They are AMAZING! I was having soo much trouble with my washer for months and they came out and fixed it so fast and neatly. I haven’t had any problems with it and they saved me sooo much money that I would’ve spent going with someone else or even replacing it!!! I’m so happy with the service provided to me !

Thank you for finally giving my mother an answer to her washing machine problems. I called Premier to fix my thermador stove and he came within 15 minutes of my call. When he diagnosed it he was honest enough to tell me that he could not fix it but that he knew someone that did and that he would forward their information later on. He warned me that fixing thermador is very expensive and very hard to do .
On his way out he suggested I use a lighter and showed me how to do it and it worked just fine.
So Yeah I think using a lighter beats spending upward of 1000 dollars to fix my stove

Premier Appliance got the job done. Scheduling was very fast, direct and eazy. The professional technician was very knowledgeable of the work and got diagnostics fast and repaired in same day. To me this really matters for I'm very busy and dont have that time to be scheduling multiple appointments. Very good communication and very honest. I will use their service everytime its needed.

I checked with 5 repair services and Premier Appliance had the lowest service fees and was the only one that had availability the same day. Jodi looked at the fridge, showed me what was wrong, gave me a quote and left. He was fast and professional. Great service!

I woke up and went to make breakfast when I learned that my refrigerator had gone out in the middle of the night. I called Premier at 7:30 a.m. expecting a next-day or same week appointment. I assumed there was no way I was going to salvage the $200 + in groceries sitting in my fridge and that I was going to have to burn a vacation day to get this fixed. But, Jody with Premier Appliance Repair arrived at my house, identified the issue, fixed the part and had my fridge up and running strong by 9:30 a.m., in just two hours from the time I made the call. I have nothing but good things to say about PAR and couldn't be happier about calling them. Finally, and probably most importantly, my repair guy Jody was trustworthy and upfront with me during the whole process.

I recommend this company for your home repairs, It is a small business but you get personal care not like PULS. Jody and his wife were at my house after PULS set an appointment with me three times the same day and I had enough when the receptionist told me the tech couldn't find my house. I have used these folks 4 times, in the past 4 years. They are always wonderful to deal with, great service and a fair price! They have fixed our Dryer, and two different refrigerators. We had a Samsung Fridge (for those of you who own one, you know the ice maker always goes out) They fixed it twice... we finally got rid of it, but I still call PAR to do work for me on other appliances.

Premier Appliance serviceman Jody was very professional and prompt, arrived on time and provided excellent service.
