Great service and highly recommend. I got quote for almost $800 from uptown appliance repair for my dryer. Jody from PAR came and fixed the dryer in 5 minutes. It was just the breaker! I will definitely use PAR for any future appliance repairs.

Jody is a great guy, very knowledgeable! He was very responsive and walked my wife through all the problems and also how to prevent further problems. Very reasonable priced. I would recommend him! Thanks Jody!

With the holidays just around the corner I was panicked because my oven suddenly stopped working. I called Premier Appliance Repair to set up an appointment and spoke with the owner (Jody). Because it was already later in the day, they were booked solid so we made the appointment for the next morning. However, about 30 minutes after our conversation Jody called me back to let me know that he was concerned about us being without an oven, and that he was going to do everything he could to try and fit us in the same day I called. I told him the following day would actually work out better for my schedule anyway, but I certainly appreciated the fact that he was going to go the extra mile to get my problem seen about as soon as possible. The next day he came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and had my oven fixed within minutes! His workmanship was equally matched by his professional and friendly attitude. Premier Appliance Repair is obviously a top-notched company, and I will now call on them for all of my appliance repair needs!

I had a sudden refrigerator failure and was in trouble as I had family coming to visit and several small children to care for. Jody came out the same day, diagnosed the issue and personally went to get the part I needed to fix the fridge. He fixed the fridge the same day, and was very professional and honest. I saved this company’s number and I will call them first anytime there is an issue.

Refrigerator and freezer were repaired for 1/3 the cost that Sears quoted. Sears said the compressor needed replacing (Not
True). Jodi diagnosed it quickly and had parts on hand to repair in addition to fixing another part. Honest and reliable service. Responsive to calls and questions. Technician took my call and questions on a Friday night. Had an appointment in less than 24 hours.

During the diagnostic, I had to request both the washer and oven be opened and looked at. Only the oven was opened. Called 3 companies for quotes to send to my landlord. Similar concerns with both appliances were noted by other technicians, but not noted in this diagnostic—one of which was a serious issue with the oven. There was an upcharge to reset the breaker and get power to the oven to test the oven and applied if the oven “worked” after. However, the oven turning on does not mean it “works.” Sharing for anyone that doesn’t have a background or running knowledge and is relying entirely on the technician.

Had Jody repair my fridge door that wouldn’t shut. Another company said just get a new fridge. Jody actually came and took a look at it. Got the parts in 1day and repaired today. Day before thanksgiving. We are so grateful and will not use anyone else for our appliances. My door shuts.❤️ His wife came with him, Lucy , very kind and helpful.Thank You Par.

Premier Appliance Repair was such an unexpected blessing. I made a cold call to them based on their 5 star reviews and boy am I glad I did. They came out the same day, repaired my dryer, and charged me a reasonable amount of money. I will definitely call them again!

Very Professional. Needed a extremely old dryer fixed and pleased that Jody was able to fix it. Had my dryer checked Thursday and pays came in Monday. Repaired in probably 15 minutes! Highly recommended.

I have been working with Jody for the past several years. He takes care of all of my Rental properties, as well as my own personal Home. He's very professional, responsive, and trustworthy. It has been awesome working with him, and would recommend him to anyone who asks!

Jodi fixed our dryer and the service he provided had a warranty which was important because it turned out there was an additional issue with the metal dryer vent pipe. He was extremely responsive in returning to make sure it was resolved.

A friend referred me to Premier Appliance Repair and I'm so glad I reached out to them!! I explained to the technician that the dryer stop spinning but still had power and literally in a few minutes he took it apart and fix the issue like it was a piece of cake. I was amazed, and most importantly the pricing is very reasonable way better then spending hundreds on a brand new dryer. Very professional and they are great at what they do.

Jody was able to get a part for my stove that 3 other companies couldn't. He recommended I keep my stove and repair it because it could last another 20 years. Jody and Ray I believe was his name, were very professional and knowledgeable. My washer and dryer was diagnosed and repaired in under 30 minutes! Jody advised me on what was best regarding my washer and provided some helpful information. I highly recommend their services!

Absolute professional Jody is. Personable and great spirited guy. He told me he'd be at my home at 2:15...he was here at 2:12. Basically 15 minutes later my washer unit was back in business. Great service. I would recommend him to anyone in need.

Lucy and Jody are as top-notch as they come. She was very thorough on the Take-in call and Jody came well prepared to the repair app out with all necessary parts so he could repair my DW right there on the spot in nice we confirmed what was wrong.
