Raul was amazing! He took his time diagnosing our issue and didn’t try to rush even when he showed up here at 4ishpm and did not leave until he had an answer for us and that was around 7ish pm. Again great guy and courteous of our house no shoes in the house rule, he put on booties when he entered

Communication was good and the technician arrived on time. That said, charging $1,200 for an hour of labor to replace a $100 condenser motor is price gouging and predatory. They won't tell you the price beforehand until you've paid them to come out.

Sammy and his team did a fantastic job with the complete AC installation. They came and installed the window units day before install. Excellent communication, quality of work, professionalism and courteousness. Installed a new attic ladder, pointed out things I need to get done in the future backed by photos of everything. Extremely pleased with the overall service provided!

I don’t often leave reviews, however I will for my experience with Quality Cooling and Heating. Firstly the tech they had come out Eric was amazing. He noticed I was active duty military and added a discount without me ever even asking. To those that say the price may be a little high for services / repairs rendered, I would implore you to wait until you see the detailed pictures of the process these folks have to complete in order get things up and running again. Me and my wife travel quite a bit for work and it is surprising how quickly things can break down in a home if you don’t regular check up on things. Our case was the hot water heater coils/thermostat and kitchen faucet pressure. Eric confirmed my suspicions however YouTube only gets you so far doing it on your own, he was very professional and the peace of mind of having it done right is invaluable. Would highly recommend this company for your home repair needs, I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. I am ecstatic my Wife and I can take a hot shower finally.

We recently moved to Georgetown and needed a reliable HVAC company. After hearing great things through word of mouth and local Facebook groups, we checked out Quality Cooling & Heating. Their stellar Google reviews sealed the deal.
Yesterday afternoon, one of our AC units went out. I used their online scheduling tool early this morning, and within 20 minutes, I received a confirmation call. Amazingly, the technician was at our house within the hour.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the unit running again in just 15 minutes. I also shared some concerns about our 20-year-old ductwork. He took a look, explained the situation clearly, and proposed a replacement plan that made sense to us. The earliest I was available was next Monday, and shortly after he left, I received both an email and a text confirming the appointment.
I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing the quality of their work next week. If it’s anything like today’s experience, I know I’ll be happy.

The technician arrived promptly, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. I truly appreciated the fast and courteous service. He then gave me options to solve the issue in my system. I made my choice and am looking forward to having the work done in less than a week. Sammie D came today for a system check. I felt that the dampers needed an adjustment, not enough air flow into 1 bedroom. He made some necessary adjustments and the airflow throughout the house is much improved. House is cooling down well.

It's Texas...our AC went out...the Quality team came highly recommended and they fully exceeded expectations. We got quotes from several local companies- Quality spent time, educated us, patiently and diligently answered ALL our questions, and quoted the exact same units at the best price. Install- it was done *right*. It wasn't fast per say, but it was right and the team kept us posted throughout. It's a small family business focused on integrity and service and it shows. We received white glove service from the owner to the installers. Kind, courteous, instant family. The job is well done and solid, which means everything to us.

Everything went great! Easy to get appointment and they kept me informed of when the service man, Tyler would arrive. Received a text with his information and picture before he arrived. He was very professional and made sure he kept things clean. Explained options and warranties to us. He worked to find us a fan motor and had it delivered to him so he could install it right away. My technician (Eric) was the best! He explained everything he did, answered my questions with ease, and was very personable. He fixed things that were not up to code by the previous plumbers and left the space he worked in as if he was never there. Quality is in the name for a reason!

My HVAC repairman was courteous, professional, and thorough, plus he arrived quickly. He showed me what the problem was, explained what my choices were, and then fixed it. He checked both my inside and outside units. I couldn't be happier, and I know the price was reasonable.

Tony from Quality Cooling and Air did a wonderful job explaining our AC unit.
He suggested replacing a part, so the ants won't keep damaging it in the outside ac component.
He took the time to show me the part and replaced it while he was here.

Dan fixed AC condensate line problem that had constantly clogged for 15 years. No other companies had a solution for the problem and Dan simply rerouted the line upon initial observation.
Balde was professional and gave a thorough duct evaluation and provided detailed pictures and recommendations for plenum replacements.
Sammy and Tyler came out next day and completed the demo/install. Sammy answered questions and kept us updated on the progress. Both did professional and detailed work.
Glad we are now using Quality.

We have had Quality’s maintenance plan for a couple years now. Service has always been top notch, and today was no exception. Daniel and Tony were fantastic. Great guys! Make sure to keep them around.
