Elvin did a fantastic job repairing our oven, he was quick but thorough! Very happy with his work.

My washer was not working so I called RapidHandy Appliance Repair and the came out and fixed it for me. They both were very pleasant and explained to me what was the problem. I would recommend their service to all.

They arrived on time, were very helpful moving the oven into the kitchen, quickly checked that the electricity was correct and completed the installation in short time. I would call them again if I need them.

They sent someone only 1 hour after I called. Fridge was flooding the kitchen and damaging wood floors. He came and fixed the problem right away. Very fast and honest about what the best solution was.

This is the worst company to get any service from. The technician who came to my house was very unprofessional and has NO knowledge to what he was doing. He was suppose to he why dryer was making a curtain noise. He took it apart and was looking at it for almost a hour and a half. I kept checking on him to see if he knew what was wrong and he rudley replied "Idon't know". After he showed what might be the problem he was suppose to give me a quote for the "issue". I asked him if could let me know if the hose to my washer wS leaking before he left. When I asked him how much do I owe you he said 130$. I asked him for what. He said for the washer and the dryer. He didn't do anything to my washer and told me he took it apart when I know he didn't. He didn't not even give me a quote or tell if my hose was leaking. I was so fed up I just gave him the check and told him to leave. A waste of 130$ and 3 hours of my time for NOTHING not even a quote!! DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE!

This company was fast and efficient. Had a service tech out within 2 hours of my initial call to diagnose my dryer. They fixed it within an hour. Would use again.

This is the most unprofessional company I have worked with. They canceled two appointments, ordered incorrect parts, etc. the washing machine was never fixed in a month long saga. After a month long saga had another appliance company come out and fix right away.

I had a very good experience with the company. I called them to repair a dishwasher. They determine the cause and fixed it the same day. The technician was courteous and very respectful. I recommend this company based off this experience. I hope others experience will be the same.

Repairman did not speak fluent English so I could not understand him. Dispatcher said he would be at my house a certain time. When I called to see what was going on, they said they would call me back. 2 hours later no call back and I had to call them. Would not recommend unless you have an entire day to waste.

Jay was a huge help in coming to my house quickly - same day service. Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing - very experienced. I highly recommend his services!

AVOID. I had clearly mentioned on the phone that I needed someone to replace a knob on my Jenn- air cooktop. The technician they sent had no idea of Jenn-air as brand. He arrived in a unmarked personal car/ a Toyota Camry. No identification to say he was from that company.Kept on looking at my stovetop without moving a finger, or removing the knob cover asked me if I can provide him with owner’s manual which I did.Had no clue of Jenn-air as a brand- I had to tell him that it is whirlpool’s higher end. Kept on researching on it on his phone without even opening the cover. Said it would cost me $350 to get it done paid in cash, extra for credit card. Did not know when he will be able to the repair it because was not sure where or when he can get the part in one or two weeks. Was really rude insisted that in need pay him $70 because “he” had diagnosed the problem that the knob needed to be replaced. Conveniently forgot that I had called for him to replace the knob. He was really threatening , I need him out of my home so I gave him a Check for the amount. Please avoid, he was scary.

My microwave went out and because it was part of a microwave/oven combo it would have cost a lot to replace the whole set. Elnur came out and found the problem but since it was an older unit the part was difficult to find but he persevered and found one. He explained it would take possibly two weeks to get it which I was okay with. In 2 weeks he returned and installed the part and my microwave now works!!! He saved me a lot of money. He was also very professional, courteous and friendly Thank you, Elnure.

Called them because my washing machine started dumping soap and water on the floor as I was doing a load. The person on the phone who helped me schedule a technician was very helpful and kind. He was able to set me up with a tech within day. Later on in the day the technicians called to introduce themselves as Arif, unfortunately I did not get the name of the other tech who tagged along with Arif. They informed me they would be there within the next 30 minutes and sure enough 30 minutes later they have arrived. they did a great job, they were quick efficient. Within 15 minutes they were able to figure out that there was nothing wrong with the machine. It was just user error and gave me some helpful tips on what to do to prevent this situation from happening again. Arif even told me that if something were to happen again to the machine during the week just give them a call and they will come and check it out for free, which I really appreciated.

Overall highly recommend, give them a call if you are having appliance troubles

I purchased a downdraft slide in range from KitchenAid and it included delivery and installation by JB Hunt. They showed up and refused to install my new range because they "don't work on those types of appliances" and through a good friend of mine I ended up speaking with Robbie at RapidHandy. He sent Elnur to my house within a couple of hours and he stayed for almost three hours working on what turned out to be a very challenging installation. Elnur was friendly, professional and very patient. I was very pleased with how quick they were able to help me and the service they provided. Definitely recommend!

Elvin was efficient! He made sure to check ever way to fix my washing machine. He troubleshooted all options. Unfortunately we were unable to fix it. This is the third time we had the washer fixed, at this point we need to purchase a new one due to the cost.

Jay was so helpful. My dryer wasn’t blowing hot air. He came and gave us an estimate and told he will come back once he finds the part. Long story short…..Our dryer is fixed and working perfectly. Thank you so much Jay.!!!😁👍🏻

I am so happy I called RapidHandy Appliance Repair and will be sure to use them in the future. After others were unable to diagnose my dishwashers problems, they were able to get it working right away. Tech was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Repaired microwave by putting a new touch screen but it still was glitching. Took forever for them to return your call or come back for repairs. Said they fixed my dryer but still makes a lot of noice. Said parts would come in a couple of days took a couple of weeks. We called for eta on repairs and we wouldn’t get a response. Not raid repair.

Exceptional Service. Andre is professional, courteous and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. He talked me through the problem and answered my questions patiently. My dryer was fixed quickly and cost to fix my dryer was reasonable.

When our washer went out we called Rapid Handy and we were very satisfied! Elvin provided quick and excellent service. He was friendly and helpful and gave us tips to help us keep our washer running well.
