I'm extremely happy with the service provide. The work was done in a timely matter. The service advisor Chris was keeping me updated with the progress. There were issues with our duct work and was charge a reasonable price to fix the corrosion. They added two vents at no extra costs as well. My new AC unit works like a charm. I highly recommend RMJ HEATING AND COOLING.

At first when they are trying to sell you their services they have good customer service but after they got paid their service is not good at all. The space under the HVAC unit was flooded so I called them and when the technician arrived he installed me a pump that they were supposed to install it when they did the installation of the HVAC. Also, the water moldings were damaged but RMJ heating and cooling didn’t take responsibility for the damages and their excuses were that I didn’t want the pump when they did the installation of the new unit also that I didn’t replace the filter even they told me that I had a water leak when they were doing the installation and sent me a picture but that picture was from other client house.

I was dying of heat my AC was not really working. They came in same day I called , advise all it needed was a maintenance on it and freon and now I'm cool 😎

I had called AR heating and cooling system about 4 Months ago because my refrigerator air gave out they came by gave me an estimate we agreed because it was a fair estimate they made an appointment they got my air fixed I just wanted to let them know that it's been working really good ever since I will be calling them whenever I'm ready to upgrade but as for now they left my air almost as new so I'll wait a while so if you guys are looking for someone to fix your Refrigerated air call them you won't regret it.. They are very professional friendly staff and they get the job done

I called the company and an Albert answered he said they would service my AC and they did not show up so I called them and he asked me what service my AC needed I told him just service for it to be ready for summer and he told me to call the previous person that had done service to my AC and I told him he was not in service anymore and then he told me okay I will send someone on Saturday and no one showed up I kept calling and he didn't bother answering my phone call I left a text and nothing this company doesn't deserve not even one star but in order to give a review I had to put one star. This company was recommended to me by my neighbor too bad they are not responsible and obviously don't care about getting new customers.

I was not only totally pleased with the customer service and quick response but the process was easy and fast. It took only a couple of days to have the refrigeration system at home running perfectly! The best quote and guarantee I found locally.

This is the only company I use for any heating/cooling issues. Very professional and timely arrival of representatives. Thorough with explanation of system parts and repairs. A lot of other companies will try to upsell or lie as to what is wrong with an HVAC unit and say it’s the compressor which will cost thousands of dollars upfront. This company and employees have your best interest at heart and do not upsell products and repairs you do not need.

I was extremely lucky when my AC went out on my house and was 90 degrees, I was seen same day I called. Followed through with repairs/parts at reasonable prices.

I truly cannot recommend this company enough, I refer friends and family members all the time. 10/10 you will not regret getting any system installed or any repairs with AR. :)

Albert and his team were very professional. They installed two units in one day which was pretty impressive. We had a few hiccups along the way, but AR took care of them relatively quickly. I am happy with my service and I look forward to having a cool house this summer.
