I recently had Arctic Air come out to service my air conditioning unit at my home in Round Rock, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, their communication was excellent. They kept me up-to-date through their app, providing real-time updates on the technician's arrival time and the progress of the service.

In addition to the app notifications, they made a follow-up call to ensure everything was working properly and to answer any questions I might have had. Their technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, addressing all my concerns and leaving my AC unit running smoothly.

Overall, Arctic Air provided top-notch service, and I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

My thermostat desired to “retire” during this early summer heat. Arctic Air responded in a timely fashion and Dustin was such a pleasure to work with. Replaced the thermostat and everything is cool!

We have used Arctic Air for all our AC and Heating problems for years and years. They always answer or return calls promptly. They show up on time and do an outstanding job. There is no company I would recommend higher. 5 stars!!

We were having difficulties with both air conditioners and a contractor came out 3 times and was not able to fix it. We contacted Arctic Air and their technicians fixed both units and we have not had any issues since. Great job. Very reliable.

Great service! My elderly mother contacted me at 5:00 one day stating her AC stopped working. I was able to call and get a next day appointment. Yeah! Scott came out and worked long and hard in the hot attic and got it working the next day. He went above and beyond to make sure it was working that day. It was late in the day, but he went to the warehouse and returned w the correct motor to install that hot evening so she would have air that night. Stellar service!!! Both him and Katheryn are extremely pleasant and kind people. So happy her neighbor recommended Arctic Air!

Dustin arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable and confident in his ability. He readily understood the problem and fixed it in short order. My wife and I signed up for a maintenance plan on the spot. Arctic Air is a small local company that seems to care about their customers.

I called them for a second opinion, asked how much their Service Fee would be, was told there wasn’t one. Explained why I needed a second opinion. However, I should have asked how much their Labor Fees were should they find the same part or parts needed to be replaced. Because their labor fee to replace a capacitor was $336. My parts are under warranty, but I feel their labor fees are extremely high. It would have been nice to have known that BEFORE they came out.
Dustin, the tech was very nice. He showed me the part, explained why it needed to be replaced. I asked about the 2nd part the other company wanted to replace? He said it was just fine and acting like it should when all power is disconnected.
I obviously agreed to the replacement of the capacitor but I did state, the labor fees were extremely high.

They have a maintenance program as well $265 annually. which you can make in a payment plan. but again if something needs to be fixed / replaced the labor is only 10% off….. that’s not a big savings.

Carrier Authorized Dealer, have great reviews, do have nice people (that I have interacted with) but does that justify the inflated costs?

Today I am thankful for Dustin and his knowledge and his explanations.

I rarely leave a review but I am completely disappointed and frustrated with Arctic.

They sent a tech 9 days ago, something they repaired in the past and continues to leak.

Several calls and text messages later I have zero response on happened on his visit and they have wasted my time when I could have someone responsible come in and fix the same over a week ago.

Not even a courtesy response. Wow.

I am so grateful to Arctic Air Company for helping with my HVAC unit. They came out quickly and scheduling with them was a breeze. They fixed my unit fan at a same day appointment and worked with me to come to a fair price being a single mom. I really can’t thank them or recommend enough! Scott came out right on time, explained the issue thoroughly, and professionally fixed the shoddy work that my builder’s A/C contractor originally did.

My A/C went out and I called several repair companies, none of them were available until the next day except Arctic Air. I called and Katherine was so understanding, friendly, and easy to talk to! The technician, Scott, was at my house in less than an hour and had the A/C working quickly. Thank you guys so much!

Great experience, you can't top this. Called at 7:50am on Monday, Scott was onsite before 10:30am. Diagnosed my failed TXV valve and out the door in less than an hour (including double checking my second AC system). Back today for the replacement/labor - all at a fair price with incredible communication along the way (the text interactions during and sometimes outside business hours were so impressive).

Scott did an excellent job servicing my A/C system. He was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job explaining everything.

Highly recommend Arctic Air!

Roumany Gerges came to replace a broken exhaust fan switch in our bathroom. He was fabulous! He was on time, friendly, professional, he did the job quickly. Arctic Air never lets us down. Have used them for HVAC system maintenance but this was the first time we used them for electrical. Definitely will use them again.

Peace of mind knowing you can count of them when you kneed them to show up to bail you out in the middle of a sweltering hot Texas summer. Meets all my needs!

Since Scott Mangum has taken over Georgetown Heating & Air Conditioning, the company has provided superior service and has attended to our concerns. Scott has come out to the house to speak face to face to address some concerns that we have had since the installation of a new system. He has promised to rectify the concern we have had with the new system, being a large investment, in which the manufacturer’s representative has basically dismissed our concerns. This is true customer service, that is becoming a dinosaur in today’s business.

Doesn't it always happen? It gets hot your a/c unit stops working. I called Georgetown A/C in the afternoon and I was surprised when they told me they would be out the next day. What a great group of guys that worked on my a/c system. Unfortunately they had to order a coil but it came in the next evening and they were out the next day to fix my a/c unit. I highly recommend this company.
