working on the units. Very reasonable cost for the extensive work that was done. Definitely will recommend RMJ Heating/Cooling to friends and family!
