Chris and his team did a great job on my house with two systems that were complicated. We have had some minor issues come up and Chris has had his team over quickly to resolve the issues. We have referred them to many people and they have installed 5 new systems that we know about and all have given us positive feedback and their appreciation for referring Neal heating and AC. Chris and his team will take care of you. Highly recommended.

I attempted to install my own Google Nest but couldn't quite figure it out. I had called 3 HVAC companies—1 sent out a technician only to tell me "yep, your thermostat is done" without attempting to fix it, the next company refused to give me a quote for the installation until a tech was out here, then I called Neal HVAC and it was like chatting with my grandfather.

He told me cost upfront, would provide the Nest, gave me a little overview of how the device worked, and scheduling the service was super easy—just a quick text to their main number. Arturo came out to install the device and made sure everything was running smooth, reminded me I needed a new furnace filter, and helped me get the app up and running before leaving. Wonderful service—can't recommend them enough! My go-to local HVAC service from now on!

We had our AC unit go out a couple days before a big freeze was going to hit so we needed to get it addressed quickly. After having a local company come out and look at our system we were quoted a price of anywhere from 10-20k to get the job done. To his credit the tech spent a lot of time with us but the price was just unrealistic.

After that visit we called multiple other HVAC businesses to try and get a rough estimate on pricing to replace the whole system. I provided them with all of the details we got from the first tech and explained that I knew it would require everything to be replaced. No company would even give me an estimate over the phone until I called Neal Heating & Air Conditioning. The owner asked a couple questions and within 5 minutes he had quoted a price that was over 20% cheaper than the other quote we got and scheduled installation for the next day.

His guys were professional and spent all day getting the job done without any complaints and were willing to answer questions and were generally just pleasant to be around.

We had some arrangements to make for our payment because of the unexpected failure of our previous unit and they were able to accommodate us while we got it figured out.

Highly recommend working with them if you need work done on your HVAC system. They were lifesavers and they made it seamless and enjoyable along the way.

Arturo from Neal's Heating & AC is who I have worked with from the estimate, through the install and the final balance. And these guys a such a pleasure to work for, their work is clean, clean, clean!

I had my AC unit that was 10 years old and the furnace19 years old replaced. I also had them place in the new REME HALO light into the system to help with allergies. And they truly work with my wife waking up with even less drainage then ever.

As an architect, I really appreciated their attention to details and again how clean they make the system. Picture below. We also switched out to a single mega filter in the unit, which takes away from buying 4 different sized filters.

And if you get as many estimates as I did you will see how the market works. My 5 ton unit with the HALO light was $9,900 TTL. Others could not come within $4K of this price. I was also said to hear when my neighbors told me they paid $17K and another one paid $20K for their units.

Grant, they must be paying for some kind of extended warranty? But out of my 19 years, we've been lucky with our systems and have never needed the warranties - so I don't buy them.

I asked one company if they would match Neal's pricing as they estimated the exact same unit, but were $3.5K more. They said they could not and if I could get that price then I should. I respect that honest, as it doesn't happen all the time.

Last, how does Neal's Heating & AC beat others pricing? Well it's simple, they only install Carrier and have been a mass installer for them for the past 30 years. So of course they get a discount from Carrier and pass that onto their customers.

We've been using this company for a long time and have been consistently satisfied with their service. We have four properties in total that have needed various HVAC work over the years from minor things like replacing filters to full AC unit replacements and have never had a single complaint. All of their employees are incredibly professional and respectful. "G" is the technician we have the most interaction with and he is a personable, hard worker who always goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done and that we are comfortable and satisfied with the service provided. Chris, the owner, always does what he can to meet and exceed our expectations and we fully expect to keep using his services for the foreseeable future.

Chris and Gershom were excellent. They were on time, extremely attentive and provided a quick solution to my AC troubles. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Great job all around.

Neals recently installed a new system in our home, they were on time for both the assessment and install. I felt the team was honest and professional. The work site was cleaned up after the job was complete and the cost was exactly what was on the estimate. I will definitely be using them for all of our future AC needs.

I would recommend Neal HVAC every time. they came in and fixed my furnace that the previous company messed up. They are excellent and they are very reasonable with pricing.

Neal HVAC came through and installed our air conditioner in 1 day. There was a crew of 3 guys: G, Noe and Juan and they were fantastic. Explained everything they were doing, took their time ensuring the installation was done correctly and showed us how to use the new thermostat. Went as well as it could have. Gave a very fair price, replaced my entire system in a day. Every one of the workers was polite, respectful, and helpful.

Neal's Heating & AC in office management was very knowledgeable about the AC/Heat systems that he was describing and was able to give me a quote over the phone. They were quick to respond and were able to start work within two working days. Their had very good pricing compared to the other competitors. The installation team was very professional and worked with a positive attitude. They worked diligently to get our new system installed!!!

Getting a new A/C is rarely something you want to have to do, and it never goes out when its good weather! But Chris and team did a great job getting us back up and cool. They didn't charge for the initial troubleshooting and estimate, were not pushy at all (big one for me)
Also while A/Cs are NOT cheep they were very competitive and responsive everyone on the team was great, and it was great to see young guys working working hard in a trade!

I want to start off by saying if your looking for an all around hvac company for any kind of work, this is the place to go. Our system kicked the bucket in the middle of July, and Chris had me setup the next day for an on site appointment; and just a few days later we had a complete new system installed for less than what I was expecting. Arturo and his crew were super cool and down to earth and knocked out a clean install in a short period of time. What takes Neil's to the next level is that a month after my install I was having a problem with my system; and when I texted them on a Saturday morning I had an appointment made in less than an hour. Arturo showed up 2 hours after my initial message, and replaced my thermostat under warranty; on a Saturday morning! These guys are legit and I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Neal Heating & AC came out and replaced a contractor that was giving us some trouble. The guys were great. They were on time. and did a wonderful job explaining everything that they were doing and why. Will definitely be who I call for any future problems or when I need a new unit.

We recently worked with Neal HVAC, and we couldn't be more impressed. I called Chris at 6:18pm on Tuesday and he answered on the third ring. He took his time walking me through AC pricing and assuring me they would take care of replacing our broken down unit with a new Carrier top of the line unit. Many of my neighbors used Neal’s and they were extremely happy with the service. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and customer service were top-notch. The technicians were punctual, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Wednesday early afternoon they came out to the house to look over what was needed and by Thursday we had our new unit installed.

First thing I would like to say is this has been a long process trying to replace 2 AC units. I received 4 estimates before Chris With Neil's Heating & AC who was highly recommended by several of my neighbors came out and I received 7 in total Neil's had the best estimate and I didn't have to settle for the lowwer end equipment. Chris the owner of the company was very profesional and was able to sell his services without having to add alot of fluff. I was very happy with the workmanship of his install team Arturo, Noe and G they where efficient and showed alot of pride in their work they also explained all the functions of the equipment and how to properly maintain it. Having to replace Your AC can be a along and stressful process but you and your pockets will appreciate choosing Neil's Heating and AC.
