It's been a great pleasure working with McCULLOUGH Heating and Air Conditioning.
Our A/C went out on Labor Day Weekend and Jensen came over on Sunday. Of a holiday weekend! He was pleasant and even loaned us a compressor fan, which he installed, until they were able to replace the whole thing.
On the day of installation, Michael and Bryc arrived early and worked swiftly until around 2. They were easy to talk to and very friendly. Jensen also came by and helped out. They did an outstanding job and I love my new A/C. Many thanks to Jensen, Michael and Bryc!!!
I hope I never have to call you back, but if I do, I know you'll be right over.

I needed my Ac replaced Asap, Jensen and his crew were able to install for me a new AC in a day, very professional and responsive. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

We experienced AC outage on a very hot weekend. After a reasonable time the technician diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. Yikes! Wait, we were still under warranty. It was an overnight matter but techs arrived and installed the compressor the following day. Thanks McCullough for taking care of us in a friendly and professional manner.

Matthew Downing was our tech. He went up and above to provide excellent service. He serviceour unit and was proctive to makemsuremit worked correctly. We had great followup due to Matthew's active service knowledge.

Jensen was a absolute pleasure to work with, from day one, in regards to my home ventilation issues! Jensen is very knowledgeable and informative, in regards to heating, air conditioning and ventilation issues! As a homeowner, that knows absolutely nothing about these issues, I appreciate his patient and genuine approach, to customer service! When Jensen, and his coworker ( I apologize I did not get the other gentleman's name) showed up on time, to perform the ventilation work, it was very much appreciated! They did a extremely professional, clean and quick ventilation modification to my home! The only reason that I gave them a four-star rating, is I wished the cost was a little cheaper! However everything is more expensive these days, my wife keeps telling me, I need to get used to it! 😎😂👍

Matt at McCullough was great and fast. I had called another company first, but they wanted to switch out the entire unit because of a leak in the condensor coil. Matt was able to quickly and permanently repair the leak. He had it finished in a couple of hours instead of days and at less than half the price.

I was out of town working and when I returned home the house was hot. Not, what I expected when returning home. I reached out to McCullough to schedule and they were able to have a stop and diagnose the system. The tech was courteous, knowledgeable and updated me on the upcoming changes in 2025. Had the unit repaired quickly. Noting that my unit is 20 years old and probably ready to be upgraded. So I am giving this serious consideration because of the excellent service today.

Then after speaking with the sales rep, replaced my 20+ year old unit. Scheduled the day, the
McCullough team/crew removed the old and installed the the new one. The crew worked efficiently, communicating clearly, and cleaned the area once complete. Jensen and his team at McCullough are excellent at their jobs, but more importantly genuinely nice people. They handled a new AC install in expert fashion, walked us through all features, and came out a couple of times to help us fine tune things.

These guys are good. They came in to clean up a disaster that another AC company left in my attic. It’s taken a couple of visits to get it all right but they come back fast and fix it for free to make it right. I won’t hesitate to call these guys for future needs.

Words can not express how grateful I am that Matt showed up. He saved us an extremely expensive repair bill by locating the real problem that was not diagnosed by the company that had originally installed our furnace. I highly recommend McCullough.

I recently switched to McCullough and have already used their services twice for my heat pumps. Both times, their technician Matt arrived promptly, carried himself professionally, and made the whole experience easy. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to talk to. I feel confident trusting McCullough with all of my heating and air conditioning needs, and I truly believe they offer exceptional value!

They sent two techs to my house that discussed all of the options that might indicate what might be wrong with my heating. It was clear they had a ton of experience between them and they engaged me to understand what they were discussing. When they came to install my new unit, they also cleaned my attic, garage, and front patio ! The owner, Chris Neal, even stopped by the next day to see how my experience was. Top class act all-around, I highly recommend.

Once the quote is approved they install it as soon as possible. It took them about half a day to replace and install everything. Very professional workers and team as well. Kudos to you guys. Had an issue with our AC and gave Neal HVAC a call... Noe and G came out the next day and diagnosed the issue, and I was sent a quote for the repairs later that day. After approving the quote, Noe, G and Arturo all came out the following day and worked hard for about an hour and a half fixing everything and then testing the system to make sure all was good... They were very courteous and professional and cleaned everything up after they were done. They even mentioned that they do offer annual or semi annual checkups, but didn't try any hard sell, they were just advising me and giving suggestions in case I was interested. Highly recommend theses guys, our AC is working great now!

This company came highly recommended by our neighbor & he was right. Our 18 year old downstairs unit was completely shot. Arturo explained our options & gave us the best pricing. They were even able to install in a timely manner. Arturo, G & Noe ? worked diligently to install our NEW unit. Once completed they thoroughly explained everything including the thermostat. We couldn't have asked for a more professional company & they should be extremely proud of their employees who have the BEST customer service. Neal HVAC is truly outstanding. From the moment Chris came to my house to provide a quote, he was honest, straightforward, & never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. His quote was very competitive, and to my surprise, he was able to schedule the work for the very next day.

The install team—Noe, G, & Ross—arrived on time and were top notch professionals. Noe & G, in particular, were incredibly courteous and friendly, taking the time to explain everything they were doing. As unexpected issues with my HVAC system arose, Noe & Chris stayed in communication to ensure everything was handled properly.

Quality service and great pricing. Chris was able to provide better answers to my questions than the other HVac vendor I had been in communication with. He was always responsive, arrived when he said he would, and his installation crew were professional and did a great job.

Noe, Juan and Gersham showed up exactly on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue with my AC in about 15 minutes. Within that time they performed a full system check and even gave me some good maintenance tips. The price was more than reasonable too. Customer for life 👍
