Unitech fixed the ice maker on my Thermador fridge and did a great job. Vance came out, ordered the part from the manufactuer, and once it came in he replaced it really fast. Everything was very promop and smooth. I’d definitely use them again.

Called in the morning and they were able to get a technician to come out 2 hours later to determine what was wrong with my washing machine. The technician was able to get the parts and fix my washing machine all in the same day. Very satisfied!

Super happy with the service in my Midea refrigerator. He did such a great job - very polite , quick , and knew exactly what to do . Definitely recommend!

I give Unitech 5 stars for their service! My GE refrigerator stopped cooling on a Saturday morning, and I thought I’d lose all my food over the weekend. To my surprise, Unitech was able to schedule me the same day. Vance arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed that the fan motor had gone bad, and had the replacement part stocked in his van. He had my refrigerator cooling again before lunch. Vance explained everything with patience and made sure I understood the repair before leaving. Same-day service at an affordable price is hard to find, but Unitech delivered.

Alex the tech did a fantastic job repairing my dishwasher. It wasn’t cleaning or running correctly, and he figured out the problem right away. He worked efficiently, explained what was going on, and had everything back to normal in no time.

Alex the tech did an amazing job repairing my Thermador cooktop with the pop-up downdraft. He was professional, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue quickly. After the repair, the burners and downdraft work perfectly again, just like new.
