I needed to get quotes on having my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned so I called Quality Cooling & Heating. They had Nate come out to give me a quote the very next day! Nate was professional, thorough and very respectful of my property. Nate gave us four different quotes and explained everything well. He even returned my husband’s call to answer his questions personally and on the same day! Since we have not yet decided which quote to take, this review is only in reference to setting the appointment and my interaction with Nate. When we decide what work we will have done, I’ll review the quality of the job.

Top notch company! Balde our technician was excellent. He saved our outdoor unit after it stopped working one evening. No other company could make it out same day but Quality Cooling and Heating had someone to our house within the hour. We signed up for the maintenance program to keep our system running smooth. We also upgraded our air quality system to Balde’s recommendation. Our experience was a 10/10. We’ll be recommending our family and friends for their HVAC needs.

Such a great experience with this company. I found them randomly online but in the last week I've met 5 of their technicians and installation people and every one of them was fantastic. So polite and patient with my questions. Balde and Sammy were both so knowledgeable! Balde even brought out an additional flashlight to let my son "help." I will be using them moving forward.

I cannot express how impressed I am with the service I received from my technician Tyler, and how grateful I am for the time and effort he spent in diagnosing the issue with my furnace. 3 other technicians from a different company had come to my house, their visits were brief, and their assessment was incorrect each time. Tyler spent a few hours at my home, thoroughly assessing the problem. Several times, he took time to talk to me and explain what he had found. It was a difficult issue to uncover, but he was able to figure it out and fix the problem. Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he was also very polite and personable. I highly recommend Quality Heating and Cooling for any of your repair needs. They repaired our heater this past winter on the coldest day of the year. Then today, two days before Easter and a house full of family coming over, our kitchen sink decided to stop up…. ugh!! So, I called quality heating and cooling again and they arrived in record time. Eric, our technician was able to diagnose our issue, which was not an easy thing to do, we had multiple problems. However, he was able to get everything back in proper working condition that same day. Eric was highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Tyler and Daniel have been our techs and did an awesome job. They found the reason our AC wasn’t cooling and had it fixed within half an hour. Thank you for the great service! We would for sure use Quality Cooling & Heating again.

Tony and his crew did a fabulous job and we were very impressed with how polite they were to us but also to each other. They were here for a full day, worked together very efficiently to clean our air ducts, change out our plenum boxes , clean our vent covers and even cleaned up well at the end of the day. Overall this was a great experience!

Both Daniel Weimar and Sammy Dumonte were professional and courteous they installed a complete AC unit and ductwork in 1.5 days. Excellent work unit works great.

Raul came over to inspect the AC and quoted the price for a new AC system due to the law changes for R410 to R32. It’s going to cost a small fortune but we will be future proofed with a 10 year warranty for parts and labor. Raul did a great job and found the leak on the outside coils and also saw that the upper attic unit was leaking water and not draining properly. Would recommend Quality Cooling and Heating. They are super busy for a reason.

Tony and Riley are awesome. They got the upper unit install and outside unit install up to code and we have nice cold AC and warm heating. They both did a clean/safe job and would recommend them and Quality, Cooling & Heating again. It took all day for the install, but was well worth it. New R32 refrigerant, so we have peace of mind for the future.

Raul was amazing. Got to our shop greeted himself professionally and ask thorough questions. Raul was able to get are A/C unit up and running quickly and proficiently. After fixing our system he then walked me through the process and explained in detail what he had to do. If I could give more stats I would. Great job Raul.

A few months ago are AC spread water everywhere and stopped working. I forgot his name but the technician helped fix the problem permanently and well, gave us important information so we understood what happened and helped to prevent any future problems.

Tyler did an excellent job in servicing our AC UNIT. He took the time to go over everything he did and all the measurements on the units and what each meant.

Dan showed up to fix my A/C they quoted me 45 minutes and he was there in 30. Fixed my unit in about 15 minutes. He was friendly and professional explaining the details and answered all my questions. I can’t think of a single thing that he could have done better.

Quality did a great job explaining the current condition of my HVAC system and thorough review of what Quality would recommend to replace.
