RapidHandy was super helpful on a holiday weekend. They immediately responded and got here on time. The technician was very polite and professional. He laid out all the options in front of us so we could make an informed decision. Only one note though, I'd have preferred the technician take better precautions during the pandemic (the mask was off half the time and wasn't wearing gloves or used hand sanitizer). Great experience in the whole !!

I have never had better services from a company!!! My dryer went out and Mr. Elvin came out almost immediately. He quickly diagnosed the dryer, repaired it and even worked on some minor issues with my fridge, and dishwasher. When there was an issue discovered that may affect the way my dryer worked he took time away from his family, called me and came back on a Saturday!! I can’t thank Mr. Elvin enough. I will be using them for all my repair needs from here on out!!

Rapid Handy provided me with an awesome service. They took my service request and dispatched their Technician "Parvin" on the same day. In fact within hours. The service is great and they were upfront with me with cost. Parvin has done an excellent work in repairing my washer and addressing my questions along with his office. I highly recommend Rapid Handy for any appliance repairs.

I called to have my refrigerator repaired. The dispatcher worked with my schedule and was very courteous .The next day the tech Jay, arrived on time and was also very courteous and very professional. He made the repair without delay and completed a full diagnostic of my refrigerator. I was very happy with the service and price that I received and will use them for future repairs.

Eric arrived that morning to take a look at the washer to see what was causing the issue. He explained everything to me that was needed.
The most awesome thing for this being on a Saturday, the parts that the washer needed, they had it at their warehouse, how cool was that!!!
Eric was able to get the washer up and running that day.
The only thing that I didn't like is that the parts only carry a month warranty, I was very surprised with that one.
Overall I am thankful to have the washer fixed and I would use them again.
Eric's customer service and knowledge was great!!!

Dryer making terrible noise. Alex come same day. He have all parts in his truck so no need wait for order. Fix everything same visit. Very convenient! Now dryer quiet and work perfect. Good price. Thank you Unitech!The best service and service guys i have ever met. Thanks for this service.

Jay was our technician for the service call. He was on time, professional and quickly diagnosed the issue.
It was a difficult part to get to but he made it look simple. Solid repair at a very fair price, and did I mention they were able to work us in to their schedule same day!

Ravi and Alvin were great. Ravi explained the process to me over the phone and I was very happy they were able to get us a service appointment for same day. Alvin let me know when he was on his way. He was very professional and explained the process and the diagnosis along with the cost beforehand once he assessed the appliance. It was a little more than I expected on the cost but it was well worth it for the service and the resolving of our issue with our dryer same day. We had an excellent experience with Vance from Unitech Appliance Repair. Our Whirlpool washing machine stopped draining, and I was worried it would take days to fix. Unitech fit us in the same afternoon. Vance was polite, very professional, and even gave us tips on how to avoid clogs in the future. Vance was great to work with. From the moment I called Unitech, the office was professional and got me a same-day appointment. Russell was Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and was able diagnose the problem with our GE Profile Refrigerator immediately, explained the part needed to fix. He gave us a realistic timeframe for part & repair too!
